If you continue to hire more people like the customer service rep, Jose, that helped me, you wont need to improve on much of anything. Jose acknowledged me within seconds of me walking through the door. He was very knowledgeable about the products and had my new additional line added to my account in record timing. He was personable and able to take care of all my needs, from a phone to a cover and screen protector. I moved from Verizon to AT&T and I will never go back!

The representative Raymond at the Yucca Valley location was probably the most helpful and accommodating representative Ive had for the last 4 years Ive been with at&t. I have to be honest, I was ready to look for somewhere more affordable but he helped me figure out a better plan and had answers for all my concerns. Extremely impressed.

Raymond did awesome at helping us. I went in for a new tempered glass screen protector for my phone, and he helped me lower my bill by almost $100. Hes awesome.

Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by friendly customer service reps. We had a tall order, doing an upgrade and a service transfer. Our guy James was over to help us within two minutes. Very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! He was able to complete our goal and then some! Managed to get us the best bang for our buck and we ended up leaving with top shelf products, service plan, and saving money on our monthly bill! Great job, guys! And thanks again, James! You rock!

Raymond was incredibly helpful. I’ve been in this store 10+ times and he goes well beyond what is expected of him every time. He can have a store full of people and still be over to help within 3 minutes of us being there. I will never step foot in another at&t store besides this one if I can help it.

Every time I go to this store I feel a sense of caution because they are very friendly but also deceiving. They make me feel that they going to do the best for Me as a customer, but always end up with higher bill and frustrated with At&t. Nothing ever gets resolved and we have to deal with whatever mess was caused by them. Have been going to this store numerous times since they open, it has not changed.

Chris! Awesome manager and amazing customer service. I had a broken screen cover that another AT&T had installed improperly. Chris was super helpful in that he got me a replacement screen cover and installed it perfectly. Definitely one of my best experiences at AT&T yet, I know Im in good hands at this store.

I have to say that the service I got at thislocation in Yucca Valley really was helpful and they even took the time to actually do something vs Customer Service 611 I mean I gentleman helped me and my mom very well and was thee only Customer Service Rep I would like to get back on the phone each time I call in he didnt pass me off or hang up on me and what I dont get is why dont they call you back when you loose them seriously. Then you have to explain the entire ordeal all over again and wade through the automated system. I want to thank thee young man at the store location who helped me Thank You very much .I know this is long but you have to understand I need my phone BCUZ everyone calls my number for my mom.

I agree worst customer service ever. Spent three hours waiting and getting tidbits of time with manager Ramon as he walked away in the middle of conversations. He would come back and say so were are we, and as I was asking an new question because he left me hanging, he sarcastically said, I have already told you same the data plan 4 times. But each time he left something out that conflicted with either our current plan or what the AT&T people said on the phone. Finally the truth came out that they cant serve the same because they are not a AT&T store but a franchise retailer. You get much more and better service by a company store or online or by phone. Or perhaps Verizon, whom I am calling tomorrow.

Unreal..... Waited 45min in the store to be kicked out 15min before closing stating she wasnt allowed any overtime. We needed a new SIM card for an existing line. There was no other customers she already had our account info up on her tablet. I have a hard time believing this should have taken more then 5min.

My husband and I went to this store not really sure if we would be able to get any help with the activation lock on his phone. We had been trying for weeks to get the help and information we needed and Raymond P. was able to go above and beyond during our visit. His expertise,patience, friendliness and knowledge helped to calm us from the stress we had been dealing with to get my husbands phone working again and made our visit trouble free and pleasant. Great staff. James helped me this week -- I was kinda panicked with a busted phone, no insurance, and about 500 left to pay on the phone. Was not sure how I could proceed but James helped me understand my options and helped me navigate new phones and plans. Now I have a working phone that is better than the last, and while I had to pay off the busted phone, James helped me understand options to keep cost lower in the future. I got insurance this time! And my bill is still about the same. THANKS JAMES!!!! I should note this is the second time I have bought a phone at this store and the personalized service is worth heading in when you need ATT service.

Raymond provides excellent and efficient customer service! Getting a new phone, switching carriers, and all of that can be so frustrating and time consuming but he makes it as seamless as it can be.

