This is the best Jiffy Lube ever! The staff is always helpful and friendly. We moved from North Carolina and had a hard time getting our vehicles registered and inspected. The team at Jiffy Lube helped us with the process and the manager even printed us out the forms we needed to get started. After a couple weeks, we went back and got our vehicles inspected and they were timely and didnt try to hussle anything unnecessary. I love these guys! We will always go here from now on!

Super professional and courteous crew. I met Shane when I drove up. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and led me to the air conditioned (!!) waiting room. They finished my car work earlier than expected. At every opportunity the crew there were helpful, professional, and nice. I feel like they took very good car of my car and I will return when my car needs additional service.

I stopped for an inspection and they took me right away. I was greeted in the driveway by Will. Super polite man. Opened my door, walked me to the waiting room, and offered me water. All the guys in the shop seemed to get along well and work as a team. Very pleasant garage to stop at. I was in and out within 30 minutes for my inspection. The place was very clean.

These guys saved my bacon!!! They were able to fit me in on the final day of last month for a State Inspection and Emissions test. I had to take time getting my paperwork together. But the guys were so accommodating even tho they were really busy Shane and another guy, Dave, Doug, Dwight...i believe his name started with D. were my sngels.lady Tuesday. Thanks guys!!!

I have to give it to Jiffy lube, Absolutely HANDS DOWN! the very best in customer service, especially this location, they clearly are a team by how friendly and professional the staff preformed. Super courteous and detailed about what was needed then and in my cars future. They noticed by my license plate that I was a veteran and advised me of my veteran discount. This place is very nice! Not sure of the name of both of the workers, but one was kind enough to open the door for me, and when I was sitting outside waiting for the repair to be done, a worker came outside and offered to throw out my drink for me when I was done with it! Made my day. Mightve been a little thing to others, but I thought of it as very nice! Great guys.

On a major road trip, oil use got down to 1,,, pulled into this jiffy Lube for an oil change, they suggested changing air and cabin filters, they were real dirty, changed them. Alls good really enjoyed these guys. Will use them again!!!

Very good, quick service. I got there 10 minutes before closing and they took my car in for service, without any problem. Very efficient. I took 1 star away as they are a little pricey. That said I can recommend them, will look for an online coupon next time.

Everyone was extremely kind and thorough! I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and they ended up finding 2 nails in my tire. They took the time to call local places and secure a tire for me so I could have it replaced. They made an extremely stressful situation A LOT better. 10/10 experience

Love this place! These folks are always professional and fast. Competitively priced and I am of the mind you get what you pay for. They make you aware of things but are not pushy for upsales. Don’t take your car there to get inspected. My car 2019 with 30,xxx miles didn’t pass inspection . All because they want you to pay for the other services they offer. Didn’t even check the air on my tires . Low tires pressure light was even on . I will Never use jiffy lube again.

These guys take care of you! Needed an inspection quick and my regular mom and pop garage is closed now so I came in they did the inspection, changed my oil, rotated tires and replaced a part all in about 2 hours, they were quick and professional and very transparent with everything they did

Every time I go there, I have an issue with them. Its one thing or the other. It must be a tough place to work.

I know ones attitude shouldnt be used as a barometer but I believe it says a lot about their professionalism too. Granted it was the end of the day (hour before closing) but they didnt seem to want to service me. Came in to get my trans fluid flushed & filled and he begins talking about unrelated stuff. Engine light was on & said he cant flush the transmission due to liability issues. Engine.....trans. Dont sound a like. Anyway, Ive taken other cars to other Jiffys with lights on & they would simply write that in the notes. So, as I said, didnt seem like they wanted to service me. You do the math!

Not pushy about other services, listened to what i told them, were very straight with me about an unexpected, needed battery replacement (showed me the CCA read. Reran the test in front of me). Quick, efficient, accurate work without unnecessary add ons.

Left my coffee cup in the lobby, they called and said they have it. Showed up the next day and they were already walking to my car for me. They rinsed and washed it out. They didnt have to do that. I thought that was pretty cool. Beyond this the work they did on my car was fast and they were very knowledgeable. Ill be back time and again.

Asked me if I wanted a belt change during my oil change, coincidentally my belt broke the following day and I had oil all over the side of my engine. Thousands of dollars in repairs needed now.... yeah Id rather do it myself from now. Theres no good mechanics in the city anymore...

