We tried the sorbets and we were amazed by the textures and tastes… a great experience! Reasonable prices, a friendly staff. A place to visit!

It3s been quite a few years since I was at their brick and mortar location. Been served at their food truck several times and always been pleased. Tonight there was a great selection of regular ice creams. A bit disappointed with only having one dairy free option but at least they had one! My sundae was fantastic! Dirty Oil sundae with coffee ice cream, caramel, hot fudge I think and crushed oreos. Delicious! My daughter went with the mango red raspberry sorbet and she really enjoyed it as well. Will be back!

Awesome place, Brent the owner was sooo friendly and we had a great conversation with him. Ice cream was fantastic and you can tell that it is handmade with the best ingredients. So many interesting flavors to choose from! We were just passing through on the way home to Pittsburgh but if were ever back in the area we will definitely visit Sweet Willows again!

Wonderful ice cream in the tradition of the PSU Creamery. Indoor and outdoor seating and a great place to take the kids. The staff is very friendly and fairly knowledgeable about the ice cream. Make sure to take a pint or quart to go, and be sure to tip the college kids on staff.

This evening we took my nephews and niece to Sweet Willows. The boys have severe anaphylaxis allergies to dairy. Brent and his staff were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure the boys had a safe and delicious experience! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this establishment for those with food allergies. There are so many unique flavors to choose from like Indonesian Sumatra ice cream and Cappuccino Midnight Crunch and Tahitian Vanilla Grapenut yogurt, as well as sorbet, non-diary, and no sugar added. Theres really something here to tickle anyones tastebuds. So hard to choose and tempting to try a bunch of samples (yes - they give samples!)The Cookie Dough ice cream with decadent chocolate chips paired well with the fudgy Double Dark Chocolate flavor, glad I asked for a split scoop. If I had to choose, the Double Dark Chocolate was the winner. Hubby enjoyed the Mint Chocolate Chip. The waffle cones are not made in-house.Carry-out only at the window. There are plenty of tables for outdoor seating!

The slightly higher prices, about $1 per treat more than your local Dairy Queen, are totally worth it as you are supporting small business AND the ingredients are locally sourced and of a higher quality. If you visit often, you can even get free scoops of ice cream if you get a loyalty punch card! in conclusion, this small, locally owned and operated creamery is a well hidden secret in the East York area, and is one of the best places to go in the area for a quick and tasty treat!

Our first time having ice cream there. The three of us ordered the same flavors of double scoops - Samatra coffee and double dark chocolate, both flavors left us wanting more. We agreed that we will definitely return and try their other delicious flavors. This Creamery is welcoming and a nice place with an outdoor seating oasis of covered tables and benches.

Been going here for several years now, always been a great place. They have tons of flavors and toppings as well as several dairy free options. Kid friendly and very welcoming to the younger patrons. My 3 year old loved the ice cream truck play house and watching to toy train zoom around the ceiling. Staff is always friendly and speedy. The whole family is looking forward to our next visit.

Great range of flavors. I love lavender flavored foods and it was one of the only places around that has incorporated it into their menu. Brightly decorated on the inside, lots of flavors and sundaes to choose from. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well.

I have tried about 10+ ice cream places in Lancaster and York and about 50+ between PA JERSEY AND NEW YORK. This is hands down the best ice cream out of all the places. Worth the 40 minute trip every time. And the customer service is always top notch. I found this hidden gem 3 years ago and I’m glad others have found it to.

We rented the Sweet Willows Creamery Ice Cream Truck for our wedding in mid July and it was awesome! Brent - the owner is so enthusiastic about ice cream that he helped us plan a well-rounded ice cream menu. He even created a custom flavor for us and it was delicious! Every flavor was incredible and our guests loved the sweet surprise. More parties and weddings should be graced by the presence of the Sweet Willows Creamery truck. It was truly a great experience and made our wedding unforgettable!

Parking is limited. They should have more of the grassey area paved. Only two young employees working. They can not handle a large amount of people. Line inside very long yet they served people as they walked up to the outside window. Should have told new customers they have to wait in line. Not fair to people waiting inside. Ice cream was good and prices are average. Shop is clean. Roomy seating inside. Need someone older to manage these situations.

Let me start with IM ADDICTED TO ICE CREAM!! Im a Diabetic and sugar is of great concern to me. I dont want to compromise taste to accommodate my glucose. Ive been to Brusters AND Handels Ice Creams and a 2 scoop plain cone shoots my blood sugar over 300 (even with 30 units of insulin). At Sweet Willow, I can enjoy ANY flavor, take 20 units of insulin, and keep my blood sugar under 200. The flavors are unique and delicious! My neighbor was excited to find tasty vegan options as well. Its sooo good to know I can feed my addiction AND maintain my diabetes 🤗
