Nicole and Alan were very accommodating and helpful with my specific storage situation. I moved out of state to FL quickly and had to leave some belongings behind in storage. Because I was out of state, when it came time for me to arrange to clear out the storage both Alan and Nicole where flexible and provided options. Nicole was particularly amazing at helping me in any way possible until as such time as I was able to arrange to get all of the items out. Very much appreciate their help!

Love this storage unit!! I feel safe when I visit and I never doubt if my items are secure. Love the convenience of the location from my work and home, and they even provide trolleys to help carry big loads from your car to your unit. Elevators never out of order, and decent restrooms. Prices are reasonable too!

No complaints. They were friendly, quick, fair, and I think the pricing is great. I think they should take more time explaining the elevator process. It took me about 14 minutes to finally go up to my floor to put a few more things. Sadly I didnt know there were 2 panels and each operates and individual elevator. Anywho, no other complaints and the facility is very clean and I love that they have moving carts in the foyer for your convenience and a restroom for patrons.

Nicole and Carrie were great. They showed me the facility, how the keypads worked and where my unit would be. You wouldn’t notice that one of them was in training. (grins) Both ladies made sure I understood what I was about to sign and answered my questions. The prices at Life Storage are competitive with U-Haul Storage and other storage facilities. I chose this facility because it was central for my family and I to access whenever we needed without being a chore that moving things can be.

I have two storage units at this facility and the staff have been so gracious, accommodating and charismatic throughout.The units are clean, spacious and exactly what I need in this season of life.The lock/key is provided for you in the unit, the building is extra secure and the amenities/extras provided for moving (dolleys, padded elevators, key code access) are so appreciated.I am thrilled to have found this facility so close to home for such a wonderful price.After hours, there is a 24/7 phone line to call and connect with a representative. They were equally as helpful as Nicole and her hospitable staff.Highly recommend!!

LifeStorage made my moving situation a little easier. The units are more pricey then most, but you get what you pay for. The security its top notch and of course every floor of the building is climate controlled. On top of that I got my second month free, and I was able to use one of their moving vans complimentary for renting with them. Nicole Davis was working front desk and genuinely made my whole experience better.

This was a fantastic storage experience! They were very helpful of what I needed and quick to accommodate my needs. The staff was very friendly and personable. The only thing I can say is I wish they had kept the company name as Uncle Bobs Storage Unit and kept true to their roots. But hey, just cause they sold out a little bit doesnt mean they dont do a great job. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stored items with Uncle Bobs for approximately three months. The staff is kind, courteous and is willing to assist not only us but all customers. Michael Golightly associate manager is very knowledgeable offering assistance and providing us with different options to meet our needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are always carts available for use. In the future if I have any storage needs I will definitely use Uncle Bobs again and will refer friends and family.

Nicole is wonderful, very helpful and nice. I also dealt with Greg who acted the same. There was a manager from Kennesaw who was there over the weekend and he was great too. Never had a bad experience there.

I have been a customer here for two years! I am storing my husbands truck in their parking space while he is in the army over seas. I went to park his truck one night and realized the person in the spot next to me parked their RV on the line and I couldn’t fit my truck in the spot without possibly hitting my truck, the RV or the trailers parked across from me. so I parked in an empty spot and called and left a message at that moment about why I wasn’t parked in my space. Well I never heard back from them so I called again. Spoke to someone finally and they said just to leave it and she would call me back on that Monday and she will confirm she switched spots on file for me so I won’t have to park in my original one. Well life got busy for me and she never called and i forgot to call her. But the following weekend I got a call while out of town saying they need me to move the truck one spot over because they rented the spot i was parked in. So I rushed back to move spots. I THEN got ANOTHER CALL saying I need to go back to the original spot because their NEW customer wants to park an RV and they want to give him more room. Well that’s funny because I needed more room for my oversized truck and I’m just getting pushed around. So when I was on the phone with the front desk worker she stated that she could drive and park MY truck but it will be a liability but since I can’t drive and park my truck I need to figure it out but they need it moved. SUCH RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be finding a new Storage place and moving my truck out. They have been nothing but a headache over the stupidest of things

Nicole just helped me set up for a storage space. She was kind, professional, and informative. The whole process was smooth and easy, and Nicole answered all of my questions thoroughly! The location is very secure and I noticed that Nicole was very conscientious of security while she showed me up to my unit. Super easy process.

Needs a zero star button. This organization does not know how to do business. Completely unprofessional. We thought we were going to use them for storage, signed all the contracts and paid a prorated monthly portion of $70 for the empty unit even though we told them we didnt need until middle of June. whatever - we needed to reserve it.found a different storage unit closer to the house we were leaving and called to cancel this unit before the end of the month - literally a few days later. Said no problem and that i would need to drive up to remove the lock. I paid them $25 to cut the lock rather than pay for 120 miles round trip.Three days later they auto billed my credit card for $281 on June 4 - a week after they cut the lock off the unit for me.... Still no resolution on the refund to my credit card. It is June 19th and I am calling daily. Daily! Amanda told me for the first 12 or so days that the refund was just processing and to give it a few days - a joke! Then Nicole tells me they need their area manager to approve my refund (their mistake in billing - not a refund to me but whatever). Said she would call me back same day. Did not call. I called her this morning and she said My area manager is in a meeting and they dont have access to email - seriously? what kind of company is this?So now i am sitting on 15 days waiting on them to correct their own billing error!!!! 15 days of them holding my money for a unit they have probably already rented to some other idiot who was willing to play their games.Totally unprofessional. Do not give them your credit card - do not!
