I could not recommend this office highly enough. Robyn has been so pleasant and courteous to deal with in setting up appointments and strives to work with you to make what works best for you work. Mark is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have always felt that the cares for me as a person and not just a client. He spends whatever time is necessary to work with you and has bent over backwards to help me along the process. I am extremely happy with the hearing aids I have gotten and the quality of the care they have provided through the process. If there were a nigher star rating I would give it!

I have been going to Beltone York, Pa for several years. I find it to be a very pleasant office- and- extremely clean. The Practitioner, Mark, is very knowledgeable and helpful- and- Robin, the Receptionist is friendly, courteous, and, always upbeat. Both make the visits pleasant and enjoyable- and- they seem to really care about their patients. Mark tries to fit his patients with the best and most cost effective hearing aid. He seems to look at the whole picture for patients- he makes sure your hearing is checked regularly- aids are cleaned and checked regularly for sound- and- his instruction on using them is made easy . I can not say enough about this office and team. Definitely a 5 star practice

Nobody wants to admit they have a hearing problem,but Mark and Robyn made me feel comfortable with it!I recommend them to all my friends!Robyn always tries to fit me in the schedule if I have an emergency,and Mark as well!

I have had trouble for months locating a special battery for my Oticon hearing aid. After calling numerous businesses which resulted in nothing, I called Beltone. Robyn said to come in and she would try. Above and beyond she went. Robyn narrowed down the exact battery I needed when no one else could. Then she called Oticon and found out I was still under warranty which resulted in her having a free battery shipped to her business. Robyn couldnt have been friendlier and she was able to do what no one else could or was willing to do. Thank you much!

Mark Barge takes necessary time to find out customer expectations and test for hearing loss so he can fit you with best hearing device to have better hearing and a better quality of life. The service I received from Mark and Robin was excellent. I would highly recommend Beltone to anyone who is considering getting a hearing aid. I am glad my other company was bought out by Beltone because they take great care of me and my hearing aids. I took my mother to this company to get new hearing aids. She has 100% paid coverage from her insurance from Caterpillar. They did not tell us the price before ordering. Her insurance was going to pay $7200 but no more. Beltone charged her insurance $13,871.00!We Told Beltone to cancel order as we thought that was a horrible price! And then my mom would have to pay $6671.00 out of pocket. 2 hours after I canceled the aids Beltone called me back to say they would accept the insurance of $7200.! Trying to rip off insurance and my mother. I do not recommend!

I have had my Beltone Hearing aids for about a year now and what a difference compared to my old hearing aids. Mark has been great to work with getting my settings how I want them and the app is so easy to use. The hearing aid company that I had purchased my first set from went out of business. Mark and the rest of the Beltone team gladly took over for them and couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. After a few years it was time to update them. Mark was very thorough in examining my needs and suggesting replacements. After deciding on the Amaze product, his guidance and expertise has led me to a new experience in distinguishing sound and voice and I am very grateful.You will find that the staff is very friendly and appointments are easy to obtain. The staff is very personable, know you by name. Mark is very knowledgeable helps you out no matter what you need as far as the hearing aids go, he does not try to make you purchase any thing that you don t need. He takes his time with you and cares about you.
