We went up there thought our phones were back up! Here they weren’t! Johnny was very patient and helpful! Tak & Donnell were helpful as well! Taking care of the other customers so Johnny was able to walk us through what we had to do! Jesse was the first person to help us but with the snow we didn’t make it back when he was working! He actually is the one that told us about the latest promotion and saved us money on our bill! So thank you to the staff at this store!

I had a fantastic experience. The store manager was my salesman (Cristian I think?) He was very knowledgeable about all the different features of the phones I was looking to buy. He gave unbiased information, which was really helpful. It was a very quick and pleasant experience. I highly recommend going to this store and talking to him for all you cell phone needs. I love my new Goggle Pixel XL!!

However, I was greeted with a very kind and energetic young man, Chris, who was more than willing to answer every question. He was very patient. Second time in this store. Both times had above average customer service. I forget the individual first name. But that was a few years back. The second time was Sunday morning. Jayden was tending the store. He provided excellent customer service. He told me he normally works at the Red Lion store. Very happy with the service of Verizon products.

Had an emergency with my phone, stopped in at the Queen St store in York, they were attentive, and polite and resolved my issue.

So,I went to this location back in October to get the note 10+ 5g phone....i was so happy with Talon Peffleys customer service that Im going to go to his location again in August when I purchase the note 20 ultra. Im gonna trade the note 10+ phone in and yeah....keep it up with the great customer service!!!!!

Brayden was the best! I went into this store with a lot of apprehension as I had an adverse experience with the corporate store. Brayden right away and very helpful and easily turned this into a very pleasant and informative experience. He didnt have the phone I wanted at the store but went to the warehouse and picked it up within the hour and was there when I returned. He took the time to show me how to work the phone. I cant say enough good things about Chris the store manager in this Verizon location. My mother had serious problems with her account, and in less than 24 hours, Chris had straightened the entire thing out. He was super responsive and apologetic for the problems wed been having, and even followed up with me from home on his day off. If youve had a problem at this location in the past, give them another try - with a change in some previous store employees, and under the management of Chris, this is a whole new experience. Thank you!!

Worst store ever the service was unacceptable... The people didnt know what they were talking about. One person would say one thing then. the next time you go in they would say something different. I would call in and they would say there super busy and would have to call me back but would never call you back. So I called one day and they said they were busy when I was a few seconds away so I pulled in and there was no one there unacceptable... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE they dont even deserve a star why is they no star setting....

Worst experience ever at a Verizon store.Greeted by Aaron, who was clearly irritated that I only needed a new screen cover, paid $50 for a piece of plastic & was told to take it home & put it on myself. Asked him if he could do it for me, he took all of 30 seconds to do a horrible job, told him I wasnt paying $50 for a cover full of bubbles. He ripped the cover off, returned my money & told be to go someone else. Rude

Do not go to this store. No customer service. Terrible attitude and will not stand by anything they sell you. I got the feeling they just sell you what they have not what is truly best for you. Go to a real verizon store . Galleria. There is a big difference.