My Name is Tracy, my elderly father had a problem with us not being able to pay a final bill and close his account. We had been trying to do it for months. We only were closing the account because I put him on my sprint plan.Let me tell you, there is a young man at this store who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us! His name is JAMES O . He was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with explaining things to us and making sure we got the assistance we needed. When I see someone like this it makes me proud of his generation! This kids mom should be very proud of him. And James, I don’t know how much you make, but whatever it is, they should give you a raise. This kid is one of those rare employees you keep when you find them!

Awesome staff! James went out of his way to make me and my family comfortable while we took care of business. From putting on lion king on for my daughter to joking with my son. Won’t step foot in another at&t beside the Yucca location. The manager also went out of his way to give my son a bottle of water.

Michael was a big help and was really funny. He helped me pick a phone that met my needs and made the process of setting it up comepletely painless. Update over a year later: Ive been here about five times in the last four months, changing plans (they got the best deals for both myself and my guy, whod been on my plan but didnt need data) questions, changing chips from old to new phone, then changing chips back from new phone I didnt like (not purchased here) to old phone. Wish I could remember the names of all the people who helped (Michael was the last one), but every one was excellent. I now know that its possible for the customer to change the chips from one phone to another, but my arthritic hands just dont want to do it. Thank you so much. The customer service here is what will keep me with AT&T for many, many more years.The staff here is so helpful. Every couple of months I run into something I dont understand or know how to take care of on my phone. I come here and theyre always able to show me how to do it. Theyre so patient and welcoming. This staff is one of the main reasons Ill be sticking with the cell plan Ive had for four years with AT&T cell after 22 years with Verizon.

To who it may concernI was just in the AT&T store here in yucca valley. We were here twice mr James and Michael were really pleasant helpful and fun! Helped us with our bills our upgrades and a few other things it was a pleasant experience. But one dissatisfaction that I had there was the manager! He was very rude and disrespect! And as my husband and I were there we observed him Being really rude to the employees and very disrespectful.. we also saw him take a phone and stick it in his pocket! I don’t recall the managers name but me personally recommend a new manager for that store. As we will not come back if he is still at that store

So I THOUGHT I had an iPhone 6s, but turns out it was a 7. Anyways, I was due for an upgrade, not to Mention I shattered my screen. I went in and was greeted by a beautiful and charming ATT employee named Bri. She helped me pick the phone I needed and she was very knowledgeable. Like ridiculously knowledgeable. Just knew phone stats. She’s like the John Madden of phones. Tossing crazy stats and info about stuff. Blew my mind. Anyways she put all my stuff from my old phone into my new phone annnnd that was that. Oh also everyone had masks on. And then i went to Taco Bell after. The end.

Great customer service! When doing something like changing phones or looking at plan options it can seem overwhelming and the staff here was able to answer all of our questions. The manager Fabian is excellent and creates a great store atmosphere and has mad knowledge on ATT plans.

Being a Senior, and not having much cell phone knowledge I have been in the store three times. A young girl with long dark hair helped me twice. I even gave her a hug she was so helpful. A tall young sophisticated looking guy helped me a lot. I cannot complain about the service. They were better than the other two companies I walked in and asked for help, which I got none.

I took a friend who recently had a stroke & is wheelchair bound. He still had an iPhone 4 that was quickly dying. Christian was AMAZING! So incredibly helpful & sooooo patient with us despite being by himself with at least 4 other customers there. I cant thank him enough for making what couldve been an extremely painful situation a little more bearable.

Took my wifes Google pixel XL into this store to switch her from Verizon to my ATT account. Entire staff told us that Pixel doesnt work on ATT and we need to buy a new phone. We walked out, double checked online and surely, a XL does work through them. If I havent been with ATT for over a decade now, I would switch carriers. Dissapointed that they couldnt check before we left.Edit, Ill add a star bc the person helping was very friendly with my wife and toddler there.

