I cant believe someone pays these people. They have no brains. The minute I can switch service I will do so. These doosh floots have no life and really no customer service. I am pretty sure they do drugs in the back.

Jordan Harris was the representative in the store he was not helpful on phone said he couldnt put account up on the pho e he said he needed to have us in store. Which made me upset. Then he was rude when we came in store wasnt going to help us . We just got new phones which the bill was screwed up and we are Not GETTING CELLULAR COVERAGE . He is a rude customer service representative and should not be serving the public. After today I will not be dealing with this store and the stores representatives

***oh and to add to this...one of the good reviews on here is actually an employee who wrote it. She is the one who sold me my phone. ***When I first came here I thought the staff was very helpful and was looking out for my best interest. I switched from a different carrier to them because they seemed to have better deals, well my bill ended up being more than it was with ATT....I contacted customer care and they didnt even put me on the plan I asked for...As time passed I waited for my money for the termination fees for my old cell phone carrier and weeks went by and nothing came...I went into sprint from twenty nine palms daily for almost a week to try to get i contact with someone there to help. every time I went in the manager was on lunch or had a day off or was already off work finally after going in there multiple times, they agreed that something in the system got messed up and asked for my final bill again. She contacted the company and told me that my money would be in in 4-6 weeks. I looked online and it said that that was average time, so I was okay with that. well 6 weeks later here I am (4 months into my contract with sprint) and I have not received my money. I called the supervisor at sprint and finally they concluded that the branch here in YUCCA was not sending in my final bill. They took care of it for me and I have been told that my money will be here in 2 weeks... (However I wasnt expecting to pay an extra 500 dollars in cancellation fees, so it has sense went to a collection agency and will probably hit my credit. Thank you for your lies Sprint.
My old LG Optimus finally took a dive. However, the crew here set me up with a much better phone at a great price, even though I came in last minute, before closing. They were quick, and very knowledgeable. Offered a lot of valuable insight to how my old phone had failed, showing great technical expertise. Thanks guys!
I loved my experience with the staff. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. We upgraded my husbands phone and switched my line to sprint from att and it was a very easy process. Definitely recommend.
The store manager Trandon is the best always so helpful and ready to give us the info to all our questions he ask and megan always has a wonderful smile and is very knowledgeable about the phone she has helped us out many time if you ever need anything ask them two they are the best you will leave the store happy

Their smiling and friendly faces are guaranteed to at least make your day better, if not change your life completely. I love this store and the people that are working there. They provide excellent service by going out of there way to help me and my family. they did an analysis of the bill and found a way to save us money and get better service from our phones.
I went in to the sprint store looking to switch to a more prominent company. I found the staff to be very friendly, and knowledgeable about all of their products. They even gave me a good deal on cases and protection for my new phone. I bought two for my wife and I. Highly recommend.
Wow Iβm surprised by the terrible customer experience I just had. Just moved to a new a area and have zero service. Called to inquire about a booster in the house because the previous family needed one. Customer service said they couldnβt help us with that until the end of August. And wanted us to continue paying for no service for the next 7 weeks. No other alternatives. No options to increase roaming capability. No thank you sprint. Iβll be finding a new carrier.

Had an amazing experience at the Sprint store today. My sons iPhone screen wasnt responding. Zane assisted me with the issue and tried to reset the phone even though I didnt know my sons password for his Apple ID. Zane waited patiently while we waited for my son to get to the store to figure it out while also assisting a rude customer who couldnt wait her turn. Zane was able to unlock the phone and give me my options. We opted for an upgrade instead of a refurbished insurance phone and even changed the plan to save over $70 a month on my 4 phone lines. I train and work in customer service. Zane went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about my current plan to include service options for an international vacation, upgrade my sons phone, change my plan and his phone number in an hour. That includes the 15 minutes we waited for my son. This was definitely time well spent!!

