Very professional and I will not go anywhere else but here. Don was great to work with and so were the guys in the back. Everything went exactly as planned and I love what my truck was transformed into. There was 1 issue with my 35 inch tires rubbing just a bit but they took care of that with no problem at all and no extra charge. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the services at B and R. Thank you don and the whole staff here!

I purchased some nice chrome wheels from a Mustang parts page online and needed to get tires. B&R had the absolute best prices around and got me a good deal on some USA made Goodyears! The staff was absolutely amazing to deal with and very quick and efficient! I also want to point out that B&R is the only place Id trust with nicer wheels as they took very good care to prevent any nicks or scratches when installing tires.

So I decided to put new rims and tires on my truck. Very exciting I know! Went here to finance the package and ended up spending $2800. The salesman talked me into 295/65/18 10 ply tires. Assured they’d fit after my 2” lift was installed. After the lift was installed, we went to put the new tires on! Wellllllllllll, the center of the rim was much smaller than the hub on my truck. 1/2” to be exact!I called the salesman bright and early Monday morning to notify him the rims wouldn’t fit. He said it’s what the computer called for. Soooo I returned Saturday morning at 9 am for them to agree it wouldn’t fit. They drilled it out and it fit but now even with the 2” lift the tires are way to big! Not even close to fitting! So they took me down to a 275/65/18. Still rubs after removing some molding but tolerable.I had previously scheduled a wheel alignment this same Saturday because the front end was loosened to apply 2” lift. After 4 hours of them drilling rims and switching tires, I was told it couldn’t be aligned because the struts needed replaced. What a joke I know!Now my low tire press light is on and won’t go off! I called the salesman and he agreed to purchase different sensors. Another Saturday at bnr for 2+ hours and the sensors remain on! I was told to drive it for 10 minutes at 19+ mph and it would possibly go out or perhaps the ply on the tires was to thick and they might have to swap the tires out.Frustrated and fed up I decided to drive home and check my tire pressure. 30 psi in the front and 32 psi in the front. These tires call for up to 80 psi. Well it doesn’t take a genius to figure this one out! I took my handy dandy tire gauge to the truck stop and adjusted my psi to 40 psi on all tires and guess what happened!! NO SENSOR LIGHT!I’m not trying to bash anyone in anyway, however $2600, 3 Saturday mornings, and a waste of my time is very unprofessional in my opinion! I miss the old bnr! Never again!

I ran over a screw and punctured my tire. They repaired the tire without trying to talk me into buying a replacement, which Ive run into at other tire shops. Repair was made promptly and employees were courteous and very pleasant

I am sorely disappointed Ive been going to be in our with my dad my grandpa my grandma so I was excited when I found out a set of tires and rims I wanted to buy was being sold out of this company. Highly upset I dont know if these people were trying to play spin games or if the owner was even responsible but the younger guy at the front desk candled the whole situation I bought Hummer rims and tires was supposed to get my tires switched off of my rims to those rims but changed my mind at the last second and decided that I would just wait and get all new tires when they went to go put the tires and rims on my car that I bought off of them used they said one of the tires had a hole in the sidewall and asked if I wanted to buy a new tire and I said wait a minute you guys didnt even tell me one of the tires had a hole in it I said if you guys arent going to replace the tire then I want my money back so then they put a tire on it that was 245 and all the rest of my tires are 265 and I have all-wheel drive this seems very basic that they shouldnt have done that Im highly upset I have to go park my truck and I dont know when Im going to get off work in time to handle this but if they dont fix this and apologize Im calling the better business bureau Im calling consumer affairs and Im calling an attorney to take them to small claims court for possible damages to my front differential

Horrible experience. I went in for a set of all terrain tires. Have brand new 2 week old rims on my truck when i left there were all scratched n gouged from their machine. However the manager brian n the service desk guy were just as upset as i was they stood up didnt deny anything and could very well distinguish that their machine and or poor labor were the cause of the messed up wheels. However they are going to make it right by discounted work to be done later and brian said he would resurface my wheels. Ill give more info once all the work is completed. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars thats why i gave 3 because they stood up and took responsibility for the imperfections. I have 2 other trucks with aftermarket wheels that need tires and work i believe in local business and i dont believe in going to dealerships. I hope they do right on their end and look forward to keeping my business with them.

