Wow, what a terrible experience. I would not recommend Michael Hull to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!I had a initial meeting with him (thankfully my first and last meeting) and oh boy he came in just cursing like a sailor left and right, he is probably the most UNPROFESSIONAL real estate agent i have ever used! Also, i never write reviews so just by me writing one is something in it itself. He also just flat out lied to me about numerous details and for those reasons i did not use him, it was an easy choice there are many other out there use anyone but him!!!

DO NOT USE MIKE HULL - LIED NUMEROUS TIMES, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT!Mike Hull sold the home I lived in for over 10 years. Let me tell you why he is, in my opinion, the worst real estate agent in Orange County.So were using him to sell our home, I always respected the man which is why I made sure that he was the real estate agent we used over all the others we could choose from. Im not going to go into anything else that happened because I respect privacy matters but I do want to let people know about what the most unprofessional gesture that was ever done to me.Fast forward to about 2 months after he sold my home. He messages me and said thank you for backing him and ensuring he got the listing 8/29. He wanted to give me a gift and asked for ideas. I gave him some and he said he would send it soon. 3 weeks later 9/18 I follow up and he replied ...busy (but) ill get it out to you ASAP.ONE FULL MONTH LATER Oct 15 I follow up asking about it, he says Should have been (at your house) I will have to ask my assistant because as far as I know it was sent awhile back I told him I did not receive anything as I would have thanked him if I did. He said I will let you know when I talk to her (his assistant). In my opinion I HIGHLY doubt he has an assistant.... anyway, 7 days go by and no communication from him.. So 7 days later I said any news? He replies She said she sent it man and this is when I know he is completely lying.I said When? Does she have a tracking number or anything? Should probably try to follow up with it or I can report it (submit a claim to USPS to receive insurance refund) cause I didnt receive anything. Everything is insured and it prolly wasnt very cheap so if she can let me know the info ill submit the claimHe replies OK I will tomorrow like what? that is not what i asked or anything so clearly hes being deceitful.2 days later I follow up he says we put in a request. I asked for the tracking number.This is the best part... He replies Yeah ... sorry man im just really busy and I have it at the office I will get it to you sometime tomorrow thanks again manI followed up FOUR more times, not a single reply. If that does not tell you who he is then i dont know what will, if you want to use himGOOD LUCK BUT IN MY STRONGLY FELT OPINION ABOUT HIM, HE IS THE WORST, LYING REALTOR IN ORANGE COUNTY USE A MORE RESPECTFUL AGENT PLEASE FOR YOURSELF.I am happy to send anyone screen shots of our entire convo if you dm me, thanks
