Someone shot a bb through one of our windows.  Even though replacing one window is a relatively small job, Susquehanna Valley Door & Window responded right away, gave us a reasonable all-inclusive estimate, and allowed us to schedule the work at our convenience.  They were professional and polite every step of the way, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the repair.

We had a custom storm door put in to replace an old, less functional one on a very old stone house. Installation was a challenge due to the characteristics of the house (few right angles, weird slopes). It took a few visits to get it just right. Steve was always eager to make it perfect and very communicative. Steves father is very good at problem solving. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone. They seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction even long after the job is completed.

We contacted Steve for 2 replacement windows we needed to put our house up for sale. We had another estimate for the same 2 windows and Steve’s estimate was less expensive. In addition, Steve and his installer visited our home to discuss different options so we could get the best product for our money. They like to play the bait and switch con game.They have been reported to the better business bureau for FRAUD, The Pa Licensing commission, the chamber of commerce and their current license is now under review.The owner Steve and his father are petty conmen ripping people off via confidence and grifting schemes.Here is the typical scenario:They will ask you to send pictures of your projects, they will then provide you a qoute that says in bold letters your in person estimate will be almost identical. They will show up to your home or jobsite and start charging you by as much as 30% from the original qoute. They will claim the job is more difficult then we originally thought.If you make the mistake of continuing with them, they will then increase their price by another 25% saying This is a lot more work then we thought originally and we are in the red on your project, etc. In other words, they will play out the good samaritan routine and tell you how they are doing you a favor by only increasing it by X amount.In reality, these tactics and business practices are SCAMMING AND FRAUDSteve and his fathers main job is swindling people out of money. If you dont like being ripped off then call someone else.You have been WARNED

My husband and I are VERY pleased with the whole process and the work performed. Steve was very good at communicating with us each step of the way. We had our kitchen door replaced and Gary (employee of the company) also patched a wall where the plaster was coming away due to moisture. He was very conscientious about clean up and taking care not to damage our hard wood floors. We would definitely use Susquehanna again!

They worked with us to get specialized octagonal windows that we needed to replace in addition to regular replacement window. The workmanship was superb and the installation was a snap. These folks are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Their prices were more than reasonable. No high pressure sales. I had gotten two other company estimates and was ready to pull my hair out from their absurd high pressure business tactics and pricing. When you get a price from SV Windows it will be the best price and quality for your money. We could not be more pleased.
