Came in at 9 am for an oil change, didnt get the car back until the next day and left with more issues than I came with.-unorganized-low technicians-Questionable integrity regarding RECOMMENDED services-rude hispanic guy at the front office (other guy was nice)Would NOT recommend THIS location.

Ive been bringing my company truck here for years. The last time I brought it in was for an oil change and for them to check my front bearings as they were making noises and vibrating. Two days later I picked up the truck and theyve change the wheel rotors. I drive off and the noises and vibration is still there. I called them to tell them and they asked me to bring it back in a week later when their good mechanic is back from vacations. To top it off three weeks after the oil change my truck starts making noises. I open the hood take a quick look and I noticed that my oil filter was never change. Now Im wondering if they even did anything, cant trust this place anymore.

We brought my fiancé’s car in for a simple tire patch this past Sunday because they were the only place open nearby. They needed us to leave the car there, but it would be done before they closed. After a couple of hours I called to check the status and was told it wasn’t done and they would call when it was. We decided to go anyway since it was near closing. When we arrived, both drivers side tires were off and the hood was up. Long story short, they “finished” 40 minutes later and we left. My fiancé noticed a scraping sound coming from the area of the tire they patched. Took it to the dealer and they suspect these guys “filed” the brake pads because there are only 7000 miles on them and they were at a 2-3 which is unheard of for that many miles. We can’t prove anything but we can at least spread the word that the crew working that day are not trustworthy or forthcoming. I’m pretty sure this is a criminal act if it could be proven. Name on the invoice was Tony.

We received great service. Replaced road hazard tire purchased out of state. They looked it up and determined out road hazard covered cost. We were out in less than an hour from our appointment time.Thanks Frank for taking great care of us.

I bring both of my cars here and they do decent work. Ive had a few issues here and there but theyve usually fixed it when I come back. I cant say I completely trust them as I still get the usual air filter and battery need to be replaced almost every time, even when theyre new. Overall though, better than other places Ive been and close by. The prices can be a bit high but thats what you get with a chain mechanic shop, I usually find some coupons on their website before coming in. The lifetime alignment is definitely worth it as you pay a bit more upfront but then they will align your wheels whenever you want for the time you own the vehicle. I purchased it for both of my cars and theyve both paid for themselves multiple times over.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and an alignment. Got it back and half the lug nuts were missing and the alignment was worse than it was before. After I asked them to have them try again and replace the parts they broke, they wanted me to pay for their screw ups.

Stopped by on May 13 to get quote and check availability on two tires. Was given price ($15 more than quote on their website, but whatever) and was told the tires would be there in AM and bring car back tomorrow. Received voicemail at 4:30 that afternoon saying tires were in, come in anytime. Came by in AM, was told they didnt have the tires, go to store in Diamond Bar if you want those, but they have different ones (for $100 more). No thanks.

Serviced there before had a low tire lite possible nail wife going cross country in the morning advised it would be two hours before looking at it i said ill be back pulled around decided to cancel my appointment went back in and then was told it would be 4 hours they know where they can put there servicadvise not to go there

Sonny is great! He took care of my daughters car on Friday so I brought my sons car here today. It doesnt matter if its a big or small issue, they will take care of you. Today Im here for a simple light bulb change in a headlight.

The worst customer service ever. My husband got a flat and Firestone was the nearest tire place to our location. When we arrived they said they could not help us because they had an oil change to do and they would not have time. They had over five employees in the shop and there close time was 6pm we arrived at 1pm. We Went to Bigo tires and they got it done right there in there all we needed was to buy a tire.

Dont use this location, management and mechanics are unreliable. After getting fuel pump replaced, my engine light went on the next day. After smelling gas I can see a waterfall of gasoline spilling out from the bottom of the vehicle. I drove with it like that for a few miles. Im lucky Im not dead. They are also lucky im not dead!

Dropped in without an appointment to get tires as a surprise gift for a relative. I had to be fast and sneaky to pull off the surprise. Ben was at the desk and fully supportive of the effort. He hustled me in and out with no drama and no fuss. Five stars for the super customer service.

Been there couple of times. They sure will get the job done. Thats from their perspective is to replace a tire. Which can be done same way anywhere. The waiting time is a little longer than Id expect even with scheduled appointment. However, when I needed something just a little more they just refused. Which is to properly inspect my Bridgestone on the matter of manufacturer defect failure (almost mockingly). Which technically they should do (at least per Bridgestone customer care). Clearly they have at least several customers less now. Went to other shop and they did it for me with no fuss.

We have used this store for our tires and service for over 20 years and today the staff went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. Talented mechanic Brian and determined manager John spent extra time on our truck until all the issues were resolved. We are so grateful for the teamwork that got the job done!

