Everything Ive had repaired and serviced by them is the best work my vehicles have ever seen.Anything that you elect to be repaired is done the right way with quality parts and attention to detail. They will be honest with you and let you know about things they noticed during service that is questionable and should be replaced. Andrew is great! (I have taken my car to the Honda dealer since purchasing it there in 2010, but they regularly jerk you around and do not communicate well.) Autossey Automotive is the first shop that I trust completely with every single repair on my wifes Honda Odyssey. With 4 kids, Im very cautious of the work that I have done as I want to keep my family as safe as possible. Drew and his team are top-notch. He never cuts corners and is fairly priced. Hes replaced the transmission, front axles, water pump, radiator, timing belt, serpentine belt, brakes, battery, and other parts with perfect precision.I very highly recommend Autossey Automotive and am thrilled to have found this gem in our community.

Professional clean shop; friendly trustworthy management & crew. My car was towed here after it mysteriously stalled & refused to start again. The problem could have been one of several issues; electrical, key, cables, gas, plugs, etc. Luckily the problem suddenly resolved itself. The car began to start again. Regardless, Andrew & Ben threw everything they had & knew into diagnosing the initial problem to make sure the car continued to start & run steadily & reliably. They also gave me at least 3-4 different repair or maintenance options & approaches to consider, at various price levels - unheard of these days. In the end we all agreed to some much needed tune-up work, just as a precaution. The plugs were shot. The car starts & zips along great now - no further stalling issues to date. They were also incredibly kind & patient dealing with my many questions & concerns. Both gentlemen have a great sense of humor. My only regret was not finding this shop sooner. A great shop that serviced my wifes car. They took the time to tell us what could wait and what needed to be done now. We had a brake job and will bring back for shocks. My wife picked up the car and she said felt very comfortable going into their clean shop.

Andrew and crew are the best in the business PERIOD. He has done work on me for at least 3 vehicles. He ALWAYS asks before doing work. He doesnt do stuff just because hes in there to add to your bill but if it makes sense he will let you know. He is in this for the long haul to make lifetime customers instead of squeezing another $100 out of you to never see you again. He is a man of ethics and is trustworthy. I would tow my car 100 miles to get to his garage and have towed it 50 already. He will even tell you if you can get your work done for less elsewhere. My neighbor had their mini-van get an estimate from a dealer for a new engine. They took it to Andrew and $300 later it was fixed. Dont go anywhere else.

Blew a rod in my engine, couldnt have been luckier to find Andrew and Ben. Took care of me above and beyond. Found an engine to replace my bad one in my lexus hybrid, when it came in, they did an extensive inspection and found it to be no good. Even though my car took up a space in their shop, they made sure to send the bad engine back and get me a better one. Never had a mechanic Ive trusted till now. These guys are the real deal. Dealership type quality (and better) with small town prices. You own a Toyota or Lexus or any Japanese import, look no further for your needs.

WOW! These guys are AMAZING! Knowledgable beyond belief, professional, kind and courteous, they work fast and are very accomodating even when they are busy, and they give you such a personal experience. As a girl, I dont know much about cars but Andrew made sure to explain in detail so that I understood and slowly walked me through what my car needed, why, what the best value was, and what they will do to stay on top of it in the future. Ben even came out of the shop to show me my old brakes so that I understood the rust situation, what we need to look out for in the future, and why exactly I needed new rotors this time around.Although it was costly, I LOVE that they only work with factory parts so that people dont continue to have problems and so the parts last longer. Paying a little more upfront saves you so much in the longrun. Cheap is as cheap does, and we dont want to be cheap with our cars or we will be sorry.When I moved to Georgia I was nervous about our vehicles because my dad has always worked on them for me for free and he knew everything. I was nervous I would be taken advantage of, and I was. I am a Christian so I tried to find a Christian company but learned the hard way that smacking a Christian label on something doesnt always mean youll get that kind of experience. These guys are the real deal. They live it. Just take a look at their mission statement. I have only had them work on my car once but I will be back again and again. I am confident that I can place my trust in Andrew and Ben, no questions asked. And I know that my dad would be SO happy I found two guys like them, hard working guys who are knowledgable, and out to serve people - not take advantage of of them or sell you things you dont need.I cannot say enough, which is why I decided to write this review.
