Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have a vehicle on the lot that matched what I wanted. The sales manager, Gary Bernal explained the process needed in these days of shortages to order a new vehicle. He stressed the length of time between placing an order and getting a vehicle could take six months or longer. I will follow his instructions and place an order next week.

Dont take your vehicle to them for repair,i took mine in for just get it looked at left there with my car much worse then when i took it to them and now i cant drive it and they wont make it right for their mess up
Beware this place. Their up-charge is ridiculous. Check the carfax! They are pushing vehicles with multiple accidents for more than what retail would be on a clean car. They are dishonest on their “agreements” and will tell you anything to get you in the door. Save time and money and just go down the hill to the big lots.
Worst customer service ever!!! I called the service department to make an appointment to get my car looked at. Ive been calling for 4 hours to speak to somebody in service department and kept getting Ann voicemail. I called the sales department which they were unable to help. They just kept transferring me to Ann voicemail and telling me the whole service department is in a meeting and they will call me back. After waiting 2 hours for a call back, again I was unable to get help.
Went there for a recall.. waited there 10 minutes while some guy working there was on his computer... it took someone else to come through the door to ask me what I neede... Son ofI actually needed the guy gun at his computer who never acknowledged me! This guy was rude and I told him I do not want his rude vutt to touch my truck... I ended up gett
This was my last choice in places to shop for a car. Price range was no where near what I could manage. Looked online just to see and sent an inquiry. J. Cervantes responded. I was in desperate need but so reluctant. When I finally made it in to the office, i was given straight forward answers to my situation. Walked away w/o a car but with less fear and new direction. Ive been in for service a couple times for some major issues. Work was communicated thoroughly by Dani. Dani is also very good at customer service. My only complaint was the length of time it took for repairs, but I understand Covid precautions were a major factor. Excellent work otherwise!
I can’t get anyone to answer the phone, The parts department tells me I can’t add a part to my Jeep but I contact another dealer and they tell me it’s no problem, I send an email about ordering a part and no one calls me back, I try an make an appointment because no one answers the phone but I can’t add my vehicle. What is going on???
Drive a 2018 Ram 1500 Rebel. Air suspension service light came on at 31k 3 months ago (under warranty - yay!). By the time I got to the dealer light was out and car acting normally, so nothing to fix. At 36.8k miles light back on. This is warrantied to 3yr or 36k. After hearing what happened manager agreed to look at the truck under manufacturer warranty as the problem was present when the truck was previously under warranty(good faith claim). They could of said.... nope, take a hike. Hopefully they find something to fix this time. I give 5/5 stars for service. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They’re some cheap workers in there that have no clue what theyre doing. I had to bring it back in multiple times for them to just make a bigger problem with the truck . Do not come here unless you want to spend a bunch of money for things not to even get fixed. Employees were extremely rude over the phone and even raised their voice at me over the phone.
Kudos to Danny, who helped walk me through an exceed warning annoying alarm stuck at 20 mph. on my new Jeep Renegade Latitude which I didnt buy from them due to Covid inventory. I recommend taking your vehicle there before Chrystal or I-10 in the local area from my experience of being a Federal government Fleet Mgr. for 20 years. Worth the drive if your vehicle can make it up the grade.!

It was very refreshing to buy a vehicle and not feel worked over afterwards. My wife and I had thought we found a better price for a Jeep Cherokee an hour and a half away, only to find out it was buried in outrageous dealer and ons. After walking out we decided to give Yucca Valley a shot. Not only was the vehicle we were looking for hidden in the back, not on the lot. But the price out the door was about 2,000 less than I expected.I would highly recommend anyone to look here first or at least give them a shot before buying from the bigger dealerships in the inland empire. No pressure, no hassles.

Horrible customer Service,Car was dropped off 12 Aug, by 20 Aug, called no call back, 28 Aug called no call back, 2 Sept encountered the rude unprofessional staff that would no give Manager Contact info unless I had an appointment, so when I asked for it I was told no.2 Sept submitted FTC complaint, Manager finally contacted me, He went on to describe it was the worst time to bring the car in, people were terminated, systems, the dealership was closed, everything but they were sorry. He claimed on 2 Sept on his word he would call me back never did.Should the management look at current reviews the name Danny comes up as uncooperative, rude.I honestly do not want to know the cost for repairs, sad fact is if it was done to me it will be done to somebody else.Their website claims utmost service, professionalism, customer first after what my family went through, theyneed to seriously review their website. I will never deal with them ever I hope this review helps future customers to be weary of the new staff.
Bought a used car online from Yucca Valley.... when I got it... it had several issues with it... window wouldn’t roll up all the way... very squeaky steering wheel and more.... these issues were obvious and they didn’t fix them or tell me. Don’t trust them....

