Team was less then professional to say the least. Two words into 4 sentences and i got some eye rolling and loud overt breathing. Noticed one was visibly high and as a previous manager of a tmobile store, i expected more customer service and help. Went in to buy a new phone with cash out right but couldnt even get that far. been with tmobile 10 years but will be switching today even with my discount. I rather lose out on the discount then deal with a company who couldnt even help me out or treat me with decency. I will pay for customer service, not whatever that was.

Good customer service. Their phones and service are by far the best in Xenia.

My wife worked with Jordan and Ally on Christmas Eve to get set up a new account. We switched from Verizon. Ally the manager helped get our bill down where we needed it explained everything so thoroughly. Jordan did a good job with practice will make perfection! I understand you are new but you did wonderful! You have a great staff there Ally, keep up the good work.

I am writing my review based on the customer service only. I had to stop in and take care of an old account issue from several years ago and the folks here at the Xenia sprint store were amazing! Super nice folks and wonderful to work with. They helped me with my old account issues and were all a pleasure. Thank you!!!

Had some issues months ago but I came in recently and the staff that is there now is very helpful and friendly. Its nice to see sprint getting its stuff together. I expect good things in the future.

I went in at close on May 11, 2018 not realizing they were closing. My iPhone screen went blank and I could not get it to light back up. Knowing they probably couldn’t do anything, I still wanted to see. Also to be sure I had insurance on my phone so I could get it fixed the next day. The store manager Alex Conyers, was so extremely nice, he looked at my account to verify a few things. But then went above and beyond and looked up some trouble shooting techniques and was able to get my phone working again! I am so extremely grateful! He didn’t have to let me in, he could have said sorry I am closed. But he didn’t! He is a great example of how customer service should be! Thanks again Alex!

Staff is so professional friendly and helpful but it was only until after I signed onto a.contract that I found out that Sprint doesnt work at my house at all and only covers 25% of America. I wish I had been more.educated about this because I ended up.paying over $450 to get an iPad they was supposed to be free but since the network didnt work and I had to cancel I had.to pay full price or pay $50 for the next 24 months for a network that.didnt work.

Sprint advertising is false and the equipment is very cheap. Do not fall for their advertising. Once you convert, you will find out your monthly bills are higher not lower and the service is horrible However, you will have to call the centralized customer support to complain because the employees in the store (including Xenia) are only salespeople and are not authorized to help you once you are a customer. Customer service is not able to help either because you have signed a 24 month agreement and they know nothing about what the salespeople told you. My family had to switch back to Verizon after 8 stressful months due to broken equipment, lapses in internet service for 2 months, cell phone breakage and horrible customer service. This was an expensive lesson that I hope others do not have to learn the hard way. Stay with AT&T, Verizon or other quality providers.

Great staff great service and nice store

This sprint store is anything but helpful...I was told they would credit my bill for the month of February and then that credit was never applied despite my follow-up. This store is the primary reason I switched to Verizon!!
