I feel like I just got dupt. This is not what I paid for. I couldnt even get a printout of what I spent. The guy was nice but he didnt not make it clear what I was purchasing. 29.00$ for a glass screen protector?? 49 for a case??? This is not what he said. I will not be back to this store unless I return this phone.

I came here because of the horrible service I received in Wilmington. The guys here are better, but I have complaint though. I needed a new phone. When coming to the store I ask for a Galaxy. I was told Redmi is a much better phone. It cost $300. He talked me into it. It does take wonderful pictures but I dont want it for pictures I am the older generation and a Galaxy was easy for me. This Redmi is horrible.

I cannot rave about this place enough!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Moe and everyone else here went above and beyond to take care of me. Seriously. They are such honest and genuine people with GREAT customer service. I spent hours here over the weekend getting everything straightened out after going to a different Cricket store (do not go to Fairborn), and Moe was so so patient and helped me with everything. I have had a wonderful experience at this store the employees have provided me with excellent service. He tried his best to get me a deal on a great phone and succeeded. I got an galaxy sIIII for 150.00. They were both nice and sociable and didnt just have me sitting there while they were typing on a computer. They also spent a great deal of time while I was very indecisive of what I wanted and didnt show any disrespect or impatience with me. Thank you for the quality in your services!!!

If I could put Negative STARS, I would. This place was terrible. Mainly the fact that the old gentleman that seemed to be in charge became full of rage and accusatory regarding a friends transaction, that we did not understand. We simply asked for help with a Cricket phone that worked when we entered the store, but upon exit, did not. This location is dangerous for women to go alone to because the old gentleman began yelling and came from behind the counter with his finger pointing inches from my friends face. After only asking for help to make the phone work and a receipt. So, take your chances with this Cricket retailer but be on guard. I literally felt my life and my best friends lives flash before my eyes. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, THE DEVIL RUNS THIS STORE.

Purchased a new asus pad phone to replace same same device that was defective after 2 years.immediately the new device would not hook up to their network. when i returned the product to the store the owner refused to credit me for the defective device saying since the device was not a cricket item there was no warranty. i was never advised of such a ridiculous policy at time of purchase. calls to cricket resulted in no resolution of problem

Customer service sucks here.... Mohemad only shows interest in the young pretty teeny boppers, flirting while there is always 5 or more people waiting to be waited on. If phones are on sell. He wont tell you and charges full price!!! Go for help and they argue with you. Went back to the store at 5:45pm waited for about 15min. while Staff who doesnt know how to do anything with cricket phones was on the phone trying to found out where Mohemad was. Was told he had been in the hospital. Then was told his car overheated on 35 and he had to get a fuse put in and would be there when that was done. I hate this store and really hope corporate steps in takes the cricket logo away from these people. It is always a horrible experience!!! and i still have to go back.. Need a better Authorized Cricket Dealer!!!! That review done by Mohemad Qasem. He is the Owner/Manager/Son. Too Funny only good review, he did!
