It was my first time here and decently busy for a Saturday night. They have over 30 flavors of rolled ice cream in additional to fruit soda, bubble teas, etc. I got the mint oreo rolled ice cream. I did think it was sort of expensive at $7, however rolled ice cream is usually priced higher than hand dipped, soft serve, etc. Overall, it was a large portion. Some people have commented how the ice cream is more hard. That didnt bother me, and I feel thats to be expected from rolled ice cream since they prepare it on those very cold anti griddles. It has to be hard to hold its rolled shape. The ice cream tasted good and looked as pictured on the menu board, however I asked for no whipped cream (as written on the cup), and they still put whipped cream on it. I would come here again though.

Very tasty ice cream treats! The rolled ice creams are a large portion with fantastic fresh toppings. Incredible details go into the toping making for a very cool presentation.

When I visit PA, this is definitely going to be a consistent go to spot. So many items on the menu that I want to try. The ice cream was good. I created my own and ended up throwing away part of it because it was too sweet for me. Ill try an already made creation next time. The spot was cute

I got the taro bubble tea. I don’t want to leave a bad rating, but want to give some honest feedback: It was different from the usual bubble teas that I get in how the tea was grainy and the tapioca pearls were not smooth spheres. The pearls were lumpy, unrounded shapes, and often stuck together. It made the texture in your mouth not that enjoyable. Hoping they’ll fix the pearl situation!

Definitely something new for me. What took me to this ice cream shop was the presentation, the ice cream is like roll up shapes and they have more than 18 flavor that you can choose from. The girl that made my ice cream did not do a job that was a little disappointed since this was what took me there. That flavor was ok, I ordered coconut, I couldnt taste it so much. The consistency was hard and it didnt feel like eating ice cream. The shop looks nice and clean inside. I was not impressed with the ice cream but it is my personal opinion.

Sadly I got a #7 one roll in I find a hair.... tell them, get another #7 with more hair... another in my group also had a hair in theirs... you would think after the first hair the guy making our ice cream would have pulled his hair back but noooo...sad because I was so excited to try it! Hopefully you have better luck than I!

The ice cream rolls looked delicious! wish i woulda have gottem them. The milkshake i got however, was so bad, it was like a ice cream flavored slushy.. we chucked out both of them after i made everyone taste it andtell me if theyd call this a milkshake. Boy, the faces i got after they took a sip..

Cutest place ever the people were super nice and the ice cream and boba was amazing we took lots of pictures in front of their plant wall and we even got to see one of the employees make ice cream rolls everything from the presentation to the taste to the customer service was incredible and definitely was worth the trip 10/10 we recommended

Sadly the customer service was pretty bad. We were told we were wrong when we were reading right from their menu. They did not give us what we requested and it is very expensive. The tea was very good but the overall experience was not

I don’t know what’s up with their Bubble Tea but they’re not good compared to other places. Not only do they over fill the cup with ICE, but their tapioca pearls are not eatable at all. Couple weeks ago we called to let them know and the little girl hanged up. We went again a couple days ago and now the tapioca pearls are a different color, different flavor and undercooked. Just go to HIPPO bubble tea at Lancaster. Believe me it’s worth the drive for eatable tapioca pearls 🙄

Nice place. It is new and it takes a little longer to get your order since it is all hand mixed, but it is very fresh and has a light flavor. The rolling out process is cool too.

I was walking to my house, and i saw the a wasp; it hanged up on me. And I walked in went to the place and they kicked me out. And Also then I also I had to get an Ubur; Tots uncuspltal. I died.

The place is still super new, its going to be slightly slower than all your regular corporate American franchises. Independently owned, small local business do not start out with chipotle assembly line service. 🤷🏽‍♀️ No one is timing each other on how fast we get back to the car, hopefully not!The service we had, was quick, efficient and kind. A big wave of people came in right behind us and the line was out the door.Their Ice cream is creative and tasteful, I love the new food trends that are being noticed. I know rolled ice cream is big on the west coast. ITs FUN!I am not a fan of the consistency of rolled ice cream, never was into it. I love their end product and they have so many more things to get. I will be back for some bubble tea ☕️!

Super creamy, delicious, and Artis ice cream! So good, cute store and nice employees.

The staff was very nice and not pushy. The place is clean and has a nice vibe to it. Your ice cream is made to order from scratch. We got the apple pie and a whole slice of apple pie goes into the ice cream. Fun little place for kids and adults alike. But don’t come here if you are expecting to be in and out as it’s takes a little for ice cream to be made.

Delicious and satisfying ice-cream... You can even customize your own.. I went for the first time yesterday with my dad and couldnt stop eating it... So good 😂

Very slow and our icecream did not come out in order. Had to wait 20 minutes for it to come out. Also it had a very artificial taste to it. I will not be returning to here. Not very tasty for such a long wait.

Went there for the first time, payed $6.60 for a bowl of rolled ice cream with 2 bananas and 6 chocolate chips on top. definitely not worth the money, go to rolled cold ceremony in Lancaster their stuff is the best !!

This isn’t my first rolled ice cream experience but it definitely was one of my favorites! You do need to understand that rolled ice cream takes a bit longer to prepare than regular ice cream. They were pretty busy when my husband and I went on a late Sunday evening and it took about 15 minutes for us to get our icecream. My husband got the mixed berry while I got the oreo cookie and they were delicious! Will definitely be returning. Also, the customer service was very good too which is always important. I am so happy to have an ice cream place so close to us that is always open until 10 PM! Woo-hoo!
