This is not a real sprint store! Look in to the stores before buying from them.Went to upgrade my phone, was told that I could only pay $15 a month for the iPhone 11 if I added another line to my account and then would just cancel the original line. I did this and bought a new case along with the screen protector. Now almost a month later my original line which was supposed to be cancelled as soon the new phone was activated, is still active and Im being charged for the both lines which has now doubled my bill. This is a third party store and are not meant to upgrade or repair phones, only sell them for commission. Basically got screwed out of a lot of money.Finally had my phone situation sorted out, cancelled my main line for my original phone, then I returned the iphone 11 that i was supposed to be my new phone because I couldn’t actually get the phone for only $15 extra a month because that deal wasn’t real. I ended up paying my last bill for both phones because the line wasn’t cancelled. Now it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve returned the iphone 11, and I was told the line was cancelled. IT WAS NOT. So I don’t have any phones under this account and I’m still about to be charged a monthly bill. Also they did not give me a receipt for any transaction that i did.