I have never left a review before but have felt absolutely compelled to do so. On Sept 9th, 2017, we went into AT&T to upgrade our phones. An AT&T representative stated that there was a promotion going on at the time for buy one get one free, if we opened a line. The additional line would only be about $10 a month. Sounds like a good plan right,especially if we get one phone free? So we open the line. We get our phones. And our first bill comes. Our first bill did not reflect the phone was free, rather there was a charge for the line and a charge for the “free” phone. We called the local AT&T store to be advised it could take 2 to 3 months to reflect but don’t worry we will get our credit/backpay. OK no problem. Except that never happened, and we were now four months in and there was still no credit. We decide to call AT&T only to be advised that there was no such promotion. So we go to the store again to confront them. When we get to the store, the gentleman who offered us that promotion is no longer there (how coincidental). However thankfully one of the managers (I think named Chris) was very helpful and said that there indeed was a promotion and he’s not sure why we were told there wasn’t. We thought “oh thank God somebody is listening to us because we’re not crazy and wouldn’t just open the line to have it sit there and be charged for it.” He typed up an email to corporate to get us our $140 that was owed back to us. About a week later the credit hits. We thought that this had to be over, we got the credit that was owed to us and going forward our account would be credited for that free phone. Well long story short, here we are exactly one year later and we are still being charged for that “free phone” and being charged for that line that we were conned into opening. We also are not able to cancel it as we face cancellation penalties. Good luck with this business I guess it’s rare working with an honest company, because AT&T isn’t one of them. This is not the first time they did this to us either, we should’ve learned our lesson the first time but it wasn’t as big of a deal and we just didn’t have the energy to really deal with it. The first time we opened our account, since my husband is a government employee, we were told we would get 17% off of his bill. That never happened, it was only 17% off of the ‘taxes’ which only amounts to about $3. But the error was not on our part, we did not misunderstand where the 17% would be taken off from because we specifically asked if it was off of our total bill and the employee advised us “oh yes it should be about $35 or so off your monthly bill”. That is the ONLY reason we left Verizon was to save 17%.To sum it up, they will tell you anything you want to hear to have you jump into payments or a contract. It doesn’t matter if it ends up being completely false. You will be mislead and made to look like you made it all up.

Christian helped me do a complicated transfer of all of my lines on one account to another including setting up a first net account. Unfortunately there was an issue with the first net account portal and we couldnt setup the firstnet account just yet, but he helped out getting everything else transferred over and complete an upgrade. I would definently reccomend people to the store and even to him specifically.

I have Sprint but usually come to the AT&T Store for any accessories for our phones, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and the store is nice and well-stocked. The store experience kinda makes me wish I went with AT&T as my carrier.😂

LIARS They said my brand new LG flip phone would not be able to hook up to my laptop to get online.I was told that I needed to buy a smart phone to use as a mobile hot spot.Well I am posting this thru my flip phone hooked up to my flip phone.I spent $400 on a smart phone because they LIED TO ME.DO NOT BELIVE A WORD THAT THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE DISHONEST LIARS.

This is a authorized retail location, not an actual AT&T store. Very unprofessional. Dealing with this location had me switch services over to Verizon.

Walked into the store today. No one acknowledged we where there. After standing ther for 10 min we had to ask who worked there. At no time did they say anything about how long tje wait was, they would be right with us, or anything that would indicate to us great customer service. Thank you. We will stick to Verizon.

The store was fine, but Im more impressed with the service I received when I called with a serious concern, and she was kind, courteous and really helped me from having a heart attack over some unexpected charges. I will stay with AT & T for life.

You guys said I was already charged my upgrade fee and now it’s on my upcoming bill.

Walked into a contract, with an alleged monthly payment which has increased 20-50% every month since the beginning of the contract. They charge $40 to change your phone number, $40 phantom charge because ALLEGEDLY my phone was disconnected for 2 hours. Then try to contact someone on the phone to clear up what should be a simple misunderstanding and get absolutely no help. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get into a contract with them - it is a license for them to charge whatever they please every month. To top it off I am paying these ridiculous, fraudulent charges for a phone I cannot even use in 29 Palms because their cell tower has been out for OVER A WEEK. And I have NEVER been able to get service with AT&T in most of Yucca Valley, in very few locations am I able to scrounge up 1 measly bar.Update: this month I had a payment arrangement which postponed the bill for three weeks. About a week into the postponement is when the tower allegedly went out and I couldnt use my phone in 29 Palms. Now that the bill has been paid in full, guess what - I have my cell service back, within an hour of paying the bill.

Im never able to access 4G and when Im on it and its not even loading it uses up lots of mb, I get charged up to 50 extra dollars a month when Im never on the 4g
