Had a noon apt for tint show up on time on 7-10-20 and they tell me they are behind on another tint job, I have to leave my car. I cant! I just drove an hour to get there, they know I have to stay with the car, theyve done another car before, and I had to stay. I had to take off work to bring it. He says bring it tomo, what can I do? I No, I cant, I,m working. I said you knew you were behind, you should have called, you just wasted my time....Last time I came alone and waited..IF you were running behind you SHOULD have called. You dont tell a customer when they get there NOW you have to leave it when they were expecting to wait. You knew I was waiting for it, like last time. My issue is with you not calling me or asking if I could come an hour or 2 later to give you time to catch up. You cant expect someone to change their whole next day around based on your failure to keep the client informed. So, yeah! I AM displeased. You could of had more business from me with new car, wrappings. Etc and more with the 19. Now youve lost me as a customer because you didnt take the time to call me.
