They help me out so I can use a different phone, a little newer and transfer my data. This year didnt start well for me so CPR understand and took care of me. Good customer service.

I had my phone screen broken and it was totally destroyed. I had them take it and fix it, for a couple of days and for their fare, they wanted 150. I accepted and waited accordingly. Several days later, I came to check on it, and it took them a moment. They didnt give me the exact screen, but it worked nonetheless. At first it was okay, even though the screen wasnt entirely like the last one. The interaction seemed off, but I was just glad they fixed it as best as they can. Fifteen minutes later, the bottom of the screen began to loosen up. The glue was way better than it was now to be honest. Over the months it got even terrible, and I guess now they used the same glue for the back of the phone. For this month, its been bugging and clicking on its own like a phantom is haunting it. Now today, it faced a small splash of water, and it sept through the screen... So delightful. I guess you couldve said I shouldve bought a new phone for 150.

Service was excellent. We replaced a screen on iphone 8. They completed in less than an hour. Price was as listed. I will go back again.

Ive come here a few times and they have been very friendly and very willing to help with niche projects of mine. Brought in a GBA with a stripped screw and they removed it in no time flat, and didnt even charge me. Theyre are upfront about pricing and have good knowledge of the products they fix and sell. Went to buy a phone that was being promoted on Facebook market place. They sold me an iPhone 12 Pro for 1400 but some how I’m paying $1602 for a phone that’s worth $1,100 else where. I went back to the store the next day to return the phone as I realized I was being over charged by $500. The owner said I couldn’t return the phone because it was open 😂 and she said that apple would charge her a restocking fee. But when I went to go look at the post I bought it from on Facebook it showed as sold oh! And the box was open and phone was on the table. PLEASE DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THIS PLACE. Also another way I know the phone was open before I purchased is it was missing the plastic that protects the back part of the phone. She was also going to charge me a $280 restocking fee for apple 😂

Called in, and they asked the right questions to determine what this is most likely, and provide me time to fix and if possible to come in right away. Upon arriving, they took a look, and found that it was an easy fix, taking only a couple minutes and not charging. Would definitely return if I have any issues with my phone in the future.

This place is completely amazing. I was having an issue with my phone screen and could not use my phone. I took it to the ATT store and they referred to it as the screen of death. CPR did a quick reset on the phone and I was back up and ruining it 2 minutes. If you have an issue with your phone you must go here first!!!!!!

UPDATE: Im happy with the customer service.The tech explained the issue of how the back glass cover can be damaged while replacing the battery. I was unaware there were hairline fractures on the side previously. He agreed to replace the shattered glass at no charge and Im thankful for the gesture in making it right. Thank you!****************************************Bad experience! I had my battery replaced and the tech shattered the back of my phone. Before I turned my phone over to the tech for repair, I showed him a very small chip in the bottom right hand corner and when I returned to pick up the phone the tech showed me the back and how damaged it was. I said, My phone was not like that. He denied breaking it. Had he admitted the accident, it would be no big deal. But he lied about-- I will never go back to his shop. 2 thumbs down.

Went here to get a control stick for my Playstation Vita replaced with a new one.First red flag was that the woman at the front asked me if it was a Nintendo Switch. Second red flag was that they charged me to buy a part off of eBay. Third red flag was that they said the control stick needed to be soldered to the board (Vita control sticks do not require any sort of soldering). Another weird part was after I decided not to go through with the procedure, I was not able to have the control stick (that I paid them for) so I was just refunded.When the staff couldnt tell the difference between a Playstation Vita and a Nintendo Switch, I knew it was time to shop elsewhere.

Daughter crakes the screen on her iPhone and they were able to replace the screen within about 35-40 minutes! Highly recommend this place!

I dropped my laptop a month ago and it wouldnt turn on so i took it to this place and they were able to fix my laptop in 6 days and it works nicely, and they were able to get me the hard drive that i needed. So far i havent had any complications.

I called in and they gave me a price then when i went in store they increased the price and said oh we’re going to have to stay late so its gonna be more expensive. I had no problem with the price it is the fact that they lied. They told me come in and we will do it today, why would they say that if they didnt have time for today. I took my sons PS4 here to have the HDMI port fixed. They did a good job on the repair and also removed all the dust from within the console in a timely manner.

My laptop has twice forgotten that it has Windows installed on it. Both times, I have brought it to Jake at CPR, and he has been able to kindly fix the issue within minutes using a bootable drive for Windows. Absolutely amazing, fast, and professional service! The store was set up to have a safe COVD-19 experience. I was helped within 5 minutes of arriving. Personal was courteous.

Work that was done on our tablet went by perfectly. Only recommendation would be that staff should always be in the front area at all times. Out of the three times we entered the store not once was there a staff member in the front area waiting for customers. I understand that work is being done in the back; however, when customers are able to enter a store without staff being present it can confuse customers. Management could hire more staff to occupy the front desk while work is being done in the back or job duties could be separated more definitively.

The people that assisted me were friendly and fixed my cracked screen fast. I was happy with how they fixed the screen until I tried my Face ID. The store claims that my non-functional Face ID is a software issue but it worked fine right before I came into the store to fix the cracked screen and did not work after I got the phone back. The store did return my money and was nice enough to put back on the cracked screen. So now I have a cracked screen and a broken Face ID. Thanks CPR!

First of all, I accidentally called this place thinking it was the one around the corner from my neighborhood, and I called not knowing for sure they’d be open (considering COVID19 pandemic). After finding out they were indeed open, he told me I could make an appointment to schedule my iPhone to be fixed. I did and took it by 30 minutes later. I was told it’d be a few hours (system went down in their store so they were a little behind), and sure enough it was 2 hours later that he called letting me know it was done. Great service! The phone looks brand new!

I came into your store to have my screen replaced on my iPhone on 09-28-18. When I received the quote, I told the young man that it was higher than I expected based on other quotes received. He assured me it was worth it because you offer a lifetime warranty. He even stated that if it breaks again, I can bring it back in and youll replace it with no questions asked. I came back in last week and another young man was there. He informed me that the warranty doesnt cover broken or cracked screens. I expressed my concerns that this conflicted with previous information. After a couple of contacts, they did agree to replace my screen free of charge. Truly appreciated. Not only did they replace my shattered screen with an unbreakable one (proven by pounding with a hammer) but they showed me how to transition from an android to an iphone and gave me tips on how to learn all the new tech. Highly recommend these folks!

I went into this CPR location with my wifes iPhone which suddenly stopped charging this evening. Jake took the phone and immediately began to diagnose what the problem was, while I waited. He came out moments later, explained that there were several missing screws and a loose part which caused the issue.The screen had been replaced at a different phone place not too far from this CPR last year. I was very surprised when Jack told me he wasnt going to charge me anything for the work and replacing the missing screws.I discovered this location sometime last year when I took a different phone in. I certainly recommend these guys, they keep you informed of the work being done and are very professional.

My husband took my Microsoft surface in here. It was not switching on and has nothing to do with the charger. We left it there and they found a simple problem with some program that was making it sleep . Anyway there was no charge involved . Great to find honest people that do not rip you off . Excellent service and communication. I brought in an older model iPhone for battery replacement. When I picked it up was asked if I had it repaired before. I said no but it was an asurion replacement for original. He told me that whoever did prior service had over spilled adhesive and they had a bad time getting the old screen off. Consequently they had to replace screen too. No charge for that. Really took care of me. Highly recommend. Don’t think I would go elsewhere now.
