I had a hard time accepting that I had a hearing issue and I decided to find out definitively. My experience at Audioprofessionals has been reassuring and pleasant. Dr. Robinson thoroughly examined my hearing and adjusted my aides three times to make sure that they were exactly what I needed. She was very attentive and patient with my questions and concerns. It was amazing to me how she adjusted my hearing aids through her computer! I am pleased with the experience and find the staff helpful and pleasant.

Dr Welker provided excellent service for the hearing test, diagnosis, fitting and follow up. She was very patient with me when fitting and adjusting the hearing aids for comfort and performance. The pricing seemed a little high at first as compared to a quick google search on the average cost of a hearing device, but I cannot believe I would have received the level of professionalism and options she had available from any other audiologist. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Friendly knowledgeable staff front office staff also very helpful and friendly I see dr. Eisenhart 4/5 years shes very caring knowledgeable and a good audiologist

Good service for my hearing aids. They dont take all insurances but try and help you with care credit.

Very knowledgeable about hearing aids and the service is the best in town. That is why they are a great place to go for hearing aids, because they have been in business so long and you know you can always go back if you need anything.

The doctor is very helpful I needed to hear I need hearing aids and she was not only able to get them for me but I was not able to pay for them and she got me helped through here now couldnt ask for better audiologist and testing
