I was having a hard time activating a new phone in the mail. Tried website and customer service line without any success. The lady at the store (unfortunately forgot her name) was soooo helpful. She was nice, professional and got the job done.

I went in there regarding an issue with a promotion that I was supposed to receive from adding a line back in June. To make a long story short, this particular store made it right and I highly recommend going to them for anything that you may need. Samantha is the representative that helped me with this specific issue but I’ve also worked with Jared as well who is also great. Thanks again

Rachel is the best! I went in with a phone that was stuck on the white screen with the apple. Rachel was great as I went through a breakdown when she told me the phone was on the screen of death and nothing was going to fix it. I had 5000+ pictures of my daughter on that phone. Rachel was patient, listened and walked me through getting another phone. She is very knowledgeable. And made me feel so much better through this horrible time.I can not say enough good things about Rachel!!!! Amazing service!

I came here to get my cell phone activated and after a couple of days talking with technical support the store is finally able to look up the reason why I couldnt activate my cell phone initially. But once everything was settled and corrected she successfully activated my cell phone on Sprint service. The best part is is that she was able to activate my esim from my pixel 3 which was awesome and my ultimate goal with Sprint. No other complaints as I felt like the attention was given where was needed and the store itself was very clean.

Sarah Wilt at the West Manchester store was excellent to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She was very patient when I needed to have things re-explained. She took her time, and didn’t rush me through the process. She was very organized and made sure I was able to take advantage of all money saving options (on line billing, etc.).I would highly recommend working with Sarah st the West Manchester location!

Stopped on a Saturday for a new phone for my wife and it was surprisingly painless. In and out in 15 minutes. Gotta be happy with that! Ill report back if that changes.

Do not get a phone at this store, even when the phone does not work right, they still want you to pay a restocking fee.

Rachel’s Amazing customer service is THE BEST. She’s very fast and friendly, and gave me deals that online didn’t even offer. Saved tons of money, which is always a plus! Refuse to work with any other rep. Regardless of the line. Hands down, BEST sales representative I’ve worked with.

I went to get an upgrade on my phone and I was told by the young lady there that I was being charged for 2 tablets that have been paid for so I want to thank her personally for that because had I not gone in there I would have had no idea I was being charged she was very very helpful. Months and months of phone issues on a flagship phone and top of the line plan. Sprint has no problem taking your money but if you ever need help you will just get ran in circles. Ever since I got my new phone I would have data issues where it wouldnt work no matter what. Between sprint support calls, chats, technician calls and texts, and store visits over the months Ive wasted countless hours and thousands of dollars on a phone plan that doesnt work. I go to pay my phone off in full tonight as I switched only to be told by the first sprint representative I was breaking state law by doing so. Hung up and redialed got someone else only to be able to fully pay off the thousand dollar brick that sprint sold me. Be careful dealing with sprint and their shady practices.

This place is fishy. All day long I heard about come to any York, Pa Sprint store and get free ice cream on the radio. Well, I had been thinking about switching to Sprint when my Vzw contract ends next month so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to browse the phone selection and occupy my kids with ice cream. So we head to the Sprint store and an employee standing outside told us to go in for some free ice cream. So far so good. So we go into the store and I start browsing for phones, an employee comes up to me and helps me out a bit. I mention the ice cream as my kids were getting restless and he says no. He said I have to buy a phone to get free ice cream per his manager. I told him what the employee outside said and he told me he was wrong. My kids were pretty let down. I took them to Ritas instead. My phone contract ends next month and I can tell you one thing, I will not be going to Sprint because of this.

I wouldnt deal with these people again I dropped them like a hot potato soon as I could their service plans are not what I wanted and work working in my best favor was very happy to get rid of the phone

Horrible service nothing but lies. Brand new service they gave me used phones telling me that thats all they could give me...um I dont think so! Saying they are not a sprint store we dont give out new phones ummm ok wanna tell me why your store says SPRINT in big letters on top of your building?
