I really appreciate Jackson and his colleague Dave for staying up late on a Friday evening to make sure we were taken care of. Jackson was so patient to us entire time even though we had some paperwork troubles. He also did a good job on explaining the plans. Absolutely love this location!

Walked in fully ready to buy a new 256 gig iPhone 12 in full today and after being laughed at about trying to use cash, both employees refused to answer questions I had about using a card. They said they “do not sell iPhones” and repeatedly told me to go to Best Buy instead. After not receiving any help I drove less than 5 minutes to a different AT&T store where I received excellent costumer service! I was able to be set up with a new iPhone 12 at the second store in minutes.Do NOT use this location for anything as it seems they only employ rude and lazy worker’s who will just try to shoo you away to Best Buy and tell you they don’t sell the phone that’s picture is taking up half the wall.This is not even a full sized location. Just a waste of time.

Much props to the customer service team, particularly Dave and Jackson!I went in to upgrade my phone. Because it had been nearly 6 years since I had purchased a phone, I spent a lot of time asking questions over multiple visits. Dave and Jackson did an amazing job fielding my questions, from phone-specific specs to new AT&T mobile plans to trade-in policies. In addition they helped me identify the features/specs most important to me. When I finally settled on a phone, they were backordered until the fall - no fault of the store but a manufacturer issue. Dave went above and beyond to try to track down the phone I wanted: from calling other stores to talking to reps and district managers. Once the phone was purchased, I wanted to buy a screen protector - out of stock. This seemed to be a local issue as a number of other stores were out of stock. Jackson worked hard to try to track one down (several phone calls) while Dave took time out of his personal time to pick one up from a different store.I now am the happy owner of a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, complete with a case and a screen protector in no small part due to Dave and Jackson. Not once did I feel pressured to buy from them, even through all the twists and turns. In fact over and over I felt valued and attended. Many many thanks!Note: The store hours listed on the att.com site, recorded on the stores voicemail, and posted on the door do not match. I believe the posted hours are correct.

Please be aware of this store and the management.(DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CALEB)I called the store and got in contact with the store manger, Caleb. I was interested on knowing more information about the rates and the process on opening a couple phone lines. I made it clear on what price I felt comfortable with to open up a phone line with them. He reassured me that they can offer me a certain rate and promised if I set up auto pay and use my employee discount, my bill would be cheaper. LIES! After the first bill it was twice as much and no warning was given. After calling him he said he made a “mistake” and forgot to take off the activation fees, but there still remaining fees to pay with promised rate. He later promised that bill would be the price we discussed. Here we are and the second bill is here... The bill is still twice as much and all he could say is there’s a error in the system and he wanted my number to give me a call back. Apparently, he wanted number to “call me back when the issue was resolved.” Lies again. He wrote my number down to know when I called the store to ignore my call. He never got back to me. Please save yourself some time and don’t go to this store.(Caleb I hope after reading this review, you could call me back to discuss about that error.. you already know my number.

Associate was unable to fix my phone but really tried and gave me the contact info to have customer service help me and explained what they would need from me and wrote it down.Gentleman helped me too put on a new screen protector and he did it perfect and thats a first for me!Keep up the great customer service.

I went there to get a new phone and switch carriers and Logan was amazing! There were quite a few people in front of us so we had to wait, but Logan was very appreciative of our patience and was so kind the whole time. He made me aware of everything that was being done, notified me of all the little things that I dont feel most people would, and let me know all the promotions and deals they had going. I appreciate him and his great attitude the whole time. I will be going to this store only specifically because of his customer service! To the owner, Logan is a great asset to your location!

I had the most pleasant experience at this store. A young man whose name is CJ was nice enough to help me and show me every feature on the phone that he has in the store and the different contracts that they offer. He got me when he offered me a free phone.Definitely recommending to all of my friends and family!

Ryan, Caleb, and Alex went above and beyond to help me get set up on FirstNet. It was a difficult process, only because of the steps involved in setting up the account with FirstNet. Alex put several hours in to answering my questions and on the phone with support. Caleb, store manager, worked on getting all my info. backed up and on my new phone while I did some work at home. Then, when it was all done, Caleb brought me the new phone and got me started. Ryan, district manager, is going the extra step to let me know my patience and business is much appreciated! Definitely the best customer service experience Ive had at any ATT store!

Came here the other day, regarding some of my phone issues. One of the younger guys came to help me. I showed him my phone and told explained my issues. I felt like he didnt believe me and took my phone went through my things, and kept putting his shoulder towards every-time I tried to get my phone back from his hand. He didnt help at all, besides getting me irritated. Keep telling me that nothing was wrong with my phone, when clearly there was. I wish I knew his name, but we can go with the younger Hispanic guy, the one WITHOUT arabic tattoos, because he gives better service.

I had serious issues with my phone that was under warranty. Due to incorrect paperwork on this stores part but documentation on mine I was able to resolve it. I drove 5 min. up the road and that store was able to help. The salesperson expalained they were under new management and cleaning up things. He said he had a better plan. Hesitant to do anything with them but stupidly I trusted the salesperson and I asked how the new plan would be different. He said there were no differences. Until a month later when I called att to see why something wouldnt work. They explained that feature wasnt on this new plan. Bravo salesperson at the store now my old plan isnt available. Use this store if you love a good challenge and dont want help because they are going to screw it up and then not fix it.

Ive been using this place for years with anywhere from terrible to great service. Im leaving a review now because I got 5 star customer service from the new manager, Cj. I had been deceived into getting under contract with a $10 a month tablet, even though I approached them clearly stating that I wanted no contract!! Anyway Cj went above and beyond my expectations, fixed the problem; was professional, so there you go. 5 stars for his service and management style

I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on AT&T website and choose the option to deliver to this store on FM544. The previous day when I visited the store, I checked the store hours on the front door which said they close at 8 PM.So, I visited the store around 7:05 PM to pick up the phone. The door was locked. I can see all the sales people whom I met the previous day to sell me an iPhone casually chatting inside the store and giving me a out of the corner of eye look, but no one responding to the door. I stood there for 5 minutes and left. As soon as I left, another lady came to the store and a sales man opened the door. So, I rushed back to the store and found out that they closed at 7:00 PM. I told the sales person how discriminative they were not even opening the door and telling me that the store is closed. He did not even care when I told him that I will report to the corporate office about misinforming the store closing hours.The next day I called ATT and the rep told me that the store should be opened until 8:00 PM. I went back to the store in the morning to cancel my order. I waited for 15 minutes before a sales person attended me. I told him about the incident happened the day before. He said No problem! Your order is cancelled!.I went to the Verizon store on the opposite side of the road next to the mattress firm and signed up with Verizon. Comparing to the experience that I had at Verizon, the sales people I spoke to at ATT are less educated about the devices they sell, and uncivil when it comes to treating a customer of 2 years. Never ever I will come to ATT for any service.

First time I ever felt like I walked into a phone store and not a car dealership Chris and Cj were great They lowered my phone bill by $38 a month and hooked us up with buy one get one free iphone 8 and the best part was we were out of the store in less then 20 minutes.

The employees at this store are ridiculously rude and dishonest. AVOID THIS STORE!! I designated this store when purchasing online as my pickup location so I could have my phones sooner. I received notification that my phone was ready to pick up so I headed up to the store. The store manager, BJ, would not allow me to pick my phones up unless he cancelled the order and reordered it from his store so he could get credit for the purchase and plan changes I had made! I decided to leave and call ATT directly to resolve the issue and was told he had already cancelled my order. ATT was pretty outraged at his behavior as well. SO DISHONEST and UNREAL how rude they were!
