Worst store Ive ever been too. Multiple times I have issues with my phone and its been an absolute nightmare. The last time I went in to do a warranty exchange. I went in on a Monday, placed the order the previous Sunday. My phone was sitting there for a week, no call. So when I went up there the guy said oh sorry we have a lazy manager, youll have to come back another day. Worst customer service Ive ever received
I understand being busy but I don’t understand making your customers feel like an inconvenience. Manager wasn’t the nicest. Wasn’t the most welcoming at all. Assistance manager seemed to be super nice and helpful but unfortunately we didn’t get to work with him. We ended up leaving and going to a different T-Mobile store in Rockwall due to the manager not being the nicest and making us feel as if we were a burden for wanting to upgrade our phones.
The worst tmobile store I have ever been to. The employees and manager have no idea whats going on. The employees openly talk about how the manager is lazy in front of customers. Also that was reason I was told that I could not get my warranty exchange, that has been at their store for one week unprocessed.

I wish I could give this location no stars at all. I placed the warranty exchange at the plank store for pickup at the Wylie store. I came to pickup a warranty exchange and they had the replacement in front of me. They then told me that they couldn’t give me the warranty exchange after they noticed “damage” on the phone. This phone had no external issues just internal. Keep in mind the Plano location placed the order for the exchange after they inspected the phone. I told them that I was going to switch providers and they handed the phone back and said “sorry”. I didn’t catch the names on the badges but the lady that informed me of all this information had “associate manager” on her badge.

Worst Service provided. 4 Hours /7 calls to customer care and warranty service with no results. I have been a Tmobile honest customer since last 5-6 yrs. Wasted more than 4 hours with no result when I just went to pick up a replacement set for discharging battery. And with totalcare plan paid since the phone was purchased from tmobile for 4 years, one issue and they cant help you. at the end they cant fix the phone. Worst support and hats off to their HR for recruiting Supervisor at this location who wont care about a customer going through this marathon and for almost 4 hours and have the courtesy to grin at your situation at the end of it. BEWARE and do not waste your time here.

We had the worst time trying to close our account through T-Mobile every representative that we had gotten had given us nothing but a hard time. I finally called T-Mobile in Wylie a representative name Tea was very helpful she went out of her way to make sure that our account was closed. She had a hard time with the T-Mobile representative on the other end but she stuck it through and made sure the lady that was rude to her as well was reported to a supervisor. If every representative could be like Tea Im sure T-Mobile would get a better rating. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves and gets promoted as soon as possible.
Went in as a business user. They tried to figure out how to finish my transaction. Once they got stuck (after I stood there for 30 mins), they told me a lie that the authorized person needed to be physically in the store. I had them on the phone. Business accounts, with thousands of users, would never send someone physically to the store. Just admit you don’t know how to finish the transaction and send me to a corporate store or customer service.

One of the ladies there laughed in our face when we had to refund our entire purchase from them (plans and phones) a day after signing up due to not having service in our area (no service and data was “E”). They assured us we did. She thought the entire thing was hilarious. I also sat on customer service for 2 1/2 hours.

20 minute sell on a phone, then not in inventory. Frustrating. Plus must wear a mask or you can not come in.
Bad Customer Service, went in to get a new phone and Voicemail on a line fixed, eventually the rep had to call tech support. It’s all fine until the reps get distracted, start talking about their nails and had a customer, who came in after us, take all their attention away from our issue. After about an hour wait, we just decided to leave seeing as our service wasn’t important to them.
Franchises never know what they are talking about. Theres a corporate store right up the street in Murphy. Dont waste your time here with unknowledgeable associates.

Horrible customer service!! Lost a sale today...I came in to get a plan however the sales person seemed to easily let me go after I asked for a phone where I wouldnt have to pay anything down. He mentioned first that they didnt have any and when I found some all he did was repeat the same thing I said to him you have phones that require nothing down His response those phones dont require a down payment so I figured miscommunication, however mid conversation about the down payment he walks outside to unlock his car for another sales person. His car wouldnt unlock and pretty much had to walk to the car to unlock thus leaving me at the store while another salesperson was busy with a customer. As I walked out of the store he passed me and said nothing. If I do decide to get a contract with T- Mobile this store will be the last one I ever go to!

I have seriously had to call evey month for a year and 1 month because I had a business plan in which I had 4 lines available for $100 taxes included with UNLIMITED EVERYTHING and HOTSPOT FREE. I had no need at first for the remaining 3 lines until my business got up and running. I activated that line and they raised my bill 50 bucks. My phones were paid in full, so no EIP. I was assigned a personal team to answer any time I called. I got Guam who PROMISED a credit had been issued. I had to call the next billing cycle and it was not fixed. Same thing over and over. Then I had to activate the final 2 lines Guam again and now my bill was over $200 bucks. Promised a credit. Next billing cycle it wasnt fixed. Went into store they had to call to fix the price per month. Guam not a credit again, and again, and again. After yelling and cussing I said I was taking my business else where. Then my assigned special team called and said my grandfathered plan of 17 years they couldnt honor. I went over 3 supervisors heads and still promises and lies. I got my team today. A guy names Jonathan. He gave me his name and employee number but I had to drop all 3 lines and only have one. He lowered my bill to $60 with unlimited, hotspot, flight mode, and taxes included, so my bill will be the same every month. He promised it was now fixed, not to pay the $400 bucks and wait for my next bill for the credits to apply, then pay the new lower amount. IF Johnathan actually fixed it, then thats why I am going to go ahead and give 5 stars. I will slam Tmobile and leave if my bill is wrong again.

When they tell you they will pay off up to $650 on your existing contract, you have to fight to get it because of the wording that is on your existing contract. In my case my statement from old contract says lease cancellation fee and they claimed it had to say termination fee... So far I finally had to call corporate office to get any resolution.