Ive been going to B&R for years and Ive never had a problem with anyone or anything. Everytime I go there I get exactly what I want without having other products and unnecessary services pushed on me which is really nice. Also their prices are very reasonable. They dont take advantage of the customer in any way and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs tires or any work done involving tires.

Great experience at B&R. They provided me with multiple quotes for my vehicle (Jeep with lift). All the prices were equal or better than what I could find on the internet, and hundreds cheaper than other rip off chain tire places. Service was fantastic, they checked in with me and let me know status, waiting room was clean with some personality, and end result was perfect.

I cannot say enough about the guys out at B&R tire! After having custom wheels installed at another shop I had a bad vibration. The shop had my car back to them no less than three times. Each time I was told it was fixed. Drive car home, same problem. I was about to give up when someone referred me to B&R. They fixed it!!! My car rides as smooth as glass! Super nice guys too! I purchase four new tires from B&R, I go back a couple days later to be in our for them to do a 4 wheel alignment on my car. The technician text me in the back to inform me that my car is sending extremely low to the ground and that the front wheel is sticking out extremely, they informed me that I needed to spend $950 to have all my struts and shocks replaced on my car. And that they could not do the four wheel alignment until I had those parts replace and if I did not replace those parts that they could not guarantee that my car will properly align right. So I take my car back to the dealership the next day and did not mention nothing about my struts and shocks.they did my four wheel alignment and told me everything lined up perfectly fine. I asked them after the fact was anything wrong my struts and shocks and the technician told me that they are not leaking and they do not need to be replaced at this present time.

These guys are great. My 17 yr old son bought rims and tires there and brought them home to put on his truck that we put a lift on and...they didnt fit... We went back and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy before we left. Set him up with a new rim and tire set that worked out perfectly.

Normally I don’t have time to post reviews, I have 3 children and two Jobs to make ends meet. But My experience there changed my mind and I made it a point to post this! So quickly I called in the wrong size tire days ago and made an appointment, they double checked my size b4 asking me to pay & showed me the sticker placed from the Car manufacturer is right on the inside of the drivers door showing me that I called in a much smaller size tire. So luckily They had same brand/Mileage tire in stock. I had a Larger & different size. I had only a limited amount with me to pay, so the owner Todd Starr said no worries even though they were approximately +$58.00 more for the 4 tires, they did it for the same price & it was my error on the tire size when I called in. So while I’m in the nice waiting room, another customer was out of control (Very loud), Claiming they had a defective tire, but the owner Todd again, calmed them down, brought the tire into the waiting room, he showed them the tiny screw stuck in the tire, customer said no way, they told the owner you must’ve placed that in my tire just now. Mr.Starr told that person, look I understand your upset, today is your lucky day, we would never try such ways, he was so nice to that person who was yelling, it was really kinda getting out of control, he said I understand you brought no money w you today, you. And in and thought your tire was leaking & damages & all that really matters is that I want you to be safe, so we’ll fix this today at no charge, your tire will be safe! That person hugged him & said omg I thought my tire was ruined & Mr.Starr said, it’s fine, you still had enough air pressure not to damage the tire, all I ask is if you could please leave us a good review! I couldn’t believe that anyone who was being yelled at by this other customer would be so nice! So like I said, I’m very busy, I had to leave an excellent review because not only did the owner help me out, he helped out another customer who probably did not deserve such a gift, but safety over a sale was more important to Mr.Starr. That spoke volumes to me, not too many companies would do such a thing! Kudos to the entire staff, I will never go anywhere else!

Friendly & Fast! I got four new tire with Front End alignment. They had it all Wrapped up in two and a half hours with a fair price.

