We used this place once before and received excellent service.Decided to use their service again HOWEVER this time I was Persistent in calling to try to make arrangements..... yes I did call 13 times trying to talk to someone. Janel called me back and was EXTREMELY RUDE. Would not let me say a word. She interrupted me every time I tried to explain why I called so many times and why I didn’t leave a message. Because they did not return my calls in the past. Janel has very poor customer service etiquette. I put ONE STAR only so I could post.

We had made a reservation for a uhaul rental here online. When we got the there he he said he didnt have what we made a reservation for. You would think he would be nice and try and help us find something or work with us, but No! He is rude, unhelpful, not even kind. Not a place I will recommend any to use and be treated this way. Next time we will just be going back to home depot for what we need to move. Far wArning, stay away.

Best place to rent a truck, always good.

Only reason I gave 3 stars is because they always have the truck I need. With that said, even with reserving the truck & doing the virtual check in, uploading all DLs for each driver, literally doing everything he would normally have to do the process takes 30 mins. Nothing for me to sign, credit card already on file. He literally just has to hand me the keys & print paperwork but he sits on his computer & if I mention anything about our rental its as if Ive interrupted him from doing something else. Ive rented from here multiple times over the past like 10 years & its always been the same exact scenario. First few times he over charged me & swore he reimbursed me...he didnt. Be prepared to be first in the morning & even if youre not completely ready to go until 10 or 10:30 because hes fiddle fartin around it still has to be returned by 9am the next morning. They are little irritations but to someone they could be huge.

Way easier than most U-haul locations I’ve dealt with. I love small towns!!!

Its 830... the truck I am assigned to is blocked in and no one is here, even though you are supposed to be open. Worst location ever.

Very pricey and when we returned our truck they still charged us extra for gas when it had gotten filled up .. Plus more charges claiming on theyre insurance for old scratches.. Treated my family very rudely...
