Staff were amazing. Bummed out they never got new shipments of smells to add, but my daughter saw signs in the store about it. HQ should ensure the stores have everything they advertise unless recently sold out then is understandable. They said they have been out for a long time so its not the case.

It was our first time going to Build a Bear and all of the ladies who works there made my 8 year old daughters experience one she will never forget!!! They were all so lovely and interactive with my child!!! My daughter talked about Build a Bear the whole way home! (40 minutes) We will definitely come back to this store for any future bears to be built!

We went here today. Due to Covid they are only allowing 15 people in the store at a time and they ask that you dont touch anything you dont intend to buy. All the associates were very helpful and friendly! They all interacted with me and my son the whole way through the process! Theres also a buy one get one for $10 sale going on right now!

Took each of my kids on a date day here and they loved it! They even have star wars stuffed animals right now so even my son had fun! Great place to make a memory and spend some one on one time and grab lunch together. The staff was fun and friendly and the store was clean. Thanks Build-A-Bear!

Very nice employees and selection of pop culture items. A nice experience for my son. He loved it there. I would say the prices are a bit high so you do have to be careful and watch what you buy. However it can be a cheap experience as well. Expect to pay somewhere between 20 to 60 dollars depending on add ons.

Always loved going here when my youngest daughter was little. Now I can enjoy it again with my grandkids ♡

Outstanding staff, very friendly and personable. Everything is well kept and they make sure to really pay close attention to the little details. One of the few reasons to ever go to this mall is this store.

I went in today to get toothless and while the girl Lydia was stuffing it she noticed that the stitching on the leg was coming undone. She tried to fix it but she wasnt happy with it, so since there was only 1 regular one she let me have the special edition one for the price of the regular one. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my experience a great one! 😊
