Great service great product its my second time using them for a tint and both jobs came out beautiful.

Went for speakers and they clipped on of the my factory crossovers and left the other but tried to sell me other stuff, I DO NOT RECOMEND GOING HERE the person who installed my speakers dod not know what he was doing one of the speakers was bridged and the other side wasnt.

Took both of my trucks in for installs my truck came out ok its still working.. My wifes truck in the other case didnt work long spent $500 on remote start alarm stopped working after a month went back to they kept giving me the run around that they dont have time to work in it made appointment to drop off truck was told that day they wont have time.. So disappointing..

This place moved to Betteralls at the old Hahn Lot.I think its called Audio Solutions and Tinting...I went to them before for remote start installs and was happy, not today.Went to get a new radio, Sirius, backup camera, with my android s8+ phone operation which they said theyve installed many $800 + tax...come to find out they tried 5 different units, none are comparable with the s8+...at the end told them to take it out and return it to original equipment...owner wanted me to by a iPhone, not no but hell no, wanted me to pay for labor, no...wasnt want me to my vehicle said cannot open garage doors after 6pm, told him me and it was leaving, get your equipment out.Its their job to ensure the equipment is compatible before wasting my entire day.Never again will I recommend this owner.The employees did everything they could, I feel sorry for them working for this guy.

I had an issues with my existing 6 cd changer on my Ford F150. I asked for help getting CD magizine out. At that point i was not treated rude. Just undesireable. Nobody wanted to help with my problem and even had issues when i asked about new sound systems. Do not recommend this company.

I didnt get a phone call all day because they couldnt tint my car. plus I went to the old address because they havent updated it. 9 hours my car was sitting at the shop.. my entire day off was waisted! 🤘

HORRIBLE! The Window Tint Peeled Off Within a Couple Months. They DIDNT Even Bother Peeling Off The Old Tint It Had. I Dont Even Think They Even Bothered Wiping Down The Window Before Applying The Film

Excellent wouldnt go anywhere else for window tinting. Thay have done 5 of our vehicles so far!

Got a remote start installed. Only they didnt have the one I wanted. They took a lot longer than told. Then when I stopped by even when I was supposed to be called they tried to give me a diffrent cheaper one. Then it took along time to get fixed. After a couple months ir isnt working. Other people had been waiting for a while too. That I had talked too. The owner was nice about everything and apologized.

Never going back there again! Those guys sell everything so Expensive. They were selling 2 speakers for my truck for 160$+ Tax so it was like (180$) .. turns out that does speaker on Were cheaper online for 35$ each. ....👎 I know a business is about making money but. Not in a way that your over paying them!!!!

Called to see if they had a $5 wire harness replacement for jvc cd player. They did. Was told $10 over the phone. Figured whatever its convenient. Got there and he charged me $15! Damn near could buy a new cd player

Horrible customer service! First time was great but I went in to get my tv replaced and the guy that helped had a horrible attitude then the owner came in and after I complained about the service I was getting he said I dont have to do this job u know!? Im not even charging you for this 😮 he also said I dont have to tell him how to run his business! Omg hes service was so horrible just like the first guy! I will never come here again!

Great place and work quality is just as it came from the factory.

Not very impressed. Got a double din touch screen head unit installed here. The price was alright just under $100 so about the same as anywhere else, but it took them six and a half hours to do and the job was not done very professionally. They left debris everywhere including wires and plastic shreds from where they had to cut the mounting bracket. The thing I was most disappointed with was how uneven and sloppy looking the stereo was put in. The cuts around the edges of it look terrible.