As soon as I parked the gentlemen were there greeting me. They asked what I was in for and even opened the door offering me coffee. Got right to my oil change. These guys left my drain plug loose after I got my oil changed at this location, causing a slow leak over several weeks that I was not aware of until my light came on. It cost me $400 to fix at the dealership (between labor and a rental car). I will NEVER go to a Jiffy Lube again - especially not this location. You have one job - change peoples oil. Now Im paying through the nose for their mistake. Dont go here if you can help it folks. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Look, having combustion — my uncle was a great mechanic and repairman and technician, Dr. John Trump at Washburn; good genes, very good genes, okay, very smart, the Mitchell Technical Institute, very good, very smart — you know, if you’re a conservative tradesman, if I were a liberal, if, like, okay, if I ran as a liberal grease monkey, they would say Im one of the smartest people anywhere in the world — it’s true! — but when youre a conservative tradesman they try — oh, do they do a number — that’s why I always start off: Went to Mitchell, was a good student, loosened there, tightened there, restored this, built an engine— you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we’re a little disadvantaged — but you look at the oil change deal, the thing that really bothers me — it would have been so easy, and it’s not as important as these rotations are (gasoline is powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of whats going to happen and he was right — who would have thought?), but when you look at whats going on with the four pistons — now it used to be three, now it’s four — but when it was three and even now, I would have said its all in the ignition; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they dont, they haven’t figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it’s gonna take them about another 150 years — but the Persians are great mechanics, the Iranians are great mechanics, so, and they, they just screwed, they just screwed us.

Service is good. They ask what you want to do. Had some problem finding someone who knew how to process payments by check.

Inspected a vehicle passed it and 3 months later brake lines burst. They tell me they could fix them and it would be a min of 850.00. I pay to have it towed their then after a day of sitting they tell me a dealer had to do it. Good news folks 1 mile up the road is all tune and lube and they fixed my car walk out the door 300 bucks. Will never trust a Jiffy lube again. Prices are a rip off and they cant even do brake line and even their manager Eric is a liar.

Andrew went above and beyond for all of us, went as far to show what actual problems we had and we felt comfortable with the guy. Definitely reccomend coming here!

I had taken my vehicle for inspection to a reputable garage, but it did not pass due to the brakes. I only ended up bringing it to Jiffy Lube for reinspection because my usual garage did not have an available appointment in the time frame that I needed. They stated that I would need new wiper blades and my headlights cleaned in order to pass the inspection (classic money-making scheme). Since I can see them, I also know that they have never even put the truck on the lift and checked the brakes. So... If you are looking for quality work, go elsewhere. If you wallet is overflowing, feel free to take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube! 😂

These guys (and girls) are great. Ive been going to this location for eight years and I love coming here. Im always greeted with a smile and handshake and great conversation. They are very honest guys and always give me great advice. I am very very happy with there service.

Last 2 visits did not receive date of last service and return mileage sticker. One tire had 17psi when I immediately took to local gas station after I left to fill myself. I asked if they put air in my very appartment flat tire they said im sure they did. Given estimate of $43. Get to check out its over $80. Vehicle not vacuumed at all. Their plastic wrap trash and paper left on floor.

I had a very good experience at this Jiffy Lube. I have a 2001 Buick with under 50000 miles on it. They could have soaked me for a ton of ancillary parts and services but they were very fair in helping me prioritize what really needed done and what could wait. Very professional and courteous.

I have been going here for years and have always been impressed by the professionalism. Cars, by their very nature of being mechanical objects, can have malfunctions. My 2007 high mileage Honda Civic recently had some wear-and-tear problems identified during inspection. The JL took care of everything and also addressed an unexpected issue. Although it got complicated, I was able to work out a plan of action with the staff and resolve it satisfactory.

What a nice surprise to get in my car and see that they vacuumed it!! As a busy mom with a toddler who enjoys throwing goldfish and animal crackers, it was a much appreciated surprise! Thank you!

Went to this Juffy Lube location on 1/09/18 to get my car inspected. I had a gift card and a coupon so I thought why not. Car failed inspection due to bad rear brakes and rotors, no biggie. I told them I would have someone fix them (so it would be cheaper) and bring it back in. Brought back in on 1/14/18 with new rear brakes and new rotors. Was told by a different mechanic it now failed because i had a small mark in the front driver side tire. Odd considering the other mechanic passed it without mentioning that. So pissed off. Will never go back.

