Worst place beenManager try cell you item you dont need for new phoneExample I had new phone unlocked he forced to buy a sim card because he say I need new one. If your are metro costumer and you service with them you dont need new sim card, you can use your old sim card, also I did not used couple hours later when to returned and my return was declineI recommend dont go to this metro store

Got RippedSwitch to Metro today and got ripped off again going in tomorrow and get the money I was overcharged.$50 UNL LTE w/5GB HS Plan $50.00Metro by T-Mobile Fees & ChargesDevice Activation Fee $15.00Federal-Federal USF Surcharge $0.39Ohio State-OH Prepaid Wireless 911 $0.01Government Taxes and FeesOhio State-State Sales Tax $0.96Mahoning County-County Sales Tax $0.25If you add all that up like it says online the total comes to 66.61 then I purchased a 15.00 case and even with tax at 7.5% the case would come to 16.12 which totals 82.73 and I paid 110.00 thats a 27.27 difference!.She out and out lied she told me that the Activation fee was 25.00 and even at that I would still be overcharged . I gave this place a second chance this will be the last time dealing with this location!.

I came into this store ready to leave metro. Until the rep Ashley helped me out tremendously. She took time out of her day to show me how to work my phone and she fixed the issues the other stores created for me. She made me confident and made me decide to stick with metro.

Worst store ever and the owner owns belmont market street and boardman.. The store girl tries to charge me additional 35.00 for a screen protection, and if i dont buy it i cant buy a phone.. This is not something mandatory by metro. And then she said well he owns all above stores i listed... So if u want to be treated right, not over charged, and or lied to, the metri on mahoning beside bmv is ofgicial.. He give great deals 4 buying in store. He gives u information aboit phones and plans tht u are not mad or think u been tooken advantage of.. I did send this to the all 5000 freinds on fb... 50k freinds on twitter and 8679 follower on instagram... 💋 my blk a$$.

I will never go back to this store because the woman lied to me! I wanted to import a # from boost. The lady told me that I Have to get the $60 plan inorder to take advantage of the offer even after bringing up statement printed on display cards that read when switching with an unlimited plan. This was the second metro store i visited and i am assuming metro on hwy 224 is sister to this store because the man there told me the same thing. But i went to the store on Matthews road and they told me that they were not correct, it is the 50 or 60 dollar Unlimited plan. Tisk tisk. I wonder how many more customers were missed out on over greed. I am letting metro, the company, know what these stores are doing. If you want honest business go to matthews rd, mahoning ave, or mccartney. They were honest and gave me a free month of insurance for something they did not do.
