John Plank is one of the salesman at this dealership and he is great to work with! He is willing to make a deal and help you out to get what you want or need. I highly recommend speaking to him for your next vehicle but I dont think you can go wrong with anyone there.

Had appointment to look at vehicle. Sent my aunt this morning due to the fact i live an hour and half away. Vehicle wasnt there. Got home from work called to reschedule appointment and was told vehicle would be at dealership. Drove the hour and half and vehicle wasnt at that site. I was also told trade in was the top dollar amount so would be the best time for trade in. Top dollar a joke the lowest offer i got. No one apologized for being lied to about the vehicle being at the dealership. The very worst dealership i have ever been to.Dear Apple Ford it is so easy for you to post make a call in hopes for you to make this better. 1 I was in your dealership and no one apologized. 2 I told the sales person I had other offers for way more than your offer and was told nothing they could do. Insane for no one to apologize or try to make a deal with the mistake or whatever it was about the vehicle not being at dealership. If it is so important to you for customer service you the dealership has my information if you wanted to make this better.
Fantastic place to buy a vehicle. Highly recommend Apple Ford Truck Shop. Dave in the truck shop is great to work with, he goes above and beyond. I had a steering issue with my 2016 F250 which has a aftermarket extended warranty and Dave got a hold of them for me and made everything so easy. The guys in the shop do great work.
Orlando was VERY helpful and personable. Very knowledgeable of what he is doing. Jeremy in finance was very transparent and down to earth.

Quick lane is apparently only the name of their oil change service and by no means a description. They ask that I made an appointment for faster service, I did. Waited 40 minutes for them to get it back.
Excellent experience with Randy at Apple Ford of York. Randy is awesome at what he does, hes basically family now! Ma says give the young man a raise. We have never had such a relaxed and enjoyable experience with purchasing a vehicle before. I was very impressed. I got flat tire on the way home from work couldnt find anyone with my size. Call up the Ford dealership. An Amanda service desk asked what needed an told her. Then took car in told me other tire tread was at 3 recommended 2nd tire. An alignment. Well I need some other work done before get inspected. An I honestly got my car back less then two hours. They had to replace my shocks.. an the car drove like new! Very impressed!
Joette was a good salesperson. I enjoyed her personality. She wasnt pushy and since it was a slow day, she wasnt in a hurry so I got to steer the sale somewhat. I would have liked to get the truck for a bit better price but did not achieve what I wanted in that department. However, I really wanted this truck and insisted that the payment needed to be where it is now. The truck, though used runs great and looks fabulous! Id go back again for sure!!

Apple Ford’s Service Department is second to none! Amanda Dellinger was FANTASTIC!!! I can’t thank her enough for all of her help in getting my truck back on the road. Amanda kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to call her for an update as she was constantly keeping me updated with the process. I brought my truck into Apple after having an engine replacement at a local shop. Something was still off, so I wanted Ford to look at it. Amanda took over from the start, worked with my after market warranty company to get everything approved, fought for what I was owed, and her team did an amazing job!!! Called for a month to check on a car I wanted and was told it would not be for sale until it was out of the shop and had passed PA inspection. I called many times and left voicemails but no one called me back. I call today and find out the car has been sold when I was told its not possible for it to be sold until it passes PA inspection. I would have paid much more than the asking price if only someone had cared enough to follow up with me.
Today at 2:00 p.m. I called about a vehicle I wanted to test drive, their website says that they will deliver a car to your house for a test drive within 30 miles. I am within 30 mi. The lady on the phone said that they are really busy and that is an inconvenience for them to deliver a used model, and asked if I would Come in for the test drive it which I agreed to. When I came in I found out they had sold the car 3 hours prior to when I talked to the sales associate on the phone. They gave a mild apology and explain that their internet sales department was not updated on sales happening on the floor. Lesson learned, when a business refuses to provide a service that they offer right off the bat, it is probably not a well-run business.
Bought a 2016 jeep cherokee limited from them and it was a nightmare first lets start with tires I look at the vehicle and like it so went inside to talk the gave me a great offer for my challenger and at the time I looked at the vehicle didnt notice the tires had low threads I took it to work while they waited for bank to supply the fund and it was sliding everywhere then I took it back because notices threads was at the bars on the tires that tell you that you need new tires they first told me it passed inspection so they aint changing the tires so the finally agreed to changing 2 came after signing paperwork the changed the two tires but changed the rear not the front and put tires that wasnt for that car then cut some of the wheel well so it wouldnt scrap but I let and immediately started rubbing and I went back sales person said this was normal practice to put bigger tires and cut parts of the car to fit finally agreed to put the right ones on and I proceeded to change the other 2 tires in the front when I got to Walmart they said the bolt was swollen and needs to be cut off and replaced I went back to them because now I realized why the didnt change the front in the first place was because they could get them off I went back and was treated like I was getting the car for free that I dint pay 18k for it now two months down the road and find out other problems with the vehicle that was covered up buy this dealer I never experienced this type of service in my life I buy a car every year me and my wife and kids alternate purchasing a vehicle to keep millage down never felt like the way I felt thereI give a warning to everyone stay away from that place there crooks

