The best place to have your damaged auto repaired! Everybody is very nice and they keep you informed on the progress of the repairs. The repair looked good as new. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

These guys are the best and have been the best. They are honest and stand behind their work. After messing my front bumper up and going to 3 different shops who all said I would need a new bumper but, I wasnt able to afford it. I had the brackets to piece back together and they all said no. Well I finally went to good ole Autocraft and they saved me literally $2,000 because of their honesty. I also used them 20 years ago and they did awesome work. They are the best and they are fast and efficient. Shot out to Zane for helping me!

My car was damaged while parked at the airport. I contacted USAA and I was referred to Autcraft for the repairs. I was assisted with the estimate, car rental and received professional service throughout the repair. The car was returned within a week and the car looks like new. Thank you to the whole team for returning my car quickly.

I was sadly hit on my birthday in Kennewick. Had my car towed all the way to autocraft. First time getting in a car accident. The associates were very nice and polite kept me updated throughout the whole time. Paint was perfectly match with the black of my challenger can’t even tell where I got hit. Overall, I would recommend to bring your car here if you get in an accident.

My experience is that most of the time when a review is done its because someone is upset about their experience. SO, I wanted to write to say I love this business. I have used them twice now. Each time, I have been treated SUPER, by all of their employees. My car got done sooner than expected. It was done perfect, and they cleaned the vehicle up inside and out. Looked wonderful! UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW:After my vehicle was repaired by Auto Craft it was never quite the same. The rear quarter they repaired would creak & groan as I drove. My rear door did not shut tight & the woosh of air could be heard inside the cabin. Since every time I returned to Auto Craft to repair their work they didnt seem to fix anything and in return I would find paint splatters or other messes I had to clean up, I decided not to ask them to fix anything further.Fast forward about 1 year... I moved to California & visited another GEICO facility since GEICO guarantees the work nationwide. The new shop in California took my car apart & assessed the repair. They determined the repair was incorrectly completed & in order to fix it they needed to completely RE-DO the repairs!! They estimated the work at $10,000 and GEICO decided to TOTAL my car!! Let me rephrase that... Auto Crafts repairs led to my car being TOTALED when the repairs were reviewed by another shop.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Auto Craft is an approved repair facility through my insurance company, GEICO. After an accident, I took my vehicle here to receive almost $6,000 in repairs. The shop/waiting area was clean and the staff was friendly. They gave me updates when I asked and let me retrieve a few items from my vehicle.BUT overall, I am unhappy with the repair work. The rear panel that was replaced does not fit snuggly like the undamaged side does. The tail gate, that was repaired, is slightly out of whack leaving a larger gap on one side. In addition, there is a metal strip under my rear window that now rubs on my front door when I open it making a noise. It even rubs away paint in an inconspicuous spot. The end of the metal strip was covered with electrical tape! The best part is, this piece was not even damaged in the accident!!To add insult to injury, the interior of my car was extremely dirty with shop dust. They say they dont detail cars (fair enough), but they do vacuum and wipe them out. If thats true, they missed a lot of spots.. Also, I found a shop rag and one of the workers 7-Up bottle in the cargo area of my car. My key had a small amount of paint on it as well. While these may seem like small things, they add up to the already shoddy job they did repairing my vehicle.

These guys did a great job.. from estimate to touch up i knew what was happening with my car. Paint job was first class, body work and repair also first class.. i had some work done at another place in town..( i wont tell you it was Lee Peterson).. and it was nothing but problems.. as a matter of fact Autocraft was able to fix the mess Peterson made and my car looks amazing. Autocraft has gained a life long customer in me.. not only me but my family and friends. I usually dont post these at all but this one has really got me upset. I dropped my car off on july 2 to have some paint fixed that was messed up from a previous bodyshop. I didnt get my car back for two months, it was excuse after excuse....some of them were not the managers fault, the rest were....supposedly people from PPG itself came to paint the car because their computer system messed up in mixing the paint. Its been crazy, however I got home and really looked the car over and its covered in scratches, paint runs, and a dent that wasnt their before. I have to have it redone again, incuding window tint from being ruined. Will not go back or recommend this place to anyone....I have pictures if anyone would like to see them....

I liked this place more before they brought back the current manager. Now they are trying to get rich on their customers.