A first complaint is in regards to upon pick up of the vehicle, it was made aware that a phone charger was stolen from the vehicle. The car was searched and the charger “disappeared” upon return of the car. This issue was brought to the attention of the store staff and the Manager, Ben. Ben quoted the procedure that the store is not liable for missing items and proceeded to say, “My guys would not take anything.” The conversation was very rigid and not friendly when the issue was addressed with the store staff member; he was not empathetic or apologetic whatsoever. The technician that worked on the vehicle was Bassam and he approached the vehicle to state he didn’t take anything.A second complaint that surfaced, was that within 3 miles from departure from the store the tire light turned on. The vehicle was taken to the store for a tire rotation and there were no light sensors on. The drive home entailed tire light sensor lights that were not on prior to the visit. This is of great concern as there should be no issues from the service that was received for the tire rotation and air pressure inspection.Sadly, the experience today has impacted our view of Firestone as the staff at the Yorba Linda location were trusted with the vehicle. After this situation, all items will need to be removed for further service at any Firestone location and service in the future will not be continued after the current tire life are expired. Business will be taken elsewhere after the sloppy customer service provided today.

Quickly replaced battery and completed oil change even though it was very busy. Friendly service.

Do not trust your life or your car with this Firestone store. I asked for a complete brake inspection. When they returned my car they reported my brakes were fine. I asked for the specifications (thickness of pads and rotors) and they said they were not written down. I asked them to double check as the report is part of the inspection. They came back and reported metal to metal. The breaks were ready to fail!! However, they still could not tell me the specifications on specific measurements of each of the breaks.It turns out, they never inspected the brakes!! When forced to complete the job properly, it revealed the brakes were metal to metal on the rear!!Their excuse, This is what happens when we get busy.Stay away from this shop if you value your life and that of your children.Note, the service took 1.5 times longer than the promised delivery.

Stopped by for a quick tire quote while Im shopping for tires. I really question the Firestone training because these guys are ill prepared and really low quality. john didnt bother to look at the tires that were on the wheels and seems completely incompetent as he doesnt know what a TPMS sensor is trying to tell me Im getting new sensors instead of valve rebuild kits.

After my car dealership rotated tires and SAID they checked the air pressure a few days ago, today I noticed the warning light for low tire pressure was on. No time to go all the way back to dealership, so pulled into my nearby Firestone where I just bought 2 tires recently. They were kind enough to check and fill the low tires right away and I was on my way. So grateful that they take such good care of their customers!

Let me preface by saying if I could give 0 Stars I would. I called the shop and stated exactly the make model and year of the vehicle as well as exactly what I needed done. Break pads replaced and rotors turned a standard break job by any means. I get a price quote which sounded reasonable, so I take the vehicle in to have the service done around 11 am I get a call back at 5 pm expecting them to tell me its done. But I am instead told that the price quoted on the phone was not for my vehicle but for a standard vehicle even though I gave them exact make model and year of my vehicle. So the cost for my vehicle would be over 6x the price let me say that again 6 TIMES the original quote that was given. Then they proceed to tell me other issues with the vehicle and how much that would cost the prices were astronomical. Only because I would normally do this myself but I got hurt and cant physically do it and I just needed this done. Lets say in ended up getting it done for what they were going to charge me for half of one wheel. BEWARE NEVER USE THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!

This was my second visit on a Sunday in approx. a month to get a pair of tires for my Mazda CX5. I called prior to my first visit as I had a flat and Firestone YL advised they could help me. The rep was quite courteous and knowledgeable and guided me in my tire choice for my car. I was pleased with prompt efficient service. Location is clean and comfy as I typically wait for my car. I made an appt for my second pair of tires. I was greeted by name when I came in. BEN was courteous and the work was completed in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised during my wait when he was heading to 7-11 and queried whether we (customers) wanted a drink from there. That was considerate. My car was soon ready and I was again pleased that he had applied a discount that was available without me asking. I have selected this Firestone YL location for my services.

These guys are great techs they really know what there doing on cars. Price are far and they go out of there way to make you happy.The shop is super clean . They even have there windows cleaned by Evans Dynamic windows suppose to be the best window cleaner in orange county look them up.

Best bet for tires

If it wasnt for Sonny I would probably not go here anymore. Firestone used to be good but now they are very corporate like. Parts that they use are not as good quality. From experience do not get their breaks, they are horrible... They are noisy and do not last long.

After the initial installation time frame as well as the estimate for a tire, the charge came in $10 less. The installation did not take as long as previously stated.

Horrible Horrible. I always make an appointment for services to ensure i receive timely repair services. But everytime I show up they are somehow short handed and they make you wait a couple of hour for a simple oil change - it is more like one man operation. At the same time, they act like they dont care. Time is money. What is the point of making appt? I have been a royal customer to Firestone but I am not coming back to place for sure.

The people here are great. My car was towed here a week or so ago bc it broke down on me while driving home from work, they did a diagnostic test on it and found that it was the engine that went bad in it. They advised me there was nothing they could do for my car. They told me that they would not charge me for the test being done & to take my time finding a tow truck to come and pick it up. The guys at this shop are very nice people.After reading all the negative reviews, I was having second thoughts about having my car towed here, but I went ahead anyway. Not everyone has the same experience with a person(s), sometimes you just have to see for yourself... Im glad I did bc they were really nice to me.
