Customer service is horrible. Been in twice and wont be back. First time I stood and waited while 3 employees just stood there talking. I was the only one in the store. When I finally got the young man to come over it only got worse. I asked for my size and all I got was a quick NO. Didnt even offer to look or ask if I was interested in another. Three young guys came in and it was like I wasnt still there. He went straight to help them. Obviously not a store for an older white man. No better luck on the 2nd trip....

Im pretty disappointed with champs because I know that they have quality products, but when I ordered my new retro 6 Jordans something made me pretty mad! They told me it would 3-5 days until they arrived, but I took 10 and they still didnt show! I had called champs to then learn that they never shipped and werent going to because they were out of stock even though at the time they had them! Champs never even bothered to call me about this information!

For the price I paid for a pair sneakers online item came dusty and looked used I will never buy from this company again

Horrible experience. I ordered in 2 different occasions 2 pairs of sneakers. Received notifications that’s they were prepared for shipping and was given a tracking number. After 1 week of waiting recieved an email apologizing because my product wasn’t in stock. The most unorganized online system ever!

Looking for shoes for my son found an awesome pair!

The employees say on every phone call that they didnt recieve shoes and keep the rare pairs for themselves
