Well, if I ever get my glasses I’ll never be back.Every time it’s one delay after another. Always blaming the lab. Covid or no Covid it has always been the same service. The ladies in the store (Rhonda & Marilyn) are friendly. But somehow they manage to disappoint.R~

Great staff. Knew my insurance as well also. Only issue and problem I had was none of there faults. It was UPS (unreliable parcel service).

The customer service of this location was superior! The staff was very friendly and ever cautious during the COVID 19 pandemic era. The were careful to ensure that everything was safe, clean, and sanitized. Rhonda in particular worked with me and she was amazing! She had an infinite knowledge of insurance/paperwork and did her best the ensure I got a great deal. She was also very helpful in selecting my glasses. Lucy and James were present during my time there and were very kind as well. I hands down recommend this location to anyone for their vision needs!

The staff is great! I have gone to the Wylie location for years and have 100% satisfaction! I was in there again yesterday because my daughters glasses broke. They went above and beyond to make it right for us! I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the staff in this lcoation and we have been completely satisfied with our frames and glasses! I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism! Rhonda is the best!!

I love this Visionworks! Staff are super friendly and their prices are very reasonable! If you do not have any insurance, don’t worry!!!! They have so many good deals! They help you to find your stylish frame that you love! I would highly recommend this location! :)

Rhonda was very helpful, especially when helping untangle new (to me) insurance benefits. She went over my options and explained things clearly. I was not terribly impressed with the frame selection and didnt see better online. Overall a good experience and the 4 stars is based on the frame selection...Rhonda provides 5-star care.

Took in my glasses to get fixed. Robin Harper provided excellent customer service by listening to me explain what happened, offering suggestions of what could be done and then fixing them faster than she had told me. Great service!!

Stefan Parker was awesome. We had 3 pairs of glasses and one pair of contacts to order. He was super knowledgeable and professional and patient. The process was quick and painless. Better than Ive ever received at this store. He also adjusted my old glasses better than they have been done in the past. He was a joy to work with.

I am so very satisfied with this Visionworks! My sales lady, Lucy was just amazing. Buying new glasses is a major purchase for me. My prescription requires a lot of extras, not to mention, so many styles to choose from. Lucy helped me find exactly what I needed, and these are, by far, the best glasses I have ever had. When I walked in I was greeted with such kindness and I wasn’t sure if they were able to take my insurance and the lady helped me figure everything out and even walked me next door to the eye doctor and told them my situation and helped me so much! I came in with my daughter because we just had an amazing eye exam next door. My daughter is entering kindergarten and it turns out she needs glasses. We wanted to make sure she had everything she needed before starting the school year. Lindsey got us the best deal we could get with out insurance and was super helpful and nice. She answered all my question and made my daughter feel comfortable. Im happy to say she loves her new glasses!

I love this location. Lindsey the general manager reallly knows what she is doing, she is professional and at the same time very nice. The store is clean and they have a great selection of frames. Anytime I have gone there whether to get new glasses or just to have my frames tightened I have never had to wait. The customer service by Lindsey and her staff is most outstanding!

Always a good experience here. I had a challenging request and lots of questions. Stefan did a great job answering questions, helped me figure out the best solution for my situation, and saved me some money. We had a very positive experience. There were many reasonably priced selections and Lucy was friendly and attentive and not pushy at all on a busy Sunday. Everybody in our household wears glasses and we agreed that this will be our go-to place going forward.

Had to return the frames twice, theyre still way too loose. Have no idea what went wrong there but they do not fit plus my husbands pair had to be sent back for the correct prescription.

Terrible experience. As a former customer whose spent alot of money at this place. I couldnt get my glasses adjusted because only 1 lady was working at the time and she seemed more concerned about closing the sale rather than to adjust my glasses....will not return again. Only 1 salesperson was working at the time. And needless to say my adjusting would only take minutes at that.

I had to call to find out that my lenses did not pass quality control and were not ready on the promised by date... I was not given a new date just told theyd call when they are ready. My old glasses are broken I use computers all day at work and I need them badly. A 2 week wait was bad enough and now I have to sit around and wait for them to call whenever they are ready. Angry is not the word for what Im feeling. Ill never go back here again.

I have been to this store one other time it was an okay experience, but this time was great i learned more about glasses in 20 min than i learned in at least 10 years the blond lady that manages this store was a great help hope she stays my wife will be coming here also thanks.
