So I went in after a surprise need for brakes. The man at the register helped me through everything, did a slight upsell that was logical (add rotors as that was the surprise! No sensor noise just brake to grind, and it was not much more at all). While I was there, they cleaned the waiting area, sanitizing it. The bathroom was a bit rough, but I kind of expect that in a place with really only men working. They have water and coffee, as well as plenty of plugs to charge a device if needed, they were kind and fast, and they were honest that I didn’t need things I knew I didn’t need. I find these people, at least those I interacted with, trustworthy in a field that is known to take advantage of women on their own. Nothing extra added, not at all bad pricing (both brakes and rotors for 2 wheels less than 400 for my personal car, which will obviously vary based on what your vehicle is), and no one was rude. I said the word “sir” and I was immediately responded to, not ignored. Not something super important, but impressive that the gentleman was able to both work and pay attention around him. Zero horseplay, professional, and it was nice to see people do things well and right. Thank

Needed a tire repaired on a Sunday was able to get it done within an hour.

Everybody at this location is amazing but Eric particularly is incredible. He’s been doing alignments for over 25 years and makes absolutely certain that every one of his going mechanics and technicians is doing a great job and that every customer leaves happy. I’ve been coming to this location for years and especially if you have a lifted off road truck and you’ve been struggling to find a place that will get your alignment dialed in to prevent rubbing this is the place to go. Strongly recommend doing their 3 years unlimited alignment deal it’s definitely worth every penny.

An Honest shop. They are great for: Anything to do with Tires and Brakes. I bought new tires and a 3-year alignment. Every 6 months Ive taken it in, theyve aligned and rotated the tires. They make sure the brakes are still good and PSI is good all under the 3-year alignment warranty. My car has never been so happy with a tire company before.

Just bought a used car, tire light came on 2 different times. These guys were great, they showed me where the powder coating on the bead was leaking. Im going to have the powder coating fixed by the company that did it.

My cheek tire light went on so I stop to have it check and it was right before closing and the young man that help me was so nice he took his time and checked all 4 of my tires and adjusted all of them he told me that 1 was to low and 2 had to much air and didnt even change me any thing for his time/work and I didnt even buy my tires there but when it comes time to get new ones I might just come back and get them here

I get my oil changes here and it comes with a free tire rotation. Fairly quick and courteous. Would recommend them.

Lauren, who works at the front desk, does an amazing job making customers feel taken care of. I have been to this location several times for oil changes and minor fixes. Recently when I had a few tires replaced Lauren patiently explained all the options to me and provided helpful insight to guide my decision. And My last visit to replace front brakes she again helped my out and told me up front all of the info that I needed.Great job Lauren I really appreciate your customer service!

I had a slow leak in my tire and needed to find out what was wrong. They found that my tire had a metal piece stuck into it but they were able to repair instead of buying a brand new tire. Thank goodness because the tire would have cost me $450-$500 instead it only cost me $45. Fair, honest, and pleasant people. Ill definitely go back to them for any service i need for any of my cars. I had no problem with this location eveytime ive gone in they have been great to work with. Even when i just brought my car in for tire rotation. I was not told they will not touch my car because the tread was below a tread marker.

Went in for an oil change. Didnt look for or bring in a coupon, but they gave me the coupon deal anyways. Very good customer service. Didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of silly stuff either.

Went in for a patch. They were slow, expensive, and a little lazy. To Just Tires: The reason I told your employee that the nail was right by the letter D in Bridgestone was so that you would NOT put the giant white mark on the sidewall of my tire which I was unable to remove even with scrubbing. Im sure it will come off eventually, but maybe you guys need to use something that cleans up a little easier.

Went back the next day after getting new tires with a flat, they fixed it with no issue and were very courteous.

Great service couldnt patch my tire and didnt have the one I needed but they put on my dummy tire and didntcharge me a penny. I will be back when its time for a new set.

First time here and last time.I asked how much will the charge for patching my tire it was $30 dollars thats what the customer service advisor said and the tire tech said that probably he can drop it to $20 but wasnt able to. I asked if they can just replace it with the spare but the tech said the CSA might charge for that service also. The Auto Tech Armando I believe so did help me on putting air on the spare. I asked him if it was ok for me to replace the tire in the parking lot and he said yeah there shouldnt be any problem unless the CSA says something and that they close the shop in 10 minutes so I have until then. While replacing my tire for a spare in the parking the employees just watch me work. Wheres the customer service there? Didnt offer to help or anything while I had my 2 year old with me. At my shop we do help people in need. I work at valvoline and we dont specialise on tires but when a customer needs help on replacing a tire or needs coolant or needs anything on there vehicle we do whatever you can to help them. Thats real customer service.

The customer service I encountered wasnt a good one... They did not honor the price that was on the internet even though I had the copy with me. This was my first time here and it wasnt a welcoming visit.

I bought wheels at this store recently. The wheels are bent; they never told me they were bent. Manager denies selling me the wheels, but they were sold by his employee at the store during work hours.Please double check anything you buy from this store or you might get ripped off like others have.

The price a bit high compared to other places, the tire had a screw inserted and they charged me $ 25. per tire, in other locations they charge $ 10 or $ 15 dollars
