So I ran in late last night for Easter stuff and like most stores they were empty. But I managed to find a few things I went to check out no one was there, I rang the bell and someone finally came. The store wasnt particularly clean but it was just about closing time. Its in a good location so Ill still go there again.

The customer service is always great. The reason why I did not give five stars is because the store is rarely organized and they can not keep a consistent cashier within the store. Im not sure whats going on inside, however, whatever needs to happen for the store to acquire more help and structure, please do it. It would make check out go faster and the employees wont feel so pressured to do everything all the time at once. I hope this helped the right people know that as an observer I truly care about everyone the business/company is servicing in every shape and form. Please help this store, they really need it!!!UPDATE SINCE LAST VISIT:Due to lack of employees the store does not stay open until regular closing time and because of this problem, I havent been able to shop there in the evenings.

Had coupons in their app for things we needed, so we stopped by on our way home today (a bit out of the way, but...). Got most of what we came for, but the coupons did not show up when we checked out, even though I had entered my phone number. Disappointed.

They said they open at 8 am and at 8:30 still wasn’t open. I️ tried calling the store and they just let it ring.

I was very upset the were closed at 2:30 pm. They need some serious help...

I like this store. Its kinda messy but so many interesting finds and the prices are low. Best prices on dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. I drive all the way from A2 to browse their merchandise😛

The gurl! Workin at the store on mich. Ave. And nRiver. She dont know what she doin! She talkin to customers! But lookin in the sky! Like she dont realize she can get her teeth adjusted! She lazy on the job. The automatic door dont work! She aint opening it! Or put a sign up! She not a good hire! I go to that one all the time. Never had no one so foul work there! She need to go! The regulars not use to that messy mess.

The employees were very nice. I went on to grab a few things and when I was done the check out time was very quick. Although it seems when ever I go on this store they are always sticking the shelves which is a good thing except when your trying to get around. It probably would have been a few more things that I might have brought bit I had to skip some part do to the conjustiom

Super service, polite, helpful in directing me to the items. I asked if the bulbs for my chandelier where not the right ones, that I could exchange them. When I had to go and get my car, they helped load my 2 very large containers which I purchased to hold the bags so that my purchases wouldnt roll around in the back of car. My ironing board and every thing was loaded in a timely manner and very professional service. I hope that this is the store on Washtenaw Ave because Id forgotten eggs so I stopped at the one on Michigan Ave.

I’ve been calling this store and going up there they are never open I been calling corporate the last few weeks and nothing I can’t even get any body on the phone I’ve put in a app and no response it’s crazy you guys need the help cause your never open during business hours so I really don’t understand they won’t even give me a number to talk to somebody it’s crazy

This place isnt too bad. Its your typical dollar store, but they have some good stuff for cheap.

The store was filthy, the floors looked like they hadnt been swept or mopped in months, no shopping carts or baskets available, shelfs were disorganized and not stocked, unopened stock every where. For a store that isnt that old ( maybe 2 years since it opened ) it looked deplorable !!

I dont know when this started, but for at least a month now I have noticed this location keeping there doors locked during business hours. Customers would approach the door, myself included, and the doors would not open. Sometimes the clerks would personally come to open the door to let you enter, and other times they would leave you out in the cold. Due to this problem with the professionalsm of this store, and my being physically disabled I rarely visit this store anymore. This issue needs to be fixed.Update, The doors are now fixed, however, I went in today 4-12-19 around 2:30pm. There was a new young lady working the register. She had to ask another co-worker who was stocking for assistance multiple times. She apologized to the Stocker for asking her to help me at check out. I felt shamed and uncomfortable due to her apologizing. This is there jobs. The young lady who was stocking was rude. She didnt acknowledge me in the store aisles and she didnt acknowledge me at the register when called up to assist me, she just asked me if that was it to rush me out of the store she was very rude and I would like to talk to a manager about this. I called but there was no answer. She was angry and showed anger while assisting me at the register. No customer should feel like a burden, they should always feel welcome. This was this young ladys job and she clearly couldnt hide the fact that she disliked her job.

Its a cheap plastic market. It also sells cheap unhealthy manufactured food-like substances, mostly genetically engineered. I gave them an extra star because they are at least honest enough to label the products as genetically engineered.

Unorganized, messy, rude customer service if they even acknowledge you. And Im not basing this on one visit Im basing this on many, many, many visits since they opened their doors. The only reason I keep returning is the prices if certain items beat dollar general. But not all. So if I have to bite my tongue for a few to save money well bite I will.

Im BEYOND FRUSTRATED with the management of this place!!! 5 different days now i have went there its closed no note no employees...stop treating your employees so badly and mayne you might actually keep enough to stay open!!!!😡😡😡 if you cant handle the amount of customers you get daily then maybe you shouldnt have opened a store on a major highway!!!!!!

I was rushed out of store, and I asked for headphones to buy because it behind the counter just ignored me like I said nothing also was rude to ask me to put my back pack at the door rudely this happened Sunday August 23 around 1ish 2 black men they need to apologize for their rude service

This place is so getto getto people avoid it. I have been going here since it open. I work across the street i gave up on it. Boxes all over the place, no prices on items terrible selection on everything customer suck. There are no redeeming qualities to this store just throw your time and money out the window

I found all the items that I was looking for, however the store was very dirty and dark. The outside is pretty sketchy too, strange people loitering around the door.

Store LOCKS their doors during business hours despite LEGAL guidelines prohibiting it. They lock their doors because the area is ghetto around this family Dollar and crime is bad over here. They are open but you literally have to knock on the door for them to come and unlock and let you in. This is pathetic and sad. Ypsilanti is a ****hole and this family Dollar is run by people afraid of the customers. Sad situation.

Its ok in getto area, lock your doors and look around before getting out of car. Trash all over the place, why cant people pick up there own trash and only a few feet to a trash can yet they cant put it in the trash, lazy people. Go somewhere else. Over priced.

I walked in after playing disc golf with me and a friend, Im white hes black. We both had our dg bags and I walked in firsts and grabbed a pop. He walked in after to do the same and the lady demanded him leave his bag, not mine after she said hello. I told her at the register why not ask for my bag if it was a big deal and she said she trusted me.. etc. Racist and I refuse to shop her while the middle aged Russian lady works here..

The store is very cold inside. Many things not stocked. The cashier kept up a lengthy convo with the customer ahead of us and continued that convo as we were being rang up.

Miserable... waited in line 15 minutes because the lazy manager would not open the second register. Incompetent
