Unprofessional customer service. Priority on new sales over service to existing support obligations. Refused to provide service for test and adjustment at scheduled appointment when spouse not present. Lifetime routine test & adjust included in $7,000 top of line product purchase 3 years ago denied. They thought they had an opportunity to upgrade and that was their only priority. Very disappointed.

Bill Carrigan - I have been going to Miracle Ear in York Pa for about 4 years I have been satisfied with the very product . The service has been exceptional . From Sherry at the front desk who is always super nice and does her job very well to set up appointments and get you ready to go in when you get there.Paula has been great about explaining everything to make it easy to understand as well as options.The last couple of times I have been there Brian took care of me making sure my hearing aids were clean and working well . He also has given me very thorough hearing tests and compared them to previous ones to show me where my hearing is and what changes there were.I will be moving to Fl. and I hope the Miracle Ear down there is as good as York,Pa.

I have been a patient of Miracle Ear York Pa. for about 3 years .during that time I purchased a pair of hearing aids,had them serviced, had a problem with one that was taken and repaired. I go in regularly for cleaning and have yearly hearing tests.I can only say great things about the service .From Sherry at the front desk always cheerful and friendly as well as ready and willing to help.Paula has been excellent in testing and explaining what was going on so my wife and I could understand,also she takes care of servicing my instruments,answering any questions and just making me comfortable . Today I met Brian he is very personable, wants to know if I had been having any problems that he might be able to help with. I was having a minor issue which he felt might be a cleaning problem. He took it in to clean and when he brought it back the issue was resolved.All in all I could not have been happier with the way I have been treated by the entire staff of Miracle-Ear of York,Pa.

Miracle ear has been amazing for my grandmother. My grandmother is over 90 years old and has extreme difficulty hearing. Paula and Blake have been wonderful to her. They are very thorough in making sure my grandmother understands everything that is being said. Sherry is amazing as well, she makes sure our appointments are scheduled and my grandmother is good to go and everything is always up to date.We had previously went through my grandmas ent, it was horrible. The woman talked down to my grandmother simply because she couldn’t hear her and made no effort to try to accommodate. Versus at miracle ear, Blake writes whatever down for my grandma that she does not understand. The staff is so thoughtful and caring. I cannot say enough good things about this miracle ear location, I am constantly recommending them!

Paula and Sherry are excellent as far as customer service and being very attentive to all ofmy needs and concerns. They are very compassionate and concerned about everyonethat enters this office. Miracle Ear in York is an excellent place to get your hearing aids. Both Paula and Blake are excellent at their jobs and are very professional. I couldnt be more satisfied with my hearing aids. The testing was very thorough and their guidance was very helpful.

The office is very clean, and the receptionist is very nice.The hearing test was thorough, but the sales pitch was very heavy handed. High pressure. I bought from someone else for about $1500 less than what Miracle Ear wanted.

Staff was nice and professional (although a bit pushy), but the hearing aids are just too expensive. I purchased what are basically the same exact hearing aids by Siemens (who also make Miracle Ear) for almost $2000 less right up the street.

After checking out several Hearing Aid centers, I chose Miracle Ear on Manheim Pike. Patrick was very customer centered and made me feel comfortable with what I needed, plus he has a good sense of humor. Also, If ever I would move from Lancaster, Miracle Ear is located in all states, so I would be able to continue my service with a very reputable company.I would highly recommend them. Linda Berger
