Husband got my tires changed here. Found 2 cigarette butts in my car on the driver’s side floor mat after I got it back. At least have the decency to dispose of trash instead of leaving it in the customer’s car or smoking in it if that’s the case.

Would highly recommend being a personal friend or family member of someone there, if you want honest work from them. Definitely a shady shop. AVOID to the best of your abilities.

I had a fantastic experience at Brooks-HUff Tire and Auto Center. All of the men working the day I went in for my oil change were extremely professional and wonderful. They worked fast, efficiently, and productively. While changing my oil, they had noticed the valve to put oil in my car was pretty old and beat up. They told me about it right away, asking if Id like it replaced, telling me it was only a few dollars. I dont believe they had the piece in their shop, but the mechanic working on my car went across the street to purchase it for me. Thats going way above and beyond with genuine care for the customer. I also could tell by this instance that the employees were not trying to get me to pay more money for something unnecessary. They were completely honest with me. I told the men how appreciative I was for their professionalism and kindness. I unfortunately did not get their names, otherwise I would list them here to acknowledge how wonderful they had treated me. I highly recommend Brooks-Huff to anyone & I will most certainly be returning to them and ONLY them for future oil changes/other services.

On my way to Harrisburg for a job interview from the D.C. area, I was passing through York when my car suddenly began having transmission issues. I pulled into Brooks-Huff Tire and Auto and they quickly identified the issue and got my car all fixed up. Though I had to reschedule my interview, I enjoyed all the service I got today and am glad I made it back home safe!

I have been to another shop who lied and stole my money; so choosing another place to do business was a challenge.. However this has been the most respectful and the most professional place I have ever visted which is why I came back anytime I needed sevice and have been doing so for a little over a year. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend it especially if you have had bad experiences with other companies; make this the last place you EVER do business with your car. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

They wanted me to stand outside because I cant wear a mask. I canceled my work($1374) and went to Mavos discount tire and save $200. Mavis didnt make me wear a mask or stand outside. An employee at brooks came out and said he had cancer. Not being unfeeling but if youre susceptible why would you expose yourself. When I was taking chemo and had sinus cancer I stayed home. SMH

I have been taking my vehicles for service to Goodyear (Brooks Huff) for 15 years. They used to have a location near my home, when they moved I drove the extra distance to stay with my head mechanic. I have also taken other family vehicles to them. In fact, my son in law uses them exclusively now, that is saying something, when you recommend an establishment to friends and family. Kim (the head mechanic) always makes sure that my vehicle is repaired correctly and safely. This is important to me as I am a Road Warrior.Garrett and Bill always have kind words and smiles on their faces. Laughing and joking with me whenever I call or take my vehicle in for service. The techs (sorry I dont know your names) look very professional and keep a very clean work area. You never hear any grumbling like other garages. I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle, it is worth the little extra you might pay.Another thing, Kim, has gotten shoes for his entire family and is working on neighbors and friends now! Little inside joke, couldnt resist:) Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Always a good experience. Very friendly and professional staff. I never feel pressured to buy unnecessary products. They do a great job each time explaining my issues and how to fix them. This is the only place I go, from living in Stewartstown, to Mount Wolf to West York. Have always gone to one of their locations and always have a great experience. That says a lot about this company. Highly recommend.

My wife gave me a call saying she got a nail in her tire on a Saturday afternoon. I called up Brooks-Huff and asked if they could possibly squeeze us in for a flat fix, and they, very kindly, offered to get us in shortly before they closed. When I told them my wife had some musical instruments in her car that were sensitive to the heat outside, they immediately pulled the car into an open bay just to get it out of the sun. They patched the problem and even showed us exactly what they found in there. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience.