The experience my husband and I had with Apple Ford of York, PA was exceptional from start to finish. We connected with them over the Internet to schedule a test drive for 2 vehicles. They even went out of their way to bring the second vehicle over from their other lot for us to test drive.When we arrived for our test drive we met Todd Horner who introduced himself and showed us the vehicles.We then took a test drive of both vehicles and returned to the shop. On the way back my husband and I knew the one we wanted already. We were met by Todd and asked if we had any questions about the cars and how did we like them? So welcoming and we did not feel any pressure to pick a car although we already decided to make a purchase. I purchased an Certified F150 from Joseph G. this past weekend. I had a great experience and their team did everything they could to make the transaction as seamless as possible. While I was at Beasley there were no pressure tactics, and no manager visits to help sway me in any direction.When I got there Joe had the truck pulled up, warm and ready to test drive. Joe and his team stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of before closing. I would do business with Joe and his team again.
Went to look at jeep today. They appraised my trade in and they were about 3000 lower than every dealership weve been to. I told them I was absolutely going to buy a car within the next two weeks. And we were seriously looking to make a deal. They let me leave without a sales manager coming over and at least try to make a deal. Never even attempted to play with some numbers. Seamed they were not motivated at all to make a deal. Sales folks were nice though. Just and overall lack of motivation from upper sales management perhaps. Ive gotten much more competitive deals at way smaller dealerships.
I recently got 2 cars inspected with them. After getting the second back, I noticed my windshield was cracked near the new stickers. Being that it was purchased out of state, I didnt know if it had been covered by the old WV inspection sticker or if it had happened in shop. Without hesitation, Ben got right on it. He didnt get the windshield repaired, he got it REPLACED. and not only did he do that, but they gave me a loaner car while it was being installed so I could get to work, they detailed my car and protected the interior and exterior with Luxcare. All on the house. That is the definition of service and customer experience. I cant thank Ben, Gideon, and the rest of the team at Apple Ford of York enough for all their help.
Dropped car off for recall to be fixed. We will see how their service once completed. Although drop off was easy.
Took my Fusion there for a recall, and figured Id get it inspected. Keep in mind the car has 71,000 miles on it. I get a text telling me that it requires $1100 in repairs to pass inspection. Some of the line items: reinstall battery ($47), license plate light assembly ($117)...each of those repairs took me 5 minutes and cost me a total of $5.99 (cost of a bulb). You wonder why dealerships get the reputations they get. To put the icing on the cake, after a failed inspection there, I took it elsewhere only to fail inspection AGAIN because now the climate control system does not work. Its a little suspicious that it stopped working right after my initial appointment with Apple. I now have to take it back, and I get another text saying it will cost me $650. Seriously, STAY AWAY from this dealership. And while youre at it, stay away from Fords. Ive owned 30+ cars in my lifetime, and the only car brand Ive consistently had problems with is Ford. They have horrible quality control and they start falling apart and having electrical issues before they hit 100k miles.
Service is always good but prices are on the high side. Still like them but always confirm prices with other dealers.

