I walked in looking to change my provider knowing I was paying way too much at AT&T. Daniel greeted me first opening the door for me and got right to the sale! His enthusiasm helped me quickly find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely not coming back to this store service is terrible... Some dude with a pony tail and glasses needs to be fired asap didnt try to help at all with my problem just told me that i need it to go to a different store when it was an easy fix.... Cought the dude sleeping too almost falling of the chair when I walked in 😴😴😴😴 terrible
Everytime i come into this store the young man Daniel always finds a way to help me any way he can. It does not matter what the issue is! I always get the best service and awesome deals. This location never ceases to amaze me! This is my go to store!

AMAZING SERVICE. Welcomed me back with open arms and found me the phone I feel in love with. Even hooked me up with a phone case and glass pack to make sure my phone is safe. Sure it cost a little extra. But the manager made this experience worth while!

I bought a New Samsung J7 Prime, the camera did not work, I was told that they were able to replace it, and the new phone would be there within 24 - 48 hours, and they would give me a call once it arrived, there was no call, 48 hours pass and I arrive at the store, the clerk had told me to stop in Tuesday, I call in the day before and was told it just arrived, I ask “Will it be available for me to pick up tomorrow?” the person said it would be, I arrive to pick it up, and was told it’s past the seven day holding period, Apparently Monday to Tuesday is considered seven days, this store needs to work on customer communication skills, cause they are severely lacking.
Manager is nice but I hate the phone and hes not cooperating about getting a different one. Moto. Never again. Also hubby tried for weeks to get an iPhone, finally gave up and went to Rockwall, had his iPhone 30 minutes later.

I could give this place 10 stars if ut werent for the strong smell of sewer gas coming from the vacant spaces next to them. All it would take to fix the problem would be for someone to run some water in the lavatorys and make sure the commodes had water in them.
One person says they dont charge to transfer SIM cards to a different phone, someone else says they do. Love metropcs service, but cant stand the local shop inconsistencies.
This place seem to be so racist!!!! Not friendly at all. Cant believe how poor their customers service is! I definitely will never go there again!!!!!!! The guy who was helping us, gosh he was so rude.

Very poor customer service from this store. Metro lost a customer today that has been with them for years.
Doors were locked at 7:30pm when they state they are open until 8pm. Do advertise that the store is open and have employees sitting inside when the doors are locked. That is bad service!
Just went in to switch and the dumb white girl and lazy guy said you were closed. There was still 10 minutes left before closing. Sad how you treat people trying to be customers
