A little unprofessional but other than that its a good place to get your Wish items sent for a cheaper shipping rate and they take good care of it unlike some places. Kinda stays in a big pile but they sort it out nicely and try to keep it tidy. Quaint little store but its friendly and also a good place to find phone accessories obviously 😅

Great service and staff even when customers got a little out of hand the staff kept their cool an managed the customers at bay while serving their cell phone needs. I love this place an will always give them my service.

Great customer service. Associate was very helpful on the phone while I was shopping for a new phone under $300. Hkwever and the service I got I decided to go in there and purchase a nicer phone for $450 because of the service and knowledge of the employee. Will go back again for sure.

Picked up my wish order here. They were polite and fast.

I went in to the store just to buy a phone case. Not only was I not greeted AT ALL when I entered the store, I sat for over 20 mins without being spoken to at all. I continued sitting an additional 2-3 mins after the customers confront of me left before anything was said to me. I asked for a phone case the guy walks off the the back and was back there for 8-10 minutes before coming back to say they didnt have any... even though my particular phone was sold in the store. I let him know that I was in the store for over a half hour and all he did was shrug his shoulders. He didnt offer to order me a case or even apologize for the wait. Very rude and I will never return or recommend.

Great service and an awesome manager name Julian. He really helped me out, very cordial, and knew his stuff. I will be recommending more people to that location.

They never answer the phone. Ive called for information multiple times during business hours and i go through the automated system, hit 4 for other info and it rings and find and then says no one is able to answer your its ridiculous. And its a cell PHONE store.