I bought my first pickup truck (New F-150). Everything was perfect, except the bed divider was missing. The next day my sales rep Ben texted and told me it was mistakenly placed in the Parts department. I was worried that I couldnt make it there before Parts closed. Ben took it out of parts and held it at the office until I was able to pick it up.
The staff here were very helpful, patient, and understanding. Going in as a female was overwhelming but Lizzy the sales associate made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say in what I wanted in a vehicle. Definitely recommend.
Went here looking for a car after mine was totaled. Sales person has been nice but we are still in negotiations. Hopefully we can get together on a price and close the deal. If not, Ill try somewhere else. I have bought cars here before when it was Beasley Ford. Finally closed on a deal and Im very happy with my Fusion. I think that I got a fair deal and am pleased with it. Still learning about all the technology.
Great place to shop and buy a car. I received an email and text with a price breakdown for every car I drove before I even left the dealership. The sales staff was very responsive to all of my questions. Finance wasnt pushy about warranties and my payment wasnt a penny more than promised. Truly one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had.
Lied to get me in the showroom, pressured me to make a deal, stereotypical car sales tactics. Drove an hour to look at a “pristine truck” only to find out it was broke on a visual inspection and they had no idea what they were talking about. The manager, my salesman, dumped me off on another salesman and didn’t bother to come back and address any issues. If they aren’t liars then they are incompetent....I don’t know which is worse? Lastly, their idea of “detailing” a vehicle is pathetic.
I had my vehicles oil changed and there were a few things that I hadn’t for seen that needed to be taken care of.I was fortunate that I had a person who was on top of her game and seen those things and brought it to my attention.So she went ahead and took care of my problems and now I Don’t have to worry about if my car is going to have issues in the future.So thank you to my York county Ford dealership for keeping an eye on my vehicle so I don’t have to now that is service.

On Sat. I bought a new Focus SE.Everybody there was great & my salesman Josiah did an excellent job. The only complaint I have is the Fuel Economy rating says 28 city 40 highway & Ive yet to no higher than 29.5 on the computer dash but Josiah says I need to drive like grampa to get the 40. So Ill report back later on the mpgs & I think I ripped myself off by not leaving when I got the price I asked for. I should have left & came back on Mon. & asked for a better deal, but it was the car that I wanted & they knew they had a fish on the line.So if you are looking to get a new car get your best price than leave, check out other dealers than choose. But you can be sure Beasleys is a good place to buy at.
They are liars and sleazeballs. Dan their sales manager openly admitted to lying just to get me on the lot. Made my decision really easy. Ill stay away.
Since purchasing my 2017 Ford Focus from Apple of York in August of 2017, I have continued to be please with the service I receive from the dealership. When the time came to purchase another vehicle for the family, this is the first place we looked. There was no pressure to buy, and we ended up with a 2020 Ford Escape. Could not be happier with the experience.

Went to apple ford of York to get some options for when I turned my lease in. The first sales guy I worked with was very cut and dry. My options were limited due to low credit. He presented it as I did not have much hope and had to settle for an absurd down payment of over $6000 ( not something your average human has laying around now a days) Did not have any intentions on trying to open up all possibilities to find the most cost effective option. I informed him I needed to put thought into it & left. At that point I had no intentions of going back to ford, even though I’ve always drove a ford. I decided to go back and work with someone different. I was then given Ben. He was AMAZING. Went above & beyond. He was patient & very knowledgeable. I was very indecisive and hesitant. He let me take the car I was looking at for a weekend to see if I really liked it. He got me in a better car than I had, with more space like I had wanted. He got me a payment that was within my range & got ford to pay my last payment on my lease. Not only did he go above and beyond to find me to perfect car, but he ALSO got me cheaper car insurance than I had and got it all set up with the agent!!! I didn’t have to do anything other than pay my first payment. He saved me over $70 a month on car insurance. He was overall the best sales guy I’ve ever worked with and I HIGHLY recommend him. Throughout the whole process his goal was to make sure I was satisfied and not stressed. I cannot express enough how great he was and it was the first time I fully trusted a salesman in my life!!!! You will not be let down, if you’re looking for anything new and want to be in good hands, ask for BEN!

Thank you Dave and Spencer for figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle, keeping me informed, and fixing it efficiently. They even rode along afterward with me to test drive to make sure my vehicle problem was resolved to my satisfaction. yes, would recommend to a friend.
Previous Post:Purchased a used Hybrid Lincoln, that appeared to be in pretty good condition, and in just a few months all of a sudden it has to have all spark plugs replaced and needs a new battery. So much for the Ford Certified Pre-Owned inspection. Apparently they dont inspect anything...Now Apple Ford is claiming the car wasn’t Ford Certified Pre-Owned inspected after being provided a document at time of purchase that looks like a certified inspection from the Ford dealership and being told that this was showing that the car was inspected and certified. If this paper that I was provided from a Ford dealership isn’t actually a Ford Certified Pre-Owned Inspection, then this is a Fraudulent Misrepresentation of the Ford Pre-Owned Inspection that I was told the car was covered for. When we originally took the car up to the dealership they never said it wasn’t covered but stated that it was outside the mileage the warranty covered, again now they are saying it wasn’t certified. Which is it? Sounds like this place is running a scam and can’t get their story straight.

