I went with my husband for an appointment not knowing what to expect. We had been to other hearing places and were told he needed hearing aids but we had to pay thousands out of pocket. This is unrealistic for a couple with disabilities and a mortgage and bills. This experience was different right from the beginning. The staff is kind & understanding and they go above and beyond. We left that day with a temporary hearing aid that a former patient donated. I cant stress enough how much I recommend this office. They truly do care about their patients.

I waited many years to receive the help I needed as I suffered a great blow to my head. The head injury left me with my hearing damaged. I learned I had vestibular hyperacussis later in life and with it came much chaos. I prayed a lot to get help and unknowest to me I received a call that would change my life. Of course, I had to work on things but I will say the sensitive care I received was excellent. My self-esteem was already on the mend as I knew I would get fixed. I give high 5 to the team who helped me. Thank you so much.

I like the new technology compared to my old ones. I hear more of conversations.

Kathleen is excellent. She got my hearing aids updated and working good again. Everything is as it should be again.
