Went into the Xenia Verizon today to switch my service over. And I was so happy to learn that they had i phone 13’s in stock. I highly recommend the Xenia location. I was lucky enough to have Jeremy help me. He spent at least two hours setting up my new phone and ensuring that all my information transferred over from my old phone. I would give Jeremy 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you so much for all your help.

I just wanted to take a minute to say what a great experience I had at Xenia Verizon the other day. The person who helped me did a great job and got my phone transferred over to the new unit. I’m not the most tech savvy person and he made the transition very easy. I would highly recommend going there. There were several people working all of them seem very nice and helpful even though I was not their “customer”. My new plan has more and was a little less expensive. Thank you. Pete

Awesome experience today! Was afraid it would take forever but Ashley had us in and out super quick. Realized we were a mask short and they had them available and even requested it be worn. Hand sanitizer was available also and they had everything spaced out well. This is our preferred location and will continue to go back.

We went in to trade in our phones and upgrade them along with getting awesome deals I also received a tablet out of the deal. Secondly, the time it took went by so fast and he worked hard to get us done in a reasonable time. Thirdly, the store was super clean and the staff was wonderful. I will continue to go back to this location for these reasons alone.

When I came in I was greeted really nice. I told the man working with me. I was having problems he told me my phone was having all kinds of problems so he sold me a new phone and he explained everything real good. He was a wonderful salesman. If I did not understand something he was real nice about explaining it to me. I would probably work with him again.