My 20 year old daughter with very little credit was approved for a car she loves. They did the paperwork, gave her the car and a week and a half later said the bank did not approve those numbers. The numbers were taken off the paystubs by the salesman. Now they are making her return the car and get something less reliable and cheaper. I advised her ro get her money back and we will find something elsewhere but she doesnt want the hassle. They never should have completed the transaction if it was not approved. The car she bought did need repairs from and outside vendor of $600. Maybe they want the car back because they lost $600 in profit and need to sell higher to make their numbers. After posting Apple Ford made everything right. The transaction was not as smooth as we wanted but in the end they cared about us as customers. Thank you Apple Ford

Long wait time for them to do nothing. In addition to this inconvenience, we are in the midst of a pandemic and I saw numerous workers not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. There are signs on the doors saying that masks are required in this building. I was shocked that the people working here didn’t obey their own signs.

Bought two cars from Apple Ford recently and have been extremely happy with both interactions. Steve was very professional and honest throughout. Travis and Josiah were both equally honest and helpful. They gave me a very fair deal on both trades and you cannot beat the incentives on Ford automobiles right now. A great no pressure experience all the way around. Give them a shot if you are on the fence, they will not disappoint you.
The staff was very careful to keep their distance as he unlocked the door for our appointment. All staff were wearing masks. They wiped down everything including pens, desk tops, and computers screens between each customer. Friendly yet professional.
Had an Apple Automotive “Buy 3 Oil/filter changes with tire rotation, get 4th free” punch card. I get my oil changed and tires rotated every 3,000 miles, so this visit was to be my 4th free and when I showed my card I was told they no longer do that card and wouldn’t honor it. Not even an offer to transfer credit towards the new system. I won’t be back!

I have had good service with employees keeping my in the loop with the progress, taking good care of me be it shuttle service, or a loaner until my car is ready. I can not judge their selling skills… I can’t judge their service department… (Because I was internet client) But as far pricing? I was very happy! I found vehicle online and it took me three phone calls to work out the deal. 1. I submitted my offer. 2. They called back to confirm it should work. 3 When I called back third time to seal the deal the seller John Plank even lower the price to compensate me for my 4hour trip to get there from NY!!! It was real pleasure to work with them even when I arrived,,, I don’t remember the finance manager name from top of my head, but even he was very professional, nice, absolutely no games (as you usually get in that back office :-) ) ! 1,2,3… I was out of there in minutes – and satisfied. If I will ever look for Ford vehicle again– there is no question I’d ask them first… Thank you John! It was definitely worth the trip!!!
I’ve bought many vehicles from the Red Lion location and this was my first time purchasing at their York location. I dealt with a young man by the name of Joshua who was poised beyond his twenty three years. The purchase went smooth with no problems that are usually associated with a car purchase. I preface that statement with the fact that I went in not upside down putting money down and stellar credit. The whole transaction went great and I highly recommend this dealership and especially Joshua. Stand up salesman!

This was by far one of the easiest vehicle purchases Ive made. Brian was more than helpful and easy to work with. All of the employees we had contact with were easy to work with and the simplicity of the purchase itself and flexible scheduling were much appreciated. It was my daughters first vehicle purchase and it will be difficult to match the customer service we received through Apple. We will do business there again and I would certainly recommend them.

The staff has been very helpful and easy to work with as we went through the process of buying a new car under the rules in force during the pandemic.
We had been in touch with staff members for a couple of days about a car we were interested in. We spoke with Nick and told him we were on our way down (a 2 1/2 yr trip) and he said the car was available and that he would bring it from the lot it was on to his lot so it was there when we got there. Less than 1/2 hour from the dealership, after texting Nick and telling him our ETA, the sales manager called and said sorry, but it got sold. Not happy! Communication between the dealerships needs improvement. I doubt we will look at them again.

