Wow! I’ve shopped Ulta nearly a decade. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly and efficient staff that was available without being overbearing. Zobia was so lovely!

I just got my hair colored yesterday and took a shower this morning and my ends are already light again to the point like they werent colored. I dont know if my ends didnt get processed enough or what but 1 day and its already light again. Waste of money and time

Mina makes shopping here so easy! She is always knowledgable about any questions I have. And never makes me feel silly about what I am asking. She always has a smile on her face is just overall one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The manager (red head one) is not the nicest person. I’ve shopped here several times and the communication from her is rude!!!!Not professional when speaking and don’t plan on going back ever! Will drive further just to have a better customer service experience.

Kind of weird going to buy beauty products and not being able to really see the colors or try on the products. Understand covid but there has to be a better way. And they people who work there steer you toward their expensive brands without considering what you asked for. Disappointing.

Went in on Sunday 9/27 around d 4:30pm looking for a new hair straighteners as mine just recently stopped working. A nice lady at the front greeted me and asked if I needed any help looking for anything. I told her I was wanting to see what was the latest hair straighteners they had as I was using a chi and wanted to see if something else was better. She first asked how much I was wanting to spend and I told her no more than $100. Well she started showing me the Babybliss pro nano titanium and I really started to like it the more she was telling me about it. It had a longer plate and I felt like that’s what I needed vs what my chi had. Anyways she was looking at the prices and these were signed in their marketing for $99.99. So I was already thinking that was within budget! Well somehow she had another girl ring it up to check the price and it rang up for $150. So the lady who was helping said Oh sorry these are mislabeled and I will have to get on to whoever put this here. And so I just stood there confused as I have nothing to do with what her staff put out to advertise. After all that I was pretty upset and disappointed that I wasted my time gaining info on a straighter I couldn’t afford in the end. I felt like since it was their fault it was miss marked that they should have honored the price marked on the shelf to give customer service but the lady just disappeared on me and I ended up just walking out the store. I am a diamond card holder with them and spend way too much money to get treatment like this. Especially when I can just go to Sally’s for the same thing! I will not be returning back to this Ulta as it is too unorganized for me.

I typically just have been doing pick-up orders for convenience and today was the day that prompted a review. Usually no hiccups in past orders, but had a bit of a hiccup of an order I was picking up today today that the staff here helped me out with. Special thanks to the manager(?) [blonde lady in black] who was working today as well as one girl named Zaida (maybe? name started with a Z for sure) and another girl with a hijab. They didnt have to do what they did, but I appreciated them for making the issue relatively easy to resolve and trying their best to help me. It was an annoying thing to handle for sure, but they were very helpful. Definitely recommend this store due to their customer service and ability to make things right when things go wrong. Thanks again for all of your help today.

I scheduled a curbside pickup here for a few items but noticed there wasnt any soot designated for curbside pickup unless I missed it or misunderstood their options for pickup. So I had no other option but to go inside which I wasnt happy about as I have been avoiding going inside stores as much as I can these days. Once inside the employees greeted me and I was assisted, there just seem to be some confusion on the checking out process that caused it to take longer than it should to get my items and go which made me stress a bit. Overall the experience was okay and I would return in the future for purchases.

Everything was super clean and the employees were so nice. I feel so rude that I didn’t get their names but a sweet girl with curly hair and a male with blue hair. They were both so helpful! Ulta GIVE THEM A RAISE!

Initially my first three visits werent that great. There wasnt much acknowledgment and helpfulness from staff, plus there was an issue where a valid store coupon wasnt accepted by a manager.Since then, though, it seems like the store has improved! Everyone was nice and helpful and I wasnt frustrated shopping here. Really glad and hope all my experiences are like this, cause I like that we have an Ulta in Wylie!

Gercina did my hair relaxer and she did an awesome job. This was my first time at Ulta Salon and it did not disappoint. Gercina took her time and she was very pleasant. The store is well organized and always have a lot of product options.

Went to pick up an item I ordered online. The store manager was standing at the pick up item booth she didnt acknowledge me at all, nor did she ask someone to come help me. It was as if i wasnt standing there she finally moved. The associate from the counter came over and finally helped me. But not a smile or a hello .Leadership needs to lead by example.

Omg such chaos!!! I’m not sure what was going on but there was NO lines at all, yet it still took 26 minutes to complete my return and pick up my online order. Cashier that was there when I walked up, literally walked away. I stood there for about 3-4 minutes before another lady came up to assist me. But then the phone rang and in the middle of my return she walks off to help the customer on the phone...hmm🧐 I waited another 3-4 minutes before she came back to complete my return, which took 10 minutes to finish. Then when I told her I had an online order the phone rang again and she helped that customer over the phone, while trying to find my online order. I don’t think she can multi task what so ever! Then when she finally found my order, she couldn’t find the hand held scanner to release my order. That took another 5-6 minutes to find one! Before I knew it I was in there for 26 minutes!!! I thought online ordering what meant to be simpler and more convenient?!?!

I had my hair and bangs cut by Gercina and I am very happy with my beautiful new hair style. She is such a great stylist. I will definately make sure to keep going back to Gercina for my hair cuts! She paid great attention to detail and had a very gentle touch! I really enjoy this location because of the great customer service from everyone in the store. 😭 went for a trim about a month ago, left with a hack job. The salon has NO IDEA what they are doing.

Came in today for a hair color they did amazing on my blonde and coming back Friday to do my red highlights. Very clean environment and friendly staff members.
