Had a package that needed a signature. For that reason I went to that address. I didnt know they worked with Amazon or UPS. Away they gave me the wrong package which my mistake I didnt check until I was home. Went back they had too scan the wrong package in again, but concluded they must have done the same previously giving my package to someone else. A mess!

Clean, attentive. They started working with ups so you can actually pick up your packages from there too.

I like going to a Vance Auto on Midlothian the staff their is nice and helpful the store manager Gilbert is a wonderful guy and has helped me numerous times..

Ryan S the parts pro guy is absolutely the best, he knows the most out of everyone in that store. He is also very well manored and dont act like he hates his job, he makes his customers feel like they are important unlike other people in customer service do.

Dudes behind the counter are all very cool. The type of guys you can actually talk to. Very helpful and went the extra mile in helping me out. AutoZone employees seem to just give me attitude and have no enthusiasm at all. Good job Advance, you have my business!

As far as auto stores go, this place is top notch. I have a severe spinal injury and can do very little. I called around for prices before finally calling this store and spoke to Chris. He was the reason I chose this place, it really wasnt price or that it was closer to me. Chris just asked questions about the car and honestly just sounded smarter. When I arrived, I explained my injury and he immediately went to work and got me outta there! I just moved back up here and have never been to that location, now they have a new customer .

Sometimes they have your part other times it has to be ordered but that goes for any part stores. What does bother me is when you know what you need and the kid behind the counter says no thats not in my computer for your car. I have been doing this 26 years I know what I need
