Unsurpassed customer service! The property is clean and well taken care of. The difference at this location is the service from manager Kira. Here is how she stands apart from the rest. She answers the phone! Not all storage facilities answer the phone. When she is tied up with assisting someone else, she does what she says, and returns my call! She replies to my emails! Customer service makes a big difference! I can always depend on her if I need to know about holiday hours, finding movers, finding thrift shops when Im downsizing...she is kind, attentive and always does what she says she will.

Ive been here 3 years. Kira is top notch and has been a huge help. Shes good at what she does and she runs a tight ship. Ive had issues with the website due to my age and she has not only walked me through the process but she even checked back to follow up.Ive had many opportunities to go other places but she has earned my business.

I am a Flowery Branch customer. When the two site managers couldnt be at work on Tuesday, Jan 26, Kira drove from Woodstock to Flowery Branch to assist me in getting another unit. This trip took her over an hour and she did it in after work traffic. She was pleasant and very helpful. She has NO idea how crucial getting that additional unit, on that day, was for me. I appreciate her efforts immensely!! I have bragged about her to every person who asked me How did your closing go?. This place was awesome. You can drive right up to the unit no stairs no elevators super simple. And was a lot cheaper than the other unit. Kira was super friendly. If I ever need another storage unit this would be the one I’d use.

Clean units however very right and cant move vehicles around easily.. if I was to pull my truck to the side to access my climate control unit, and another vehicle comes, I have to move it for them to get aroundOr pull somewhere further

The ladies in the office are always helpful. The property is well maintained, clean and secure. Auto pay comes out like clockwork, and there are never any hidden fees or questionable charges. Great to do business with!

Rented a unit for years. Never had a problem with mice, rats or security. Grounds are well kept. Kira was also helpful in re-emailing payment receipts for tax purposes. She is very nice and professional.

Kira though however, made me choose the 5 star status, due to her ability to .be so knowledgeable in the storage company. And to have patience with someone well not so knowledgeable ( like me)! I appreciated the wonderful help I received from her ensuring and educating me on knowing my things were safe. The location is perfect right off the interstate. Pest control is also provided. Simply storage has great prices friendly, knowledgeable helpestaff.Samantha helped me through the whole process of getting a storage unit checking it out. And alltall paperwork that also had auto monthly payment. All in all a really good experience.

Today was my last day having a storage unit with Simply Self Storage. They were always helpful any time I needed anything. The signing up process and signing off process was SIMPLE. So quick too. If I ever need another storage unit, I will be coming back. Great staff.

I rented the smallest unit for only a month while waiting for my new house to be available. Sign-up/move-in was quick and easy and prices were affordable. 3 stars only because I have noticed the exit gate has been left open on some days (seems like a security issue), there was some leaves and debris in my unit left from previous tenant that I was told would be cleaned up before I moved in a week later and it wasnt, and lastly, I moved out on 2/10/2020 and as of 2/21/2020 I have left 4 voicemails trying to inform them of this. Ive called a total of 5 times during business hours and not once have I ever reached anyone or been called back. I guess at this point its whatever because Im out of there, but a call or email back confirming the end of my rental agreement would have been nice.Edit: gave another star because they just called to confirm move out was complete and no additional charges

This was the best experience with storage I’ve ever had. The process to gain the unit was simple and seamless. The staff was very reliable and gave great recommendations on things I needed to consider when using non-climate controlled storage. Things I didn’t previously consider - mattress bags, DampRid, etc.If I ever need storage again, I’m be coming back.

This facility is very clean and well lit. The manager was very helpful to me when selecting my unit. She explained the leasing requirements in detail. She was friendly and i would recommend her and Simply Storage to my friends

The one star is because that is the only way I could write my review.. This place is a rip off; dont even waste your precious money here. There are a few other storage places in the area, that have lower rates, and are actually worth the money. This place is overpriced, the lot is extremely small, and broke down, and their little extra fees for every little thing are so petty. We have put in our notice, and vacated the premises. Do not waste your money here, its not worth it. When it was Woodstock storage, it may have been a little better than this new company that took over, but they are both lousy; still the same place, different name. The gate entry pad, where you key in your code to get in, was so dysfunctional. Every time I went to the storage, I had to keep a pen on hand, to push the buttons, because they barely worked. When we moved our items out of the storage, bugs came out of nowhere running around, and apparently some leaking occurred, because some of my items had so much mold on it, it had to be thrown away. We are glad to have left this storage, and have gone to a better storage that allows your due date to be the same day each month, from when you sign up, which it was like that when it was still Woodstock storage, and the new company wasnt even courteous enough to allow existing customers to keep their same due date. The new storage that were going to has a spacious lot with nice scenery. Also, the price is $35 cheaper for the same size storage unit at our new storage facility.

Every time I had a problem like a leaking roof, Christina took care of it immediately! She always exudes confidence and professionalism! It was a decent place, out of no where they jacked up rates and the staff there is really hard to get ahold of, and the newest person they hired is very unprofessional and immediately comes off very angry each time they are called if youre lucky enough to get ahold of them, Ive also came by during business hours several time and they are also hard to catch at the front desk, I have spent a lot of money with them and expect way better customer service. Ill be removing my stuff and will no longer recommend or do business with another simply self storage.

The outdoor/drive up spaces are just as good as any other in the area that Ive had experience with! Christina and Zach were extremely helpful and courteous through the entire process of moving in and out; the two of them seem to work very well as a team and helped make my terrible situation a little better by lightening the mood in the office. Next time I need storage, however hopeful I am that it wont be necessary, Ill be coming back!

Somehow moisture got into my unit and mold started growing on all of my belongings. It was supposedly a temperature controlled unit, but Im guessing the temperature was not controlled, otherwise the mold would not have spread all over everything. All of my belongings were ruined and they would not accept responsibility, or help with anything. I strongly recommend using a different storage facility. Do not trust simply self storage.

Beware !!! Do not store your belongings at the Simply Self Storage facility in Woodstock. Mold, Mold, Mold !!!!! Moving company would not move most of my furniture and belongings because of mold. Neither the facility or renters insurance covers mold damage. Insurance Company said with the amount of mold and damage, it was likely a roof leak. How on earth can I prove that ? Simply Self Storage would never admit to it. My upholstered furniture will all have to go to dump along with many of my belongings, some very sentimental. My stupidity for renting here. I have stored several times previously in other facilities and had no damage whatsoever. Dont let this happen to you !!!!!!!! Find a newer, better maintained facility with roofs that dont leak.
