Great friendly service. The sundaes were delicious and the dining room was very clean.

There is not a DQ in my area. I stopped at this one to get a drink for on the road. I ended up with very soft and moist rotisserie chicken nuggets. The cold drink of possibility unsweetened iced tea, turned into a long forgotten memory of a perfectly made strawberry milkshake. Well worth the stop.

This place was so crusty and dirty on the inside. I dont think its been actually cleaned for probably over a dozen years. They do not wash the mixers between orders. You can taste different flavors of other blizzards in your own. Gross! There were only two people working and the line was 20+ people deep by the time I left. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this location!!!

Very busy location. The young people working did a great job keeping up and were friendly and doing a great job. Always be kind to the clerks. for some, this is their first job and they are learning. Good luck and keep up the good work

A decent, but typical DQ. Ice Cream products are go, but regular fast food menus is limited. A few chicken items, chili dogs, etc are good. Drinks limited and I have had better Orange Julius.

I tried the new Blizzard flavor Thin Mint Girl Scouts Cookie. It was delicious. This Dairy Queen is the best. The store is very clean and staff is friendly and quick to make your order.

Called for a last minute ice cream cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and boy did they come through. Not only could they make it quickly but they were even nice enough to customize it to make my little girl’s big day extra special. Thanks Paul and crew! :)

Fast service, lines were long but went fast. A clean restaurant, cleaning between customers and masks were worn by all employees. Give their new blizzard items a try, the cotton candy blizzard was the best Ive ever tried.

This has to be one of the worst dairy queens Ive been to. I walked in and the cashiers didnt know what they were doing. There were 3 of them standing there trying to decide who should take my order. When time to pay they didnt know how to swipe a card, a manager had to assist them. Then when we got our blizzards and went home (live 7 mins away) whole blizzard was melted. My toddler had the runs because of it. Never will I buy dq again.

Its okay. I typically only get a blizzard but do notice the service case is not too full and they dont participare in any of the national promotions. That said, Ive been coming to this location since I was a kid and enjoy stopping by.

They dont make hamburgers or French fries if you thought they did like I did. I got 2 hot dogs, chips, and a drink for $5.70. Excellent customer service.

They wouldnt take my birthday BOGO coupon. We decided to stay anyway. My husband and I were both disappointed with our desserts. They were runny and not flavorful. It seems like theyre doing stuff cheaply and skimping to save money.

Positives: ice cream was delicious. Negatives: this particular place does not participate in some of the other things other dairy Queens do, such as the upside down or free challenge and they didnt have the same flavors of blizzards that the other diary Queens have such as the royal reeses peanut butter blizzard (That is the only thing my son gets and they didnt have it) and to tip it off the counter person seemed very short with us. I get they were busy, but we didnt ask for more work or additional things outside if our order, but didnt feel like she wanted to be there. We probably wouldnt go to this dairy queen again and just go to another one.

Good treats. Slow service. The inside of the store was so hot I was dripping sweat by the time I got back outside. When some of us tried to hold the door oped to let cool air in we were asked to shut the door. It was awful hot.

We went last night to grab a cake for my sons birthday and this is by far the worst dairy queen Ive ever been too!! The woman im guessing she was the manager was very rude and snarky while she was waiting on us. We had seen a cake on line for what we thought was there so when we get there we find out they dont have it but also it takes 2 days to order a cake w anything on it SOOO apparently you can only choose from the options in the case which is fine but you dont have to be rude. I have had alot of experience w a few others and they usually are happy to throw one of their pictures on a cake for you as long as theyre not busy. You could tell the poor girls working there are scared of her it made me feel bad you should enjoy a job at an ice cream place. I wont go back just bc of how she talked to us and other customers. The cake was horrible to It had no crunches and the fridge never melted right or whatever it was hard and still swirls

Tonight (1.31.20) was the second time in 2 weeks my husband and I came to this location for ice cream and the resturant was closed. The first time we were there around 9pm and this evening we were there at 715pm. According to the hours listed on Google Maps you should be open until 10pm. If you truly arent open until 10pm you might want to get the hours changed. Not happy.

My husband and I went to the Queen Street Dairy Queen today for the free small vanilla ice cream cone celebrating the arrival of Spring. We added chocolate ice cream and sprinkles for my husband and chocolate with dipped chocolate for me. We loved our cones! Thank you, Dairy Queen for celebrating Spring in such a tasty way.😊😍😁

Very very slow service. The women behind me also stated this place always has slow service. This location does not participate in all chain/franchise policies. They do not do thr flip or free blizzards. Theres a reason.

This location is always clean with helpful and friendly staff. I only gave it 4 stars though because they do not offer all of the options that are shown online nor do they participate in the order ahead online ordering. According to the employees there, each location can have different menu options.

I have that place near my house.i love the chocolate dipped cone and cherries too.and sundae caramel. And new blizzard with chocolate Ghirardelli.Honey hot Glazed chicken strips basket w/ Red-hot sauce. And favorite pretzel sticks.and the Orange Julius.the only things I do not like much and should improve is the most creamy ice cream.

I just finished taking a final at Penn State York and I was exhausted. I was driving and I decided to stop for a Blizzard. You walk in and the lobby actually has room for standing in unlike the other Dairy Queens where you are shoulder to shoulder with strangers. The one cashier that works there 24/7 has the best attitude ever. Not once, have I seen him upset. I used a coupon, purchased, and enjoyed my LARGE Oreo Blizzard for only $4.23. And as I proceeded home, the Dairy Queen Gods made every light green for my ride home. Making it the best day ever.

The two people that were working were great and very helpful! This is the only Dairy Queen I know of that still sells ice cream cupcakes, which I love! They also made the BEST Reeses Nutrageous Blizzard Ive ever had (with double peanut butter, instead of caramel).

Dairy Queen makes a great banana split. I enjoyed one tonight along with the chilli cheese hit dog meal. Completed my day with a great dessert.

Very aggravating that I’ve been to this location numerous times and they don’t have the flavors I ask for. They always seem to be “out of them.” I’m convinced they never even order them. Not to mention they are also as slow as a snail. I stood in line for 20 minutes just to discover I was leaving with nothing. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Ample parking and wonderful customer service await you. Try the chocolate cake shake. You wont regret it!

I used to love going to dairy queen for one thing. A twisted waffle cone. Well come to hear that they have done away with the waffle cone for some god forsaking reason. I myself will most likely be not going to dairy queen of my own accord anymore. Thanks for taking such a amazing cone away.

Five people working, ridiculously slow service. Ordered a very basic dipped cone, girl didnt know how to do it. Ended up with next to no dip. Ridiculous.

The chicken bacon sandwich was great as was the Resses Peanut Butter Lovers Blizzard. Service was surprisingly quick for the crowd they had, in and out in 20 minutes.

We go there at least once a week as a special treat while being on the KETO diet. Small or baby size ice cream is what we get.

They should ask if you want to see the blizzard flip. Today they flipped my blizzard and it kinda fell. Quick service though.
