Fast, efficient and friendly service! I’ve been burned by several mechanics in the past before, so it was a breath of fresh air to be properly informed and taken care of. I was able to have my car’s ignition coal and one of my spark plugs changed in just under 30 minutes. Very professional service and I will be back again for future car maintenance!!!

I have used Sentinel twice-both times for difficult repairs that I could not get done elsewhere. The first was an internal engine problem on my 2016 Dodge Caravan for which I had been quoted as much as $3800.00 at other shops. Sentinel fixed it promptly and charged me $1200. After that nice experience I took them my 1957 Buick street rod to fix a brake problem that another well-known shop in Marietta had been try to fix for SIX MONTHS. The parts were VERY hard to find but Sentinel had it done in less than two weeks. They are very professional and very communicative and even though they are quite a distance from me, I will ALWAYS use them for any difficult or complicated repair issues on any of my vehicles.

The alternator on my car decided to go out on a Friday at 4pm. Sentinel had a new one in by Tuesday and left the car in the garage because they noticed my convertible top was leaking. You wont be disappointed by the level of professionalism and quality at Sentinel.

I used Sentinel Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. They are very knowledgeable, and explained everything I needed to know about the car. They are a family business, and it shows in their careful consideration of their customers needs. I purchased the car based on their advise and will have it serviced there in the future.

Fantastic guys. We were referred to them by a neighboring shop, as the owner was said to have more experience and is fully hands on with all repairs . Our bronco two need valves adjusted and a few leaking seals replaced . They did such a great job and have continued to go above and beyond . A pleasure to have meet ! Okay, if I could leave these guys a 25 star review, I would.I happened to look up repair shops after another shop in town tried to shaft me for $1500 for my fiancés grinding CV axle. The other shop wanted to inflate the workload and replace the entire front axel. When I brought it to these guys, Ewald took the time to properly diagnose the issue and shop for the best option to fix the problem. We walked out with what we needed at a very reasonable price. Thats not all though.IN THE SAME DAY!!!These guys were able to order me a door handle replacement for my vehicle AND INSTALL IT within about an hour.BUT THATS NOT ALLThe next day my car would not start (not a dead battery, not an alternator issue, I was at a loss) I called them up and they referred the local towing company with the lowest rates to bring my car up to them and within 9 hours, they fixed a component on my clutch pedal so the car would start again at no charge.I can not recommend a more honest group of people to trust with your car. Luckily I had mostly good news all around but I can tell you, these guys dont have a dishonest bone in their bodies. They walked me through every step of the process including pricing for parts and labor as well as the limited warranty that comes with those repairs.If youre in the Woodstock area and need a repair done, dont waste your time with anyone else in town. Just take it straight to these guys!

The guys at Sentinel were great. They worked on my Yukon and even let me use a loaner car so I could get to work. They called me at every step of the way from the diagnostics to the repair costs. Before they did anything they let me know how much it would be. The prices were fair and Sentinel had the car fixed by the end of the day. The shop is clean and the two guys I met were friendly and took the time to explain each repair and part on my bill. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking my wife’s car there too.
