I had metro and I hated it. The phone I got had problems and could get them to fix it with out them wanting me to pay money when it should had be covered since I had Insurance on the phone. So I took my old phone from cricket and switched it over to metro so I had a working phone well in the long run was a bad idea. Now my phone that I have on my boyfriends account through boost is messed up I tried to use my old one again and can’t...why... because now metro has locked it on me. It’s not right since the phone was not purchased and or bought through them the phone was bought through cricket and now metro will not unlock my phone

Great customer service, but it was kind of sad to learn I was getting lied in order for them to reach their goals Im guessing....The free activation promo is over, but Ill see if I can get the fees waved for you. The promo never actually ended... Good I was able to get them to waive the fees, but I wasnt able to get you the $40/unlimited port in promo plan. So well have to go with the $50 plan. No, big deal. (Plus this means Ill get the 100gb Google Drive service). I got my free phone, pay $50 for the first month service, plus tax (thought all that was included).One day later I log onto my online account to check things out. Found I was on the $40 plan/unlimited plan w/ $10 worth of services I never asked for nor was I told about. I guess that makes it a $50 plan that isnt advertised on MetroPCSs website.Still not sure how in some prepaid stores, they are allowed to get away with lying, and scamming their new customers.Ironically, Im very much enjoying the phone, and Im be handling my account online from now on. Dont want to get ripped off again, but thanks!

April is always friendly and knowledgeable, and knows how to solve just about any issue you may have. Highly recommended.

Went with my dad and we had a very good experience. She was nice, quick, and made my dad feel comfortable even though he didnt understand the tech stuff. She set up his phone to what he needed and he was very pleased.

The woman that runs the store doesn’t show you how to do anything on your phone at all the only one that does is her son that works on Sundays. So be sure if you are going over there hope you know how to use your phone.

Love the service here they take the time to make sure things are done correctly and very friendly

They need to start sending out text messages to their customers saying they are working on the phone towers or something like really they just lost a good customer!
