Ms. Kelli is really nice, the storage is pretty cheap and good compared to other units. Have some suggestions for them though, the carts wheel could use a little maintenance, and it would be great if they also have a place to dump or donate stuff that we dont need but is still in good condition.

Nancy provided insight and help about how to be successful in booking the unit to meet my needs since this is my first time utilizing storage. This place is unethical in what they do. They regularly up-price on you, knowing you are somewhat trapped if you have to rent a truck and take time off work to move out. I started in a 5 x 10 at a high but reasonable rate, around 85 a month with insurance. A year later theyve given not one, but two ten buck price hikes. I spoke with management and got a concession to go back to the original rate, but that was in obvious reaction to this review and they just hiked back it back up on me a week later. Keep in mind it doesnt matter how long you have been here, or how consistent you have been paying. The late fees are usurious. Of course they will call and try to renegotiate if you post the truth about them here. Public Storage is a huge unethical racket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE IS UNETHICAL. THEY ALSO TRY TO RIG THEIR GOOGLE FEEDBACK.

Very pleasant experience. The kind woman in the office was very nice. I like how the office is set up to maintain 6 feet apart due to COVID-19. I was a little nervous about that, but she even sanitized everything for me before we got started which made me feel wayyyy more comfortable. That type of service you don’t just get anywhere!

I do not appreciate this place continously conducting fraudulent activities trying to get more money out of me when I canceled my account online and over the phone. I paid my bill for several months on time and never even used the unit....thats right it was empty the entire time I rented it and they still cut my lock off and I paid about two or three more months before canceling yet they never canceled my account and then reported me to collections for 98 dollars when I never stepped foot in the unit since it was shown to me! Dont rent here....everyone here are obviously corrupt and for what?

Very nice and clean facility. Conveniently located off highway 92. When I booked the unit, I got follow up calls to confirm my appointment. The whole process of renting was a breeze. The manager Laura was great to work with and clearly takes pride in the property. She was very attentive to detail and made sure I knew how to do everything before I left. Her level of customer service made me feel very confident about renting there!

The young lady we worked with was very pleasant and seemed at first to be struggling with another issue.. Instead of feeling the same state of mind she was in being aimed at us she instead made an obvious effort to treat us as customers and we had a good time with her.. Not calling her out for privacy reasons... But strongly suggest you use the place for your needs as she was great with us and really helped us out as well.

Easy in, easy out

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Laura at the Public Storage on Hwy 92 in Woodstock GA. She is a delightful, patient and very accommodating person. Our storage unit is not on this property but when I found out that I could stop in to make my payment, I was very glad since it is often difficult to get to my facility before 6:00 PM from where I work.Both my facility and Lauras was very clean, organized and welcoming. If you are looking for a safe, secure and friendly place to store some of your belongings, Public Storage is the place for you.

This location is always clean and presentable and Mariah is always super friendly. Thanks Public Storage for being open during such a critical time. My wife and I are very appreciative.

I came there and spoke with Angela and she was so polite and informative. She gave me great recommendations for what space to get and gave expert advice on how to maintain my things for the duration of my stay. She maintain a smile even though it was 10 mins before closing. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Angela😉

Rented a unit in Jan 2020 and the door would not stay up. They took my key and said they would repair it. 3 months later no call so I went to the unit. The office misplaced my key and it took them about 15 min to find it. The door was still not repaired. I left the key again and went back 2 weeks ago(it is now May) and the guy could not find my key. I left and later that day he called and said he found my key and that he would make sure my unit was repaired. 2 Weeks and nothing. Called the number posted and was told by a rather rude man that I called the reservation number and he gave me the number to the location. I called....answering machine.....

Laura was extremely professional as well as helpful in my experience at the Woodstock facility. Even though she was busy with other clients, she still made time to help me with any and all questions I had. Laura made my moving experience less stressful. Thanks, Laura. You are great. Jenny

My experience with this Public Storage has been nothing short of awesome. Acquiring the unit online was easy, moving in was easy, and paying month to month online was easy. Laura was very friendly and made our move process smooth. We only needed storage temporarily as we were between homes, but I would definitely rent with the Public Storage in Woodstock with Laura again.

I stopped by to look at the sq ft of the units and wanted a large one 10x25. When I got there SM Angela was very approachable and provide the best customer service I have not seen in a while. The entire experience from visiting the large units to buying moving supplies was fantastic. She did an awesome job! I rented the 10x25 with climate control right on the spot due to Angelas way of making me feel . The prices were very good compared to others.

The staff here (Laura) does an excellent job of helping out whenever possible. When we were moving stuff in here she stayed late to get us a second unit when it looked like we would have a hard time getting all of our stuff into just one. The next day she came by several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Very helpful in every way possible.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic! The office manager, Angela, was awesome. She was so sweet. She made it so easy for us to get set up with a storage unit. On top of that, she talked to us not like the average employee would talk to a customer, but she talked to us like she was our friend. She triple checked to make sure we left with everything we needed. Now ‘that’ is what I call great customer service!