After having been a regular customer for nearly a decade, I asked these guys to install a headlight on a Honda Accord. I happened to have a spare that I provided them with. The charged me $33 to install MY bulb. When I asked what the price would be if they provided the bulb, I was told it would be the same price. So, I had the privilege of paying $33 a 5-minute job installing a bulb I already owned. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Oil filters that are used are substitutes for the filter recommended. A tractor filter was installed as the oil filter for my car. Also, was told that I had an unknown small leak of oil. This same thing was told to after 3 different oil changes. Come to find out their pneumatic (sic) being set too strong stripped the threads in the oil pan causing the leakage. Clyde, get out of there while the getting is good.

The person who removed my cabin air filter dropped a paper towel in the air intake and left it there. It ended up jammed in the blower fan, had to take the car to the dealership to have it removed.They ordered and installed the wrong sized rear wiper blade, it scraped and jammed against the top of the window frame. Had to pull over on the interstate to free it to save the wiper motor.When I went back the told me they would check to see if they had the right size blade.When I went looking for them after 20 minutes I caught them using a grinder on the wiper blade trying to get it to fit.They apparently believed I would still pay for a part they had to damage to get it to work.After failing over and over they said they couldnt give me a refund because they had no money in the cash drawer.It took over two hours to get a refund on a part they KNEW didnt fit after attempting the kind of repar a 16 year old does on their beater .Go anywhere else...youre risking your car using this Jiffy Lube.Definitely will not be going back.----------Added on 10/22/2018.Thanks for the nice, sterile response to your dangerously graphic incompetence.

After less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, a tech told me they couldnt inspect my car - that it would fail. Drove immediately to the Loucks Road location and they passed it in AND changed the oil in under an hour.This location didnt even look at my car. They didnt want to help me. They were busy and decided not to help me. I guess I wasnt good enough to give them my money?I called the manager and he was completely flippant and quite disrespectful.Dont go here - go to the Loucks Road location and save your self some grief.

Compared to other jiffylubes, this place is amazing. They arent pushy with extra services, theyre efficient with their time, and the location is well maintained. Everything I could ask for.

Id give this place a zero if I could. THE MANAGER IS NOTHING BUT A THEIF AND A GREEDY POS. He embezzled money from employees and got caught yet he still works there. Plus these people, I know for a fact rip theyre cutomers off buy lying about whats wrong with their vehicles to get them to get things fixed that arent broken . They do it to people they know they can get away with lying to. Like elderly customers,or people not car savy. Complete disgrace to the jiffy lube business.

The people who work here are some of the laziest and incompetent individuals Ive ever encountered. They had me wait for over half an hour before telling me that they cant perform an oil change on my car because its a hybrid. That cant was really a wont as I discovered that its more tedious to change the oil in my car compared to other vehicles. I gladly took my business elsewhere.

Paid for a tire rotation that I clearly never got! Back tire had a nail. After the “rotation” back tire still had a nail! Was told that they didn’t repair tires. When I complained about the nail still in the back tire they “patched” it. Was told I had a receipt for the patch but only the inspection was listed. Whole thing extremely shady to say the least.

These people are nothing but scammers. My girlfriend went here to get only an oil change. All they saw was a young woman who came there and knows very little about cars and decided to take advantage of her. What should have been a rather small bill for an oil change turned into something much larger. They did both cabin and engine air filter which didnt need done since i did them 2 months ago. Now the real issue. They rotated her tires which ok i can see how it seems harmless. But her car has directional tires..... they were to busy ripping her off to even check if the were. These so called technicians crisscrossed her tires which you cant do! THEY ARE DIRECTIONAL! Not only does this wear them faster it is 100% unsafe to drive them like that. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. NOTHING BUT SCAMS and uneducated people here.

Nice staff, fast service, and clean waiting room. The only reason I really knock it down a grade is the prices are a little steep compared to other lube places.

Horrible...waited too long, $33 to change a light bulb...cold coffee...unfriendly staff...stay away.. 50 years later they still suck.

I gave them a lot of money over the years. Last summer I paid to have my tires rotated and they broke my tire gauge. They have refused to take any responsibility for it.