I went to the sprint store with an AT&T rep to transfer stuff from my old phone to one i just upgraded to at AT&T. They were kind enough to transfer everything for me. They didnt force me to buy anything. They also gave me a good discount on a case. It was nice to see a competing store willing to help me.
If i could do no stars i would. I went in last month with my grandma to get new phones and new service. The staff was nice at first and friendly to help us get a phone and so they can get paid. Then before our fist bill. 2 weeks into service our bill gors from $160 to $320. The said our bill was past due and do immediately. We got new phones from a new companyTried to return old phones to sprint and they refused to take them and said you can get a box in the mail and send it to corporate. Then come to find 2 days later they charge me $311 for a phone they wouldnt take back. And it was under my grandmas name. I wasnt paying anything. So morale of the story is. If sprint advertises great deals and offers. Prices and service. Phones and professionalism. They are wrong and doing false advertising. Dont trust then. Dont give them any money. Im telling anyone who will see this review so you can avoid going through the same mess and unfortunate and avoidable problem. In shot. Sprint really sucks more than a $500 kirby vaccum any day of the week.
The sprint customer service reps in the store are Amazing!!!! What I couldnt get help with over the phone, they helped me out in the office, with no hassle:) All i can say about this store is they are an Amazing at helping there customers :) I will be headed in to this store for anything else we will be needing threw sprint β‘ Thanks Daniel and Eathen for all your help!

Nice people they helped me with technical questions, advice and had a great personality which made a positive experience. An experience that was short lived when I got my first bill after upgrading my iPhone4s to the iPhone6 Plus. I expected the next charge to be expensive and it was due to all the reactivation fees, mandatory protection and new iPhone deal. But what I didnt expect was the following bill. You see, when I signed up with Sprint 2 1/2 years ago I got the everything plan for $110 and adding new line for $19. So with everything my bill should have been about $180. Imagine my shock when my regular bill was $240! I looked into it and I found that they signed my 6Plus phone to the everything plan and my iPhone5s to a separate plan WITHOUT TELLING ME!! My first mistake was trusting them after signing to stupid papers saying Ya same plan and everything a blatant lie to my face.So after I was taken advantage of I immediately contacted Sprint who mentioned that I went over my data on the new plan and then tried to sell me a NEW plan (that I did not want!). I told her (Chelsea) that I just want what I have always had and then you can composite me for the hundreds I was taken for. I was insulted when she tried to get me off the phone without telling me how much was going to be credited. When asked she responded with $20 ... really? I lose hundreds from a plan I never wanted or asked for and you are gunna give me $20? I settled for $50 knowing that she could given me more but I was losing my patience.Why the heck would I want to spend $60 more than what I was paying for a plan that offered less? All this money I lost due to the incompetence of this one store. I will be doing business online for now on and if I have to go in, it wont be with them. Cant wait for contract to end.
4-1-2017. I went into the Sprint store in Yucca Valley today to pre-order the Galaxy 8 plus. Like always, there were issues on the corporate end. After 2 plus hours on the phone, Riley was able to straighten up the confusion on corporates end. You have a great team. You really need to keep Riley, Crystal, Britney, and Ethan. They all provide great customer service.

Please be careful. I went in with my own equipment 6/2015. 2 old iphones I was buying from a guy who accompanied me to sprint in Yucca Valley California. The manger ran the serial numbers and told me they were clean to activate in my name. I did not want a plan. She said (THE MANAGER AT THE SPRINT STORE IN YUCCA VALLEY CA)oh no you have your own equiptment so you can leave at anytime. So that was june of 2015 and I am trying to cancel the account 3/8/2016 Now the phones I gotta prove that they belonged to me. How is that not in the original sign up that the phones came in clean and they were mine. The female manager with dark hair and glasses at the Yucca valley store is the one who originally checked the serial numbers for me with sprint to see if they were clean before I bought them from the guy. SHE IS SUCH A LIAR. AND NOW THERE IS A MISHAP, SHE WONT HELP OR ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHE REMEMBERS ANY OF IF. SPRINT IS NOT A BAD COMPANY JUST THE SHADY PEOPLE THAT THEY ALLOW TO POISON THEIR COMPANY WITH LIES AND SNEAKY TACTECTS TO TRICK YOU INTO CRAP THAT YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF.

Being a 3rd party of Sprint their is a limit of thing that they are able too do. They kind of acked like they didnt want to help me after the 3rd time I was there. I always had to call Sprint myself because they couldnt help me.
The full service Sprint store in Yucca Valley told me they cant fix a cracked screen. They tell me to file a claim and I would be sent a replacement phone then I would send in my broken phone. I filed a claim and was told to have it repaired at a repair center. I only get a runaround once and I quit. Switching to another provider.
They always treat me pretty good here.