I called and spoke with some guy named Danny who works in servicing. I explained that I purchased a new vehicle while stationed overseas and picked it up in Palm Springs. I wanted to bring it into the Yucca dealer because of the location is closer and more convenient for me. Danny redirected me and told me to call the store in 29 Palms instead. When I called, they told me they were swamped and my best options were to go to Yucca or back to Palm Springs. So I gave Danny a call back in Yucca and explained to him that the 29 palms dealers could not help. He said that was the same issue with Yucca and they were scheduling weeks out, I had no problem with this since my problem is not urgent. As we move on and begin to discuss the next openings, Danny went on to say, I dont understand why you arent going back to Palm Springs. Why would anyone purchase a vehicle there and not go back to where they bought it for service? His remarks were ill-considered and very frustrating to hear; and, clearly indicated that he did not want our service. Im an owner of two Jeeps and Ill never bring my vehicles in for service here. Not impressed with their customer service!
Was going to purchase a car, a 2017 Dodge journey, for a monthly payment of $380. Well after two months of having the car and not getting a contract completed, I returned the car rather than signing a new contract. By law they have to give back my down payment. I turned car in end of October, still waiting for even a word or letter from them. They sure take their time giving back your money, but are damn quick to take it.

I would love to acknowledge Mr. Dani Ramos for the spectacular service I received last week. I had my car taken in a few times in the past to this location for various reasons each time ending in some type of payment and major frustration on my part. This is the first time I have dealt with mr. Ramos, needless to say I was frustrated. He calmed me down and assured me he would look into my warranties. He did just that and had my car completed within two days. He also told me that my warranties also included rental cars which he kindly organized for me. I just can’t thank him enough for the great customer service he gave me. He definitely went beyond to calm me down and make this visit a much enjoyable one. Make sure to check what type of warranties or packages you’ve purchased with your vehicles because you might just be paying for something that is covered. Chrysler is very lucky to have him,as I am actually thinking of dealing with them again when it’s time for a new vehicle🤗
They Sold me a truck without having the title in hand, i waited almost 6 six months for them to get the title sent to the DMV so i could get my tags, I drove all the way from AZ to buy this truck to top it off it was leaking oil good thing it was only $150 to fix plus the front struts needed repair. My mechanic said he could tell they replaced the rear struts but failed to replace the front struts because the front struts are more expensive. Also i pointed out to the salesman that something looks off with the windows they looked scratch, he said its just dirt, turns out when i took it to a auto glass repair shop they said the windows are pitted and need to be replaced, really shady on their part. The only good guy is the finance manager. In the end Im happy with my truck because i got a good price but I still I wouldnt recommend buying here.
Nothing different here as usual underpaid salesman fall all over themselves trying to sell you a car, because theyre underpaid and most of their money comes from Commission; its like working in a restaurant and try to sell people more food to make more money on your tips. I think they should ban tips and commission and pay people fairly.
Recently had my first services performed on my new Grand Cherokee at this location. It is by far one of the most friendly and helpful customer service departments I have ever been to. My vehicle was well serviced and in a timely manner. I will continue to use this service department for all future needs.

Cant say enough good things about the Twentynine Palms dealership of the Yucca Valley Ford & Chrysler Center. We had an issue with a rental car (from another co.) that required attention and Art and Neil (at this facility) were the most helpful and honest individuals I have ever encountered at an automotive dealership / facility. Art was literally on the ground trying to help with the problem. The next day Neil + a mechanic solved the problem immediately at a fair price and with great attention. This is the second vehicle purchased here. The 1st vehicle is still working great. For the second vehicle I purchased, Todd in sales worked hard for me to get the deal I wanted. The president Carol absolutely helped me without any question and gave me exactly what i needed and ensured I was taken care of. Took our 15 Ram 3500 in because the oil pressure low light had been coming on for about a week and then we noticed it was actually leaking oil, as well. I asked that they fix this issue, change oil ( which should be obvious) and rotate tires. Picked up next day- light still coming on, still leaking oil and now, our truck shakes violently at 70mph ( assuming they didnt balance tires)Take it back.-- They state they didnt know I wanted an oil change- so instead, they actually took the old oil filter off, hosed it off pressure washed it (in their own words) and put it back on truck.

