Great customer service. The guys working there are super friendly. Theyre very knowledgeable, and theyre more than happy to answer all of your questions. No rushing, they let you take your time to picking your glasses, they always try to get you the best deal. I give them a 5+ stars review.

Travis at Target Optical of Wylie was great. The insurance company website was down and he called to get my benefits. He had to deal with multiple people on the phone and essentially had to tell them how to do their jobs to get my contact lens coverage to get my benefits. By not backing down he finally got my benefits and saved me $200.

I need to give a serious shout out to Kevin in the Target Optical Dept. for how he truly went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. When I called yesterday there was a room full of customers he was helping and I could tell it wasnt the best time to answer all of my questions, but never once did he rush me off the phone or have a rude demeanor. I asked him if he would like to call me back when it was slower and he had a bit more free time, and he politely took my number down. When he called me back, he was such a rock-star with his customer service skills. This is coming from someone who works as an HR Director, and I couldnt believe how genuinely kind, personable, helpful, and informative he was. He even let me know about the rebates on my contacts order which ended up saving me money. I have went to numerous optometrists in DFW over the past 14 years, and no one has been as kind as Kevin was. I absolutely loved him, and wouldnt want to take my business anywhere else after how he treated me. Its so easy to leave negative reviews, but I feel its just as important to leave positive ones when employees truly care about their job. Thank you so much Kevin!

Great experience here. The entrance is in back of the eyewear store inside of target. The workers will escort you there. The waiting room is small but cozy. I was in and out in about 40 mins. The doc was very funny, personable and super easy to deal with.I didn’t use my insurance and the eye exam was $95.I then went to the eyewear store to put lenses on my frames (I bought my frames somewhere else). There is an extra $20 surcharge if you don’t buy frames w them and turn around time is 7-10 business days.Great experience all in all! My lenses cost me $100 even and included the $20 surcharge.
