The service rep was nice enough to quote me prices on repairs and a new bumper price.

Do not use this place. Go to Tidwell. Steve was horrible and a liar. I only went here because Geico recommended them and assured me that the process would be seamless. Steve lied about getting the resistall reapplied, he lied about the decals not coming in and he lied about getting the rental car extended. His supervisor Tom also decided to lie to me as well. I’m still waiting on his return call. Both Steve & Tom had no remorse the continued lies. Stay away from this place.

Krause Ford Collision Center was exceptional, service manager was helpful and accommodating. Truck looks great, fast turnaround 4 days from drop-off to pickup. Replace drivers side passenger door, truck bed. Great service attitudes.