Amanda and her team in the service department are awesome. I could not ask for better service. I had to bring my truck in 3 times for a noise that we could not figure out where it was coming from. For some reason the noise would go away every time I brought the truck in to get serviced so when asking for the repair we didn’t know where to start troubleshooting. After a little bit of time and patience they worked with me and made sure that we took care of the problem. They were always fast to schedule and always made me feel like a priority. In the end they were able to show me that everything was also covered under warranty so it was at no cost to me.Amanda and Jeremi who was my mechanic, thank you both so much for your exceptional service and high standards.
My husband and I went to this dealership since he was looking for a new F-150 and found a great deal. He actually ended up getting a different, but much nicer truck once we got to take a look in person and test drive. Our salesperson was Greg Ernst. He was SO knowledgeable about their vehicles and so very helpful. My husband loves his truck :)

Had a great time with Sean, as our sales rep. Definitely recommend him. Personal and truly felt like he helped us get the best deal. Our Taurus SHO is an amazing car and we got it for an amazing deal. 10/10 for him and sales department.I would not recommend taking a car in for service here, however. Lots and lots of time wasted. Taking over 4 hours (and still waiting) for a job that is rated for 1.3 hours. Not to mention I was told we’d be out by 12 (it’s now 1). And our advisor Kody doesn’t seem very knowledgeable on vehicles (saying a knuckle needs to come off to replace the wheel bearing) nor what’s going on with his customers’ vehicles in the shop. 0/10 for the service department.
I had my car to the service department for inspection and oil change. They did work with me on getting a loaner car which was nice. I had asked them to keep the parts that made it not pass inspection so I can see why they didn’t pass. Which by law they have to do.. When my husband and I went to pick up the vehicle I asked to see the parts before I paid the outrageous price. They said they did have them set aside but somebody came through the shop and threw them out.... I am outraged by this. They did say they will go in the dumpster and get them but the parts were taken off yesterday so the dumpster was more than likely emptied, or they would not be able to find that specific part to my vehicle.. I said forget it. Never again will I deal with them.
Had them check the front end of my Lincoln for a noise. They found two bubbles in my tire and offered to replace it at a reasonable price. However, the tire was still under warranty with Costco so I took it back there for replacement. I had a great experience with Beasleys service department and would highly recommend them.
Took my car to get checked for a break switch and tire alignment, get a call that my estimate is over $1300, needing all new ball joints.Took it for a second opinion and nothing was wrong. Don’t let them scam you into spending more than you need.

I have many years associated with this location. Time will tell how the changing of the guard pans out. So far so good. Have always had great sales and service.
Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Im referring to the sales department only. I never experienced the service department. However, after reading a few reviews, I wouldnt visit them anytime soon. Ive done a lot of car and truck buying in my time but never like this. I have never had the to deal with such incredibly arrogant and manipulative sales people like those at this butcher shop. Honesty and Integrity, two words definitely not part of the Apple Ford of York mission statement. Deception and Misleading, those hit the nail on the head. They had the car I wanted, right down to the color and accessories but I just couldnt take their sales tactics and made the trip up to Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg. Well worth the drive there. Should have gone there to begin with. Only wish I could have done no stars for this lackluster dealership.
I got my Nissan Armada and it had to go to Nissan to have something checked out. It took a while because Nissan was having their diagnostic machine fixed, but the whole time I was kept informed of what was going on and they were so apologetic. Tim Young was our sales person and he was so nice and he went above and beyond to keep us informed. Finally got my Armada and it had to go back several times for issues. Then I took it in for my ac to be checked because it was blowing warm air when stopped and they called and said it was done and it was blowing in the 40s she stopped, so I got there and they went out to show me and it wasnt blowing anywhere near the 40s. They said maybe try turning on the ac in the back or maybe it takes time which I knew time wasnt the issue because I have waited. So I spent money I didnt have after paying cash for the vehicle and the ac is still the same as when I took it in. I was still hearing a banging when going over bumps so they gave me a price to have it done. So I called on Thursday June 30th and they were ordering the part and would call when it got there. So I didnt hear anything and after a week I called the manager David who Gabe me his card and I left him a message and I still havent heard from anyone. My truck is now in another shop having the work done because after almost three weeks I got tired of waiting. So the salesman Tim was great and the service people were to at first but now I think very differently. As much as we paid for the Armada I didnt think it would have so many problems so I am very dissatisfied with Beasley Ford in York.

After speaking with management I am hoping to resolve an issue with my truck that cannot currently be diagnosed.
Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership, unless you like being overcharged. They try to survive on reputation, and insist that they have the most reasonable prices around. They are barely negotiable, and are only willing to move cars off their lot at high prices as is. I would suggest going to a dealership that is negotiable and more inviting/friendly definitely not beasley. Maybe my experience is not par for the course here and I certainly hope it is not.