A few weeks ago, I made an appointment with Brooks-Huff to have a complete set of new tires put on my car. The car was barely up on the rack, when the mechanic came into the waiting room and asked me to follow him into the garage. We stepped under the car. The subframe was completely rusted and rotting. They didnt want to put the tires on because the car was unsafe. I was in shock. Before I left, the manager suggested I call the local Kia dealer as they might replace the frame. He said that it doesnt matter how old the car is, or how many owners its had, call them before you junk it. I called and Kia DID replace the subframe along with three other components that were under recall. Yesterday, I went back to Brooks Huff and had the tires put on. They told me that they wouldnt align the car because two front ball joints and the tie rod were bad. I went to my garage and they ordered the parts. Brooks-Huff could have easily put those tires on the car my first visit, and never told me about the condition of my car. Instead they went above and beyond to help me (twice)! This kind of integrity and honesty have all but vanished in this day and age. If I could give them a ten star rating I would. They are friendly, kind, and most of all they care about their customers and their safety. Ill return for the alignment, knowing that Im in good hands.

I have been having my vehicles serviced for 20+ years between the two locations in York PA. I love the staff that always takes care of me. They treat me well and always ask what the problem is and give me suggestions on the maintenance on my vehicles. Exceptional service. Had a flat tire on way from Maryland to Scranton, on our way to a birthday celebration. We were pressed for time but they were able to squeeze us in. Back on the road in an hour.

Great customer service! They are kind of in-between your hometown shop and the big chains/ dealerships. Their prices are slightly lower than than national chains and dealerships but they are higher than your hometown mechanic. Still, a pretty good experience with a nicer waiting room than your hometown garage!

My new car care specialist, feel like I’m treaded like family. Walked in and was able to get scheduled a few hours later which was amazing and they got my car done in under an hour. Staff is friendly, professional. Best part is they aren’t pushy for sales.

Came in to fix a flat tire. Was treated very kindly and the service was fast indeed. I got the sad news that my tire was unusable however they ordered a new one and had it ready for me to pick up the same day. By the was I had done some research and their flat tire repair price was the best in my area.

Employees give contradicting info on emission/inspection laws...Called four different Brooks Huff locations in PA. All gave a different answer to the same question. Have taken my four vehicles here for almost 10 years. Could have cared less that they lost my buisness. Very easy for them to take advantage of people and seems like they dont mind the potential negative impact for their customers (1000 dollars for me in this case).

Had a screw in my tire on a Saturday. Everyone nearby was too busy to get me in. It was 2:15 and they close at 3:00, told me to come in. Store and District managers were polite. Will definitely consider them next time I need some work done on the car.

Had an appointment showed the manager said I wasnt in the books I had to reschedule had a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change when I arrived they said they didnt have my oil and I had to upgrade another $40 to a full synthetic to get oil change. What a way to up sell.. a bunch of BS probably wont go back there again. After speaking with the manager Doug did say to me that I wasnt treated fairly far as customer service and agreed to refund me my $40 back.I appreciate the reply back from Doug from my complaint and by no means was i looking anything back from the company. Thank you Doug for hearing my side .

I went into the store this morning at the queen street location to have my tire repaired because I have a nail in it. I was told I have 2 nails not just one. He said they could plug the one hole but 2nd nail damaged the tire and couldnt be repaired and have to replace it. Im glad I went to L.G Allen in york for a second opinion. They found both nails and had no problem putting a plug in both holes. Brooks was going to charge me over 300.00 for a new tire which I didnt need!! Very sad that they were trying to take advantage of me. I wasnt charged for the service they provided but if I was I wouldve went back for a refund! At no time was i told they couldnt fix it because it might be dangerous to drive on just that is was beyond repair. Shame on you!! Go to L.G Allen if you want to deal with a repultal company.

Place is a joke. Had 4 tires installed and they chipped all 4 wheels. I complained and the guy says we will take care of you next time with a discount. Yea ok, there wont be a next time.

$33 for a flat fix, and they took my nice bullet valve cap and returned me my tire with a cheap gray plastic cap. No thanks, Ill take my car and money elsewhere.

Went in for state inspection last year with no problems. Went in this year driving only 2500 miles and there was a list a mile long as to to what was needed ! You kidding me? Stay away. Dishonest!

Everyone was very friendly but the price for the part I needed was extremely overpriced. I understand smaller shops need to charge a little more but there was a two hundred dollar difference when I took it to a dealership.

Was a loyal customer for years and recenly was dissapointed by high pressure tactics. Good service but dont let them pull a fast one on you.
