Highly recommend. The service was prompt and proffesional. They ran a diagnostics to confirm the suspicion of battery failure at no extra charge. They replaced my battery with a high quality replacement. How do I know it was high quality? Easy, the battery has already lasted about a year with no problems. At a previous company I will not throw under the bus, it was replaces 4 times before the warranty expired. I received great tips on how to get the most life out of this battery. I have been feeling confident there will be no issues for a long time. Nothing worst than having fear of failure on my 2012 Prius C any time I hit the road. Fast. Friendly. Fair. Prompt. It’s very rare to get help over the phone by any repair shop, but Adolfo is an exception, the man took the time to explain to me what to check for on my 2006 Ford Escape hybrid, before replacing the drive battery. I do all my own car repair because i dont trust most car repairs but i needed a replacement hybrid for my highlander all i can say is in our world today its hard to find people with integrity and a true work ethic not only was the work done on time they callled me and told me they overcharged me and refunded me the amount it wasnt alot and i never would have noticed i will recomend this place to everyone

I thought my Lexus 400H need a hybrid battery, but when Adolpho checked it out, he found something that my normal mechanic was not able to diagnose fix twice. I had check engine lights on for over a year. What I thought wouldve cost me a few thousand dollars, only cost a few hundred. The integrity of Aldopho is second to none. Adolfo is Amazing! He is professional, very easy to communicate with and VERY reasonably priced! We have a 13 year old Prius and Adolfo recently replaced the battery for us. Then, just recently, the dealer said we needed a new EC unit, quoted us a price and Adolfo replaced it for less than half the cost. He has saved us so much money. Ive got the 3 year warranty battery pack from them. Its been two years, I changed the battery pack once for free. Id say although the battery did not last for 3 years, the service is exception, and the price is great.

Update on this, posted 3 weeks ago about services and I had to change my star rating.After these few weeks the issues i now have pack failure and have done a life test and I’m showing 25% of life after the battery was replaced recently. I had another tech come out and show me and tell me the easiest way to spot a bad pack. On 2004-2009 Prius models if your car is on and it’s sitting the motor will kick over to charge the battery and it should do it about every 7-8 mins with the ac on and about 10-13 with the ac off. Mine does it about every minute or so and upon start up every day for the past week I’ve gotten the red triangle and have a pack codes appear on my scanner. This battery was installed by Adolfo at the beginning of March and failed mid may. It’s disappointing that i only got 3 months on this battery when youre guaranteed that the cells are tested and above 80% But what can you expect from with a used battery. Warranty should’ve been extended but it’s a SOL post. This is a shopper beware post.I found this place on offer up before he opened up a shop. Now it’s say this honestly the owner is a very great guy professionally and customer service wise I give him 5 stars but quality wise on the batteries I have to question. When I first got my battery installed I automatically had an issue with it within the first week. The owner came out and swapped it for me since I was under warranty and went on my way. A few weeks later I had another battery issue and he came out and swap that one as well. I was told at the time he didn’t have proper testing equipment and he was sorry about the issues with the batteries that I was having that didn’t worry me too much since he was trying his best and taking care of me. I then proceeded through six more batteries within a year span. And recently my warranty expired and I honestly thought that replacing my batteries would’ve extended the warranty but it didn’t. The owner took care of me over the year of my warranty and the day before my warranty expired I had an issue with my previous battery I had to drive the car with a failed battery to his location in Yorba Linda because he wanted to charge me a travel fee which I completely understand. He ended up swapping it but a few weeks later leading up to today I’m still having issues with my battery. Prior to these issues he told me to do minor maintenance to the vehicle which I did and has not solved any of the issues with the battery that he Suggested. That being said he works really really well and quick but now since this is the ninth battery I’ve had that is giving me issues I’m questioning quality of the cells and judgment of diagnosis.

I have a 2004 Toyota Prius and was having problems with my fuel economy, Adolfo was generous to provide a free diagnostic and the problem turned out to be the Hybrid battery which I couldnt believe was true because I got it replaced 2 months ago by another shop. Now my mpg is much higher and I have more power on the road.