This is a great place to rent from. My first time renting a storage unit and it was an easy process from reservation, to touring the property, and getting an affordable unit that fits my needs. Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable!!

The facility is well maintained. The staff have all been a joy to interact with and I am very impressed with the level of customer service Kira gave on our move in day. Kira is kind, personable, professional, and extremely thorough. She wants to make sure that the tenants are well taken care of and it shows in her interactions that she is truly representing the Public Storage company in an extremely positive light. During the time I was there, several other tenants came in and I witnessed how well she interacted with them and how happy they were when they left. It is employees like Kira that should be kept, praised, and promoted. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

I really was impress with this property clean grounds. I have visited some other properties and they were not kept clean. The CSR lady name Laura that I saw yesterday was GREAT! She made my visit very pleasant. Thank You Laura. I and my boyfriend will be back on next week. :)

Around 9am in the morning I made a reservation for a unit at this Public Storage. I also decided to head to the facility to arrive a bit after it opened. On the way I got a call about 5 minutes after the facility opened by Laura to check in with me about the reservation and when I could be at the facility. Told her I was on my way and a few minutes out. Laura was a real help and very lovely to talk to. She got me everything I needed and told me to ask for help if I need. I was really impressed with the customer services and the speediness of response to my reservation.

I use storage lockers all over the state for my job. This place is the best because they really make sure things are safe. Also the manager Laura always has a smile and a solution to any questions I have and I have a lot!! Its like a storage locker family!!! Bravo!!

We needed a storage area for some things we need out of the house while were staging it for sale, so we called Public Storage. They got us a space near the door, as my wife requested. Everything was clean and completely ready for us to move in. Angela was an absolute sweetheart! (Management, take note. Whatever youre paying her, its not enough. She is your greatest asset) She took us through the process quickly and professionally. Honestly, she made us feel that our storage space is really just an extension of our home.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Laura, she made my rental of a storage space so easy and confident that I will sleep great knowing that my property will be safe, she’s such wonderful and spunky person that I could have stayed there and laughed with her all day !!! Fantastic customer service. This was my first time renting a storage unit. I rented a 10 x 20 unit for our 3 bedroom house. We put in one load and went back to Virginia for another load. When we returned I asked Kira about renting another unit. Instead of jumping on it, she asked to see what we had and how much room we had left in the unit. After looking she advised that we should be able to get it all in but to call her if we couldnt and shell find us one. We got it all in!!!! Saved us money! Outstanding customer service from Kira. And...Joanne was awesome renting us the original unit, staying in touch by phone and waiting for us to arrive!! Thanks!

I saved the unit online. She called me in less than 2 mins of when I submitted the reservation. When I came out to the property she had keys, lock, unit and paperwork ready. Angela has kept in contact with me the past two weeks since I decided not to rent. My house went under contract fast and Public Storage is helping me save money while I travel for work three weeks a month to save money and protect my stuff. They are the only ones with a unit big enough, accessible, and right in town. I love woodstock and am so happy with the conscience. It’s really Angela who made the difference. Here caring, compassion, and service is amazing. Thank you for helping me during a stressful time!!!

First off let me say that the people who work here or did are awesome. Nacy is great and Laura was the best! Why they got rid of her I have no idea, but a big mistake. This places ownership is an absolute joke. Never rent from any Public Storage location ever. I have a 10x 15 storage unit there that Ive had for almost 3 years. I believe I started out paying around $120, but slowly the rent has increased just about every 6 months. Now I am paying $192/month for a 10x15! There is no desire for customer retention. They actually plan on you moving to another public storage location and then raising the rates there. If you are late by more 3 weeks they will cut your lock and charge you $45 for a cheap replacement without even asking. Keep in mind it doesnt matter how long you have been there and how consistent you have been. That lock is getting cut. Normal late fees are around $35 after 5 days (understandable, but way to high after 3 years of consistent payments). Of course the ownership will offer you the same size storage unit at the same location for maybe $20-30 less, but who is going to rent a uhaul to move stuff 3 rows over? Public Storage as a company and as a whole is one of the biggest rackets Ive come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Again this is not a knock at the people working there they are awesome and part of the reason I put up with it for so long and well since Laura is gone I guess I will be too.

This was the first time I used Public Storage and i was very happy with the Woodstock experience. Kira is the primary reason that I am giving this location 5 stars!! I mean face it a storage unit is a storage unit. There is not much difference between one location to another. The most important factor in making a difference is the people. Kira was professional, sweet, friendly, smart, funny, and VERY HELPFUL!! She truly cared about me, my stuff, and my experience. She went above and beyond what I would expect from an employee of this company. I love Kira and would recommend her and this location to anyone. Rock on Kira and keep up the GREAT work.