I had ordered a set of 4 tires from an online retailer to be installed by B&R. When I arrived before my appointment time, I walked in, gave them my information, they walked out to the car with me to verify the size, walked back in the shop with me and showed me one of the tires I ordered to verify the correctness and condition. They had all four tires installed in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. I liked the waiting area which was clean and they offered me water or coffee. I especially like the room with all the classic rock memorabilia on the walls, which I found interesting, as I appreciate that type of music. The tires look great on my car and it rides beautifully. They are professionalls. My experience was exemplary and I will recommend B&R to others. I would definitely use them again.

B & R Tire went above and beyond for me with my car. They treated me with the utmost respect, honesty, and kindness. They went out of their way (in the rain) to get a part that was hard to find just to save me some money. Then, they even drove me to a funeral that I needed to attend. The prices were fair and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would definitely go back!

In serious need of new tires. Literally had to change a flat that morning just to get to work and riding on my donut. I went after work and only had an hour before I had to go get my kids from daycare. They were understanding and rushed me through to get me on my way. Not to mention they beat their own price from last year by $35. Four new tires all season with road hazard and alignment $400 out the door. Cant beat this place!! They were definitely a life saver today!!

Nice people had wheels installed. There was a problem with a leaky valve. It was defective. I called back a few minutes after they closed and someone called me back after hours! They made it right. I would recommend. Would have gave them 5 stars if they would have caught the defective valve. I did come from PA.

Would not recommend this place at all im a 25 year old that got a 2014 ford f150 wanted to put shelby 20 in rims with low profile tires on it and for shure wanted to keep my money locally. After talking with a don waltenbaugh he got my name number and would call me with the rims i wanted and others that he thought would look good. Long story short no call in 3 weeks. I dont no if they thought i was playing with them but i got money to spend and it aint never with them going to 5star for all my tire needs now.

Bought my husband a set of Trail Guide HTLs in March of this year that we’re rated for 50,000 miles. These tires have been on my husbands truck for 22,000 miles with 3/32nds tread left on the tire. We had a large hole in the side wall of the passenger front tire and went in to ask about the “warranty” Todd told us there was nothing he could do. Therefore I asked them what the point of the warranty was. Todd literally told me there was no way to tell what I did with my tires and it’s not food that you eat therefore it’s not regulated by the government. As I asked why there was a warranty at all then he couldn’t give me an answer but quoted my husband $1,200 for 4 new tires which were rated for 60,000 miles, although who cares if the warranty means nothing. To top it all off he sold my husband a “good used tire at a great price” THAT WAS THE OLD TIRE OFF OF MY HUSBAND’S TRUCK! Yes, he sold us our own tire back. After reaching out to their supplier and their suppliers supplier I am getting a prorated amount back towards new tires in which I WILL NOT be purchasing from here. If I could give zero stars I would.

The people are very nice but nice doesnt do a quality job. They dont know how to balance a tire probably or tighten down lugnuts probably. My lugnuts were so tight that I broke one off trying to get my wheel off. Very disappointed.

I went to have my car looked at, my steering wheel was a little shaky, i found out i needed struts, shocks, tires and alignment. So i have an extended warranty on my car . So Ron called the warranty and the nightmare began, he was on hold FOREVER, then got the run around for DAYS . Finally with all the BS the warranty co put them through my car was approved for SOME of the repairs . This place is AWESOME, they were professional and nice, i will never go anywhere else, if u wang the BEST, go to B&R TIRE !!!!!

Got a price on the phone after i got one from firestone. My friend is a manager at firestone so you know i had road hazard. Talked to the owner myself gave me a quote with road hazard. Sent my wife to their shop everything was fine put the paperwork in glove box tire blows out called no road hazard.this place is a joke.known by the money they take from a hard working family

Ordered one set of 4 continental contipro contact tires after they were installed I went to leave looked at the tires and they were wrong. The were pro contact tires. Yes there is a difference !!! Kept saying that’s what they sent and you are getting a better tire —I seriously doubt that I won’t go back — you should look elsewhere
