Small repair from hit and run. Fast, friendly, and professional. I was able to leave my rental there for future pickup when I got my truck back. They even cleaned up the inside of my truck for me. Couldn’t be happier.

Definitely check other body shops around town. I use to use them all the time and they did an excellent job. But the last time I took my vehicle there after I got rear-ended it was not right and I had to go back several times. Even after all that my trunk was still leaking. I gave them several opportunities to fix the vehicle, they kept giving me the run around about not having a rental car for me. So now it has been a year and its still not fixed and they said they could call. I ended up taking my vehicle to another body shop. I would NEVER recommend this place ever!!!!

Last week was the first time ever that I needed body work done on my car & Walt made me feel so comfortable and secure and made my car pretty again just like I had asked! Detail inside and out was a nice touch as well. Thank you!!!!

The first time there I was treated with respect. The second visit was bad. first visit my repairs were paid for by the other persons insurance. This time I went in and was going to pay cash out of pocket. The tech who gave me and estimate said both doors need replaced part of roof needs replace rear quarter panel needs replace and the gas cover needs replaced. $1500+ worth of damage. Went to another collision shop, got it all done for Under $250.00 plus labor. Just because I wasnt using my insurance, the tech hiked up my estimate!! very disappointed!!!!

I had a damage claim & the insurance company recommended King Collision. My car looks like new & my experience here was great. Friendly staff, basic but comfortable waiting area, & great service!

This company will not treat you with respect. They will ignore your calls and seem very avoidant. Have said the car will be done multiple times now and yet, they have not called. We have called multiple times with NO answer. My car has been there for months with no update. Do not go here. Very unprofessional. My 4 year old kid could treat people with more profession and respect than these people.

These guys are pros! My mom hit a deer and had to pay out of pocket to fix her car. They fixed it right and for a great price.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I was in a unique situation because my accident happened while I was on my way home to visit my family in Youngstown from my home in Maryland. I had quite the ordeal with my repairs, where the first estimate of 9 days end up being over 2.5 months because Kia had changed some of the parts needed to repair the airbag and there was a nationwide backlog. Walt did an amazing job keeping me up to date about the status and all that they were doing to try to get the parts in sooner. On my way back to Ohio to pick up my car when the repairs were done, my rental car ran out of gas on the turnpike (the gas range was way off). I was only 13 miles away, but ended up stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance. When I realized the the shop would be closed right before I could get there, Walt assured me not to worry and that he would stay late to make sure I could pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new car, with both the exterior and interior cleaned up nicely. They did a tremendous job and I would highly recommend them for any repair jobs.

That they do a excellent job

I heard many people disliked the quality of work done by King Collision, but I didnt believe them. I typically think that most people are just too picky or whatever. In terms of the body work, they did a nice job. Im not complaining about that. What wasnt good was the paint. I took a 2018 Malibu to get it fixed after someone rear-ended me and when it was completed, there were several glaringly obvious flaws in the paint that I didnt accept the job. I had them go back and fix it. After another week went by, it was finally done and acceptable. There are still two spots that Im not thrilled about, but whatever. One spot Im still not happy about is on the trunk deck. I pointed it out the first time and it appears that all they did was buff it out instead of respraying the whole lid. Just so you know, a nice-sized piece of dirt got in the paint and instead of fixing it the first time, they let it go. Other flaws included were spots not blended, spots not painted, (visible primer, but I dont know if it was burned through with a buffer or just not painted) dust/dirt in the paint, and generally a terrible job.They DID FIX It, but the whole process took two weeks.I also had to get an education on the fact that its supposedly a law in ohio that even if your car is brand new, they can replace parts on your car with aftermarket or used parts, which I think is rediculous. If they say this, push them for price matched new oem parts from the dealership because I personally think its a scam. Did you pay for a brand new car to have aftermarket parts on it? I know I didnt. I dont know if this is a problem with the industry, the insurance companies, or both. I dont think its kings fault, but regardless.TL/DR: They will stand by their work and make things right eventually, but make sure you speak up if there is something you dont like. If you dont like used or aftermarket parts on your car, say something. Finally, inspect their work very well.

Very unimpressed. I took my car there after reading their great reviews. All that needed work was my front bumper. Within a week of getting my car back, the front bumper was popping out on the drivers side. I brought it back to King collision and they told me it was popping out from something I did. They didnt want to take responsibility for their shoddy work on my car. I would never take my car back there.

Did a aweful job on my moms car. Had a minor fender bender fixed. Left broken parts in undercarriage, bumper isnt secured and has tab missing, windshield trim molding left unclipped and worst of all the whole a pillar has spots of baremetal, primer showing and the paint there was perfect before, its from there bad job at blending paint in. Those are the big ones besides paint peeling all over and orange peel. Worst job I have seen, I can do better with a rattle can.

Kings Collision is by far THE best auto body repair shop in Mahoning & Trumbull County. Not only is their work impeccable, they have your vehicle finished when they say it will be finished. The employees are very professional, helpful, and understanding. I refuse to take my Acura MDX anywhere else. If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time and have your parts guaranteed for life....then there is no auto body shop better than Kings Collision. The best part of their customer service is that when you pick your car up THEY HAVE IT DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT!!!!! Nobody else does that! Negligent. On pickup of my car after a repair, the worker who drove the car around to the front ran over body fastening bolts in the garage. I didnt notice the leaking tire since the repairs were to the front bumper and I didnt think to check the tires. After driving away, my tire pressure light notifies me the tire is losing air. The shop closed right after pickup and the phones were off. This led to a roadside hassle and a day wasted. After getting the tire plugged at Walmart and speaking to King Collision, they said the tire should be fine now, and offered no compensation, deals, or recompense for the tire, or the wasted Saturday waiting in Walmart repair which causing me to miss work. Now the plugs are not holding and the tire needs replaced. The tire was 6 months old and saw less than 10,000 miles. Very disappointed in the negligence of the shopkeepers in driving over bolts and in the lack of worry and care in correcting the mistake they made.

They do not honor their warranty and will lie to you just To keep you off their back