Took my 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon to them for 1. Blinker not work long after bulb replaced 2. Back up camera not working 3. Popping out of gear when backing up (Manual Trans) Had an 8:00am appt, (to be fair I was a bit late- arrived about 8:10am) Diagnose paperwork was marked “WAITING”...At 10:30am was finally updated1. Rat ate the wire, not covered under warranty $200 (Rat still in engine area)2. Your vehicle doesn’t have a back up camera....**It does, it used to work, I had to go point it out to them. 5 service guys out there plus the Service Manager/Scheduler, Danny- who is very nice by the way..... and no one could find the camera eye - it is in the rear bumper under the tire carrier, right above the trailer hitch- for future reference. 😉3. No word yet on the transmission issue12:00pm update:1. Wire wasn’t fixed yet2. Your backup camera was installed aftermarket or at the dealer, we can’t fix it, we don’t know how.**IT’S A RUBICON RECON- i.e. UPGRADED PACKAGE FROM FACTORY which includes Steel Front and rear bumpers and upgraded Nav/Radio/GPS system among other things... INCLUDING THE CAMERA it’s literally in the Window Sticker.Asked for a rental car- they have to call enterprise to come and pick me up. Can’t have a loaner for the day. Never mind.3. No mention of transmission issue-husband picked me up and took me home- they don’t offer loaner cars.... They literally have a parking lot FULL OF JEEPS I’ve been driving past for months!1:35pm, no word on the status of the wire repair which is the only thing they could fix apparently- MAYBE- I’m sure they stopped for lunch... so, after 5 1/2 hrs, nothing has been fixed and I am without a vehicle. If the Technicians are in fact FACTORY CERTIFIED- shouldn’t they know what equipment is on vehicles and how to repair said equipment? Or they could GOOGLE it??Will not be coming back there for anything. Danny is very pleasant- but again- 6 men who work for Chrysler/Dodge JEEP Service Dept and none of them could locate the backup camera...and when I did, they can’t fix it insisting its aftermarket- yeah, embedded in a steel bumper no less..... wasted day... smh You have ONE Job....LEARN YOUR VEHICLES!

This is really a LONG time coming. Ive been going to this dealership for many years. Always had a wonderful experience. Ive dealt with Neil, Shane and the Dani(s) and want to let people know how personable and friendly the staff is here at this location. Just got done upgrading one of my project cars and every couple of weeks I come in to order parts for my 12 year old Dodge and Im completely amazed how easy it is to get them for me. Sometimes I cant clearly describe the part I need 100% but they have this diagram parts computer program and I can always reference that if I need to. Ive purchased many parts throughout the years and been in for some repair service too and I can honestly say that I wouldnt go anywhere else up here in the High Desert. James Kerry isnt my real name... bought a used dodge challenger shaker from their website as I live on Washington state. I dealt with Justin Ulsh who was very helpful and great to deal with. But when I got the car, I found some issues wrong with it that I was never told and they knew about. The drivers side keyless door entry doesnt work as well as the drivers side smart window. They had to have known this as you cant enter the car the normal way of just having the key fob in your pocket. I was also planning on not putting a front plate on and the photos of the vehicle showed the front bumper clean with no plates or plate holder.... well the dealership decided to drill 4 holes in the front bumper and Install a front plate holder....so now I have 4 holes drilled in the front bumper. Not happy with the deal and that they didnt tell me about the issues with the car.
Needed roadside assistance and Justin and Robert got to my car and got me back on the road in minutes. Great service, great people!

These are all issues they MUST have known about because it so obvious, but they didnt fix. They are a certified dodge dealership and could have easily fixed it all easily before selling it or told me about it, but nope....not a thing so after I got it, no word from them.... told them all the issues and no response they dont care.... DONT buy from them....
The service department is great ! The work needs to be done (repairs or maintenance) is completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. The service advisors explain what needs to be done in detail. They actually check the entire vehicle every time it is there.
I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango here and it was a wonderful experience. The sales people were extremely helpful and patient with me. I love the car and will be definitely be returning to this dealership.

But thanks to Danny we where able to fix my Jeep looks like this time forsure they got it now!!! He got me a rental and was always helping in anyway possible thanks bro.
I bought a Jeep Cherokee (American made, and supposedly good quality, I thought) here in May of 2018, and it ran fairly well until December 2018. Thats when the ignition coil went bad at 40,000 miles, and that was a pretty big red flag. Ignition coils should not be going out at that low of mileage. Got that fixed (covered under emissions warranty), and continued to drive it. Then, in late March, it started to vibrate pretty violently, and sometimes the wheels would even skip when taking a hard turn. I took it in saying that the rear differential was probably bad. The expert mechanics diagnosed it as a bad Power Transfer Unit, and replaced it. Got it back, and as I was driving off the lot, felt it vibrate again (clearly they didnt even test drive it before returning it). Turned it back in, and the mechanics had missed a faulty differential (what I told them it was from the start) and a rear axle shaft that was torn and leaking (no idea how they missed that one the first time). Finally get it back, and Im pretty done with this thing breaking down, and just want a refund, and to move on from this car.Now that failure to fix the problem right the first time would have brought this review to maybe 3 stars, since they did fix it in the end. The reason for the 1-star review is, when I called FCA customer care line to enquire about a buyback or refund program, I was directed to the dealership sales department. I finally got to speak to a manager at the dealership, and he said I should call FCA customer care. I kinda felt like I was getting the run-around, so I asked again to make sure I wasnt supposed to call the dealership for it. He then said that I was supposed to call customer care, and ended the call with and dont call here again. Definitely not the way to treat a customer, and will not be buying a car from here ever again. If you made it this far in the review, thanks for reading, and I hope you dont make the same mistake I made of buying a bad car from a disrespectful dealer.
